Tambah daging....seperti nya ga gitu jamin bro, karna gesekan yg ditimbulkan oleh gear sangat kuat......mungkin bisa tapi ga akan bertahan lama, apalagi ini semua gigi udah ompong....kalo masih cuma satu sih fine2 ajah.....
Tapi ini mungkin bisa dijadikan alternatif terakhir apabila cari cabutan atau cari persamaan ga dapet....... :e-think:

tambah daging bisa... tapi for what?

like i said... swap saja. baik hanya parts or whole... dijamin lebih aman. coba cari2 di pasar copotan mesin, bawa parts yg rusaknya dan hunting... :)

saran buat TS supaya jangan cepet nyerah untuk hunting parts copotan atau sukur2 bisa ketemu part persamannya....itulah seni-nya ngerawat mobil antik....

tapi kalo emang parts udah lama dicari gak dapet2 dan swap girboks blm cukup bujet ya jalan terakhirnya ditambah daging...walaupun kekuatannya gak sekuat aslinya toh gigi mundur kita gunakan tidak serutin gigi maju...

oh sori sori... lupa nambahin juga... kalo tidak ada partsnya dan 2nd copotan.. selain di tambah daging, ada cara lain... yaitu bubut ulang buat replika nya. memang agak repot dan ada biaya, tapi bisa kok... harus ke tukang bubut yg pengalaman. :)

tentu besi yg digunakan harus sesuai atau sama dengan bahan asli ya...

yaa..itu juga ide bagus om...artinya dari besi raw material ( one-piece ) trus dibubut mengikuti dimensi sampel gigi yang akan diganti...

@om poetic....yang dimaksud blok dicor ulang itu gimana om...yang saya tahu pengerjaan overbos itu memasukan selongsong/liner ke lubang cylinder...ilmu baru nih... :e-think:

Jaman sekarang juga masih kalo sampe cor blok, biasanya buat kasus2 blok mesin yg udah parah....mungkin retak rambut atau udah oblak jadi ga pas apabila langsung dimasukin boring/liner baru.....

Iya sih....lebih mudah swap.....apalagi syukur2 malah dapet yg performance.... :mrgreen:

barusan dapet kabar dari si montir, gearnya dah dapet
tapi aku blm liat barangnya, soalnya nyarinya di Malang
si montir baru bisa masang ke surabaya hari Kamis ato Jumat
ntar aku update lagi deh hasilnya
