bos bos,,,ane baru aja beli Cielo AT 94...baru gabung juga di forum ini,,menarik banget forumnya,,sangat membantu,, :frm_salut:
tapi ane ada masalah ni,,

cielo ane AT 94,,kok tiba2 overheat ya,,

tapi kl makai AC jadi agak turun,,,

trus pas keadaan panas, kipas radiatornya muter,,,tapi kok saat mesin dihidupkan, kipas lanhsung mati,,apakah ini normal bos bos?ato emang cielo ane ada yang rusak?

mohon pencerahan dari bos bos disini,,

mengenai kipas radiator yg mati waktu mesin idup, keliatannya seh ga normal tu oom.... :e-think: mestinya mah klo mesin panas, baik dalam keadaan mati\hidup selama kunci kontak di posisi "on" si kipas tetep nyala tuh

sundul ahhh........
problem nya nongol lg nih........

baru ketauan pas hari rabu kmaren, waktu mobil sy geber cukup lama, jarum temperatur perlahan naik............tapi klo jalan normal, suhu mesin tetap normal juga. sempet berhenti utk cek kondisi radiator, berikut hasil pandangan saat itu:

-suhu mesin normal
-air d penampungan reservoir ada pada batas maksimal (bukannya klo mesin menyala pd suhu kerja, harusnya air tersedot ya??)
-ngga cek air di radiator, soale takut muncrat boo' :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
-kipas radiator menyala normal

dugaan pertama saya, kesalahan ada pada tutup radiator yg mulai afkir............
besoknya ke sawah besar bwat ganti baru.
setelah sampai d rumah dan kondisi mesin sudah dingin (mati sangat lama), tutup radiator d buka; air tampak penuh, cek reservoir pun air jg tetap ada di batas maksimal. kemudian mesin saya hidupkan dalam keadaan tutup radiator terlepas, tampak jelas saat mesin menyala, air radiator terlihat tenang, tapi saat bukaan gas di perbesar, air tersedot kedalam (artinya waterpump bekerja normal khan?? cmiiw). sampai di sini asumsi saya masih seperti semula, yakni tutup radiator lama yg mulai afkir.
singkatnya tutup radiator d ganti dan mulai test jalan. ternyata kejadian temperatur naik saat di geber terulang kembali (jg sempet cek air di reservoir dan kipas radiator yg kondisi nya sama persis dengan kejadian sebelumnya)
so..............skarang keraguan saya ada dua, antara waterpump sudah lemah atawa kipas radiator yg ga maksimal.....?????

perlu masukan dr rekan2 SMer nih, berdasarkan runutan d atas, kira2 apa yg menjadi biang permasalahan?? :ungg:

perna kejadian di ferio ane dulu jg gt om dog... kalo jalan pelan suhu nya normal, kalo di geber baru temperatur naek terus.... bawa ke bengkel dicek ga tau nya musti ganti relay kipas nya yg korslet katanya... moga2 membantu... :ngacir: :ngacir: :ngacir: :ngacir:

waktu itu sebelom ganti relay, si kipas kerja normal ga oom DOCH?
iya nih, sementara ini emank kecurigaan ane antara si kipas atawa waterpump yg lemah.................
pengen tau masukan2 dr SMer gmana sebelom melangkah lbh jauh, soale klo d bilang radiator mampet, ane hampir yakin bukan itu, baru aja awal 2010 kuras-service radiator, uda gtu selalu pake coolant pulak

doq, serpis radiatornya sendiri ato di tukang radiator...... :e-think: ....

coba deh, langkah pertama thermostart dilepas, trus diliat lg apakah bisa normal ato tetep begitu...... :ungg:

hmmm, lepas thermostat yah...........mesti k tukang radiator nih, ane g tau letaknya n cara bongkar nya prop :ungg:

kebalik dog, saat temp kerja justru reservoir akan naik ke batas maksimal/penuh, krn air yg ada di dalam radiator akan menguap dan ngumpul direservoir. jadi kondisi air di reservoir mbl ente gak ada masalah, malah itu normal kok. CMIIW

filter oli ane ganti rutin kok kak, emank skarang blom waktunya d ganti............kumaha kak? :ungg:
hoooo........klo suhu kerja justru reservoir penuh ya? nahhh aneh nya si reservoir tetep penuh walo mesin mati/dingin........kumaha tah??

coba atuh ganti oli + filter oli dulu dog....gak mahal kan ? :D
saya pernah ngalamin kejadian yg sama...kalo digeber temp naik, kalo santai temp normal. Sistem pendinginan dicek normal semua....akhirnya penyakit itu sembuh setelah ganti oli + filter oli...

waktu kejadian dulu itu sekitar 500km lagi menjelang waktunya ganti oli + filter

bearti pengaruh kualitas oli yang udah gk bagus ya ja, jadi mesin suhunya naik.

so...kalo oli yg saya pake selain mesran apakah akan mengalami kejadian yg sama....?? :D

selain di mbl saya sendiri, saya jg sudah menemui 2x kejadian yg sama dimobil yg berbeda dng merek pelumas berbeda. Dan semuanya sama masalahnya ada di filter oli. Tapi semua itu karena kebetulan penyakitnya sama, khusus di mbl dog ya bisa saja sama atau beda problemnya. Mudah2an aja problemnya bs cepet diselesaikan :D

hmmmm........
barusan ane buka primbon nya baenol nih, jadwal ganti oli berikutnya masih 1000km lagi dan emank saat penggantian nanti filter oli jg perlu d ganti :ungg:
fyi, ane pake oli fastron 10-40 sama filter oli esgepe

mengenai reservoir yg tetep penuh walo mesin dingin/mati gmana kak?normal jg kah??

@sjamsul: analisa nya dunk prop, knapa kecurigaan mengarah ke thermostat :ungg:

nah...hampir sama nih casenya....sama2 menjelang ganti oli + filter.... :D
level reservoir sebenernya ada perubahan kok, tapi kalo saya perhatikan mesin yg kondisi biasa2 aja itu pergeseran levelnya gak begitu jauh, makanya diliat jg hampir sama.....entah mungkin temen2 ada yg punya pengalaman berbeda :)

pernah jg sih ketemu level reservoir naik sampe 1cm dr garis level tapi itu di unit mesin disel di worksite yg run 6 jam nonstop full throtle

hmmmm........bagi sy, lv reservoir yg serupa baik dalam keadaan mesin panas atopun dingin itu merupakan suatu anomali kak........ :mrgreen:
inget gak, waktu ketemu d rumah oom kupi, sy pernah cerita mengenai level reservoir yg cenderung berkurang dlm kurun waktu tertentu?? dan d curigai ada bocor halus entah d mana nya.....?

jd "mestinya"..........si coolant di reservoir ini berkurang, bukannya malah tetap level nya.............. :ungg:

bingung ga sih?? ane aja iya :mrgreen:

nah..waktu dulu cerita kan ente blm ganti tutup radiator....dan yg ente jelasken itu sewaktu mesin panas, level air tetap di max, pas udah dingin menyusut...gitu kan...??

waktu kejadian temperatur naek tempohari itu, lv aer tetap sama kak, baik sebelum d ganti tutup ato sesudah d ganti..........
logikanya khan, waktu belom d ganti, harusnya lvl aer berkurang..........nahhhhh ini malah tetep penuh :e-doh:

yg dimaksud berkurang itu setelah air mengalami kenaikan level di reservoir, jadi dalam kata lain ya air kembali ke level semula. Jadi yg tadinya naik sedikit dr posisi Max, lalu turun kembali ke Max.
adapun jika ada penyusutan jumlah air itu krn ada uap yg lolos dr reservoir...dan itu gak terjadi secara massiv, sedikit2, kalo kondisi mbl normal mungkin 1bln br keliatan volume air menyusut dan itupun jumlahnya gak begitu banyak...btw...ini sepengalaman saya yah...mungkin yg lain bs menambahkan :D

btw...kejadian overheat di rpm tinggi ini sejak kapan sih ?artinya sewaktu dulu hbs rutin ganti oli + filter apakah sudah ada...?? :ungg:
