review GNKI 300HP

salam dari nubie, mau coba2 cerita dikit perjalanan innova saya, maaf ketik melalu BlackBerry jadi foto menyusul saja kl mau detail.
Innova d4d g a/t ini saya beli waktu january 2013 menggantikan innova v vvti m/t 2005 saya, dan karena sudah saya emang rencanakan, seminggu setelah ipah saya keluar, saya bawa ke REV pasang dastek q+ extender dan front mount intercooler sehingga menghasilnya 205HP/410NM. yah setelah dipake cukup puas juga tapi lama2 berasa kok kalau dah above 120kmh kok turbo std ini agak kurang nendang. akhirnya setelah dipake, sekitar akhir tahun lalu diputuskan untuk upgrade turbo, di dyno menghasilkan 250HP/510NM. Setelah dipake memang pas start atau pas injek pol, agak selip a/t nya dan turbo ini agak lag di rpm bawah, tapi pas rpm tinggi asik boostnya, dan saya memang lebih pilih lebih asik buat ngejer top speed nya. seiring waktu juga innova saya sudah ditambahi fuel cooler dan atf cooler. Dengan 250HP ini saya merasa cukup, sampe sekitar 2 minggu lalu di bbm teman :
- teman: loe mau gak injector gua nih gua jual x juta, kalau baru kan xx juta
- ane : wah boleh harga segitu, tapi nozzlenya gak ada
- teman : ada tuh si anu nozzlenya mau dijual juga x juta
singkat cerita akhirnya deal beli 2 barang tersebut. siap2 mau naik ke sekitar 280HP kalau dah ganti injector+turbo.
Nah tiba2 seminggu lalu teman itu bbm lagi
- teman : gua lagi butuh duit nih, loe mau gak ecushop monsmax gua jual xx,x juta
singkat cerita perlu sekitar 3 hari untuk memutuskan udah ah tanggung, ambil aja monsmax nya.
Nah hari ini saya berkesempatan untuk install semua barang2 tersebut, singkat cerita akhirnya dipasang monsmax, injector stage 2, terus saya juga beli rotax dan underbrace set buat innova suruh pasang, oh yah sama trango kit juga cuman dipesenin yg halus aja.
singkat cerita hasil dyno nya :

singkat cerita hasilnya 310HP/600NM
perjalanan pulang keluar ke jln.panjang, agak macet, tes transgo yg katanya kalau pelan agak jedut pas 1 ke 2 suka kayak kena tabrak motor. eh kok di ane halus2 aja, terus tanya ke bos nya, katanya yg dipasang dibawah truk, jadi halus ganti giginya, tapi udah gak selip katanya. Ya udah ane mah seneng malah, terus masuk tol bonjer, injek gas, wah gak disangka responsif bener mesinnya, dan ganti giginya juga cepet, langsung nempel berasa koplingnya, agak rame cuman bisa 120kmh. terus mulai masuk tol lingkar luar palem ke arah PIK. Nah disana bisa bejek sepuasnya, ane bejek pas diatas 120kmh aja wah gak disangka berasa bener tarikannya, bikin jantung deg deg an ngeri euy, ane punya dakar 270HP/610NM aja gak bisa kayak gitu tarikannya. Narik terus berani cuman sampe sekitar 170kmh aja udah lepas gas, gak biasa power lumayan gede gitu. Untuk informasi dari pengalaman sih kalau spek begitu 0-100kmh itu under 7 second dan 402m bisa 15 detik kecil atau dibawahnya. Singkat cerita sampe PIK, pas tikungan, injek gas 2/3, waduh dari masuk nikung sampe keluar tikungan, ban spin sebelah terus, tapi gak liar soalnya sebelah doang sih gak ada lsd kayak di dakar, emang di PIK kan berpasir jalanannya juga makanya spin terus gak berhenti.
overall puas banget deh kerjaan di bengkel itu, rapi dipasang semuanya, untuk detail besok yah saya fotoin satu2 modifnya apa aja.
Innova 300HP recommended banget deh buat fun to drive nya, puas bener punya innova diesel ini, pake bio diesel terus, kenceng yah lumayan lah gak malu2in bisa lawan kebanyakan sedan V6, FC juga yah lumayan lah masih bisa 1:7, terus nyaman pula pake a/t, gak perlu manual buat kenceng, udah gak sabar buat turunin di event drag race sentul yg akan datang nih :mky_01:

Ga ada rencana ganti sistem rem pakai yg lebih baik om? Secara ni mobil uda jadi roket jalanan... :ungg:

Wah mantap nih GNKInya..

Numpang tanya donk, kalo udah diatas 200HP, butuh upgrade brakes sama pasang ATF dah fuel cooler gak?

GNKI ane cuma pake daster q+, extender, ganti DP sama filter K&N. Hasil dyno baru 170HP/350NM.. Gatel pengen lebih :-p

Om....apakah dgn tenaga yg skg ini nanjak masih terasa lemah ?

apakah kalo bawa orang banyak masih terasa lemah dan larinya kurang ?

harap dicatat = semakin tinggi output Hp yang dihasilkan atas suatu modifikasi, maka resiko berkurangnya lifetime mesin dan Powertrain juga makin besar.

Kalau saya boleh saran bisa coba perbaiki grafik kurva Torsinya dulu, jadi Torsi melebar hingga RPM rendah

Perbaikan meliputi perbaikan sistem exhaust dan intake

Utk exhaust sampai tailpipe bikin 2,5"....utk intake = snorkel di balik spakbor dicabut.

boost naik siul nya pasti makin kenceng om, dan exhaust gedein minimal downpipeb3" pasti uda kedenger siulan lebih lagi dibikin straight pipe freeflow lagi di N jg bisa teriak siul turbonya

- ecushop monster gauge
- dastek q+ dan throttle module
- front mount intercooler
- gizmo electronic boost controller built in turbo timer
- atf cooler
- fuel cooler
- extra fuel pump denso
- egr suspender kit
- injector dari D4D yg edu 2 soket + nozzle stage II

rem :
- brainded steel brake line
- dot 5.1
- kampas oem innova

kaki2 :
- full set strutbar merk OPTIMA

kalau foto mobil sih sama seperti gnki lainnya exteriornya masih std soalnya

kalau naik ke segitu sih untuk innova yg 3 edu cuman perlu dastek q+ doang. kalau yg generasi awal tahun 2005-2007 perlu Intercooler.
dastek sekitar 8 jt per set, intercooler sekitar 7 jt per set

fuel cooler sama atf cooler sih butuh gak butuh om, tapi pasang aja deh gak masalah kan malah bantu pendinginan. Langsung pasang boost control sama intercooler aja untuk GNKI bisa dapet 205HP/410NM udah lumayan enak kok, beda jauh deh pake IC sama gak pake IC berasanya meskipun cuman beda 30HP, tapi udara yg masuk jauh lebih padat dan lebih adem.
kalau soal rem sih.... baca spek mobil ane di atas, discbrake dan kampas nya aja masih std :ngacir: velg+ban juga masih std :ngacir:

nanggung abis nya om udah ganti turbo ganti injector sekalian, soalnya waktu pake injector std juga berasa banget pas bejek dadakan suka kosong terus mesinnya ada suara krek gitu soalnya supply solar kurang, sekarang mau bejek kapan aja udah gak ada kosong lagi powernya
