cara ngecek plat kopling uda aus apa blom sigh gampang koq, cara pertama yah dalam keadaan mobil diam, masuk ke gigi 5 dan paksa utk menjalankan mesin nya, kalo mobil masi bisa maju bearti plat nya masi sempurnaa.... cara satu lagi adalah masuk gigi 1, lalu kaki kanan nya injek pedal rem kuat2 sambil pelan2 lepasin pedal kopling nya, kalau mesin langsung mati yah bearti system kopling nya masi sempurnaaa.... gampang kan, kaga usa bongkar sana sini buat ngecek nya

lah ini baru ok di praktekin,gigi 5 dari diem injek gas di jamin deh gak lompat.cara kedua lebih savety lagi.tank bro Dohc inponya :mrgreen:

atau, beri batu bata atau balok kayu di depan ban ... dan masuk gigi 4, injak kopling dan injak gas dalam, lepas pelan2 jangan sampai mati... jika tercium bau kopling kebakar (sangit) artinya sudah tipis...

Thanks banget atas keterangan teman2 semuanya, tapi saya tadi kebengkel kata kopling saya mau diservis total dan perlu di flushing segala tapi mobil harus nginap karena mobil perlu saya bawa lagi dan servisnya ditunda. Flushing itu diapain ya????

flushing etoh di kuras olinya,terus di masukin olie baru terus di panasin mesinnya kurang lebih 1 jam,terus olinya di buang dan di isi dengan yang baru CMIIW :mrgreen:

yg pasti sigh berasa banget bedanya antara mobil yg uda beberapa taon kaga di flush minyak kopling nya, pas abis dikuras tuh kopling terasa lebi membal atau mantul

Oh iya sedikit ralat kalo clutch disc ck4 no.part ori-nya MD 726558 atau MD 771329 kedua nomer itu masih import jpn.
Harga di pricelist sih Rp.990.000; diskon sih tergantung kebijakan toko masing2..
api kalo yg bro hikoza bilang MB555135 malah sy bingung nih, soalnya tadi liat primbon kalo nomer itu barangnya adalah tutup tabung minyak rem. :big_peace:

setahun lalu saat ganti kopling, saya pake valeo juga, sepertinya lebih empuk dan "menggigit" cmiiw

saya taunya ya pas overhaul santi di bengkel spesialis mitsu, nanggung ganti kopling sekalian....secara setelah overhaul & P+P, sudah pasti tenaganya santi harus ditangani kopling yg lebih menggigit gitu loh
waktu mo ta beliin ori-nya santi, pak mekanik nawarin VALEO, dia bilang ni merk sering dipake pemake mitsu dan bagus kok
akhirnya nurut, dan emang hasilnya ada perbedaan dibandingkan saat pake parts ori
