See, you don't get it. Many people around the world have been fooled by toyota and those jd power ratings who have proved to be wrong (maybe toyota also buy them off ?) And some are already paying for their mistakes by losing their lives. Talk about blind loyalty.
And some are still in denial. They, like you, still think toyota is the best, and not all will run away. TRUE. I agree. But like I said, why buy from a dishonest, tricky company ? Still got good Hondas, Nissans, etc. Maybe not all toyotas will run away, but their quality will suffer years down the road from now.
THE FUTURE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE PAST.
At least the Chinese are not fooled. Could be why China is now very powerful and is the biggest car market in the world. They are not easily fooled by those inaccurate jd power ratings. The Chinese, even if some of you don't like them, are not known for being fools.
Remember, jd power can be bought. And toyota, with all the evidence of tricky behaviour, I will not be surprised if they have bribed jd power since a long time ago.

The Sydney Morning Herald reports that despite the negative publicity and media bashing that Toyota has endured, Toyota increased their market share in Australia to 20.5 percent in February, with sales increasing year-on-year by 13 percent. This cements Toyota’s reputation as Australia’s number one car brand.
