Inikah jawaban Honda akan kebutuhan mobil murah?
Saingan Toyota iQ? Tapi kelihatannya kelasnya di bawah iQ?
Mungkinkah inikah kendaraan murah Honda yang akan masuk ke Indonesia?
Sebab sepertinya Honda tidak punya mobil <150 jtan.

sygnya gw telat nyalain kamera HP, ...gak semept kepotret deh..
tp seinget gw, logo/tulisan Life nya tu kurus tinggi langsing... dan platformnya masih sedan hatchback...jadi nampaknya meneruskan Life yg nostalgic itu...kayak ada mirip2nya dg New Mini Cooper.
nah, tp ternyata New Life kok bentuknya city car gitu?

Itu life generasi sebelumnya kali bung andy, masuk CBU. Setau saya Life itu masuknya K-car di jepang, dgn engine 660cc. Ya kalo sini jadi city car sebutannya

JDM honda life ini juga ada yg varian 4WD & I-dsi turbo 660cc, turbo nya pake basis hi-compression i-dsi yah.

ternyata mobil ini bener2 dirancang buat cewe; ada 3 model berbeda G, Pastel, & Diva; masing2 ada lagi varian 4WD atau juga Turbo.
ada fitur2 pendukung kaum wanita ini sbg standard pada salahsatu varian nya (diva):
Pesonal assist (Calendar/Notes spt di hp)
Rear Camera as standard
i-SRS : staged inflation airbags
Park Assist : putaran setir diatur elektronis

gw pernah pakai nih mobil punya teman gw waktu di jepang. mantap bgt trasnmisi matic, irit dan compact gampang bgt parkirnya.

Honda plans to implement the new continuously staged inflation i-SRS airbag system on the driver's side of the Life minicar to be released in Japan in November 2008.
A Honda innovation, the new i-SRS airbag system features a spiral-shaped seam structure and gas release control valve to control airbag deployment and pressure for faster deployment, reduced occupant impact and a longer period of inflation and occupant protection. As a result, the new system accommodates a broad range of occupant positions and potential collision situations.
Honda first began fundamental airbag research in 1971, and in 1987 became the first to introduce a driver-side SRS airbag system in an automobile manufactured in Japan. In 1990, Honda was the first automaker to introduce a passenger-side SRS airbag system in a vehicle manufactured in Japan. In 1998, Honda introduced the world's first inflator with a two-stage deployment system, as well as an i-side airbag system with an occupant position detection sensor. Continuing its tradition of innovation, Honda continues to be a world leader in researching, developing and introducing new automobile safety technologies.
• Three features of deployment mechanism
Faster deployment
Since the system can pressurize the airbag faster, it can begin to protect the driver sooner. The spiral structure of the airbag allows the protective surface to be formed at a lower overall airbag volume, thereby providing protection faster than was previously possible.

kalo gw sih yakin nanti di bawah Jazz akan ada mobil lain dari HPM sebagai mobil sejuta umat. Dan kalo melihat jaman sekarang perusahaan otomotif pada semaput semua gw rasa mereka bisa aja ngambil mobil dari JDM atau lainnya untuk diadopsi disini daripada R&D baru. Life anyone?

Daripada Life gw sih mendingan Zest, harganya juga gak beda2 amet kok ama Life... Secara satu platform gitu, satu mesin pula, cuma beda body style.
