sempat baca di forumsebelah.com, mengenai cara menghilangkan jamur berat dan baret halus...
katanya untuk menghilangkan total, mesti dikikis clearcoatnya yah? agar jamur dan swirl hilang total....
utuk mengikis mesti pake obat yg punya daya cutting , dan mesti pake mesin dengan pad tertentu, dan juga skill yg mumpuni...

mohon di koreksi jika salah, dgn penjelsan tambahan ..dan mohon di iyakan jika benar..
biar pemahaman nya pas...

Pertama-tama, jamur itu ada 2 jenis. Stage 1 ama stage 2. Stage 1 itu masih ada di atas permukaan vernish, umurnya masih belum terlalu lama. Stage 2 itu uda etching/mengendap di bawah permukaan.
Stage 2 itu memang harus dikikis clear coatnya, kalau enggak ya gak bisa ilang.
Mengenai obat-2an, memang sebagai detailer harus lengkap, mulai dari compound, polishing dan finishing. Pad nya juga harus ready untuk menghadapi segala jenis kondisi.
Mesin juga harus pake rotary, hasil DA gak akan sesempurna rotary dalam segi compounding sanding marks, removing swirl marks juga.

PC n UDM gerakannya cuma orbital bro. Jadi pad gak muter. Nah, 3 mesin yg gw sebut kemaren selain orbital, pad nya juga muter kayak rotary. Cuma RPMnya rendah. Max si makita yg 670 RPM. Jadi bener2 dual action n dibilang hampir menyamai rotary tapi lebih aman..

justru kalo DA ada gerakan ngorbit
kalo rotary baru muter aj
kalo makita itu bisa DA dan rotary kan ada switch ny
kalo yang bener" DA itu FLEX 3401 karena tenaga ny gede..

Jadi gini bro. Kalo dual action PC n UDM kan gerakannya ngorbit tapi pad nya sendiri gak berputar (rotary/circular). Nah 3 mesin itu ngorbit sekaligus rotary dengan RPM rendah.
Makita B06040 punya dua mode.
1. Cuma orbit aja kayak PC, UDM
2. Orbit + rotary
kalo yang lain mode ke dua aja.

o'ya, sebetulnya untuk velg, treatmentnya bagaimana siy?

1. untuk velg dengan finishing polish (velg GV, velg accord, dll)
2. untuk velg dengan finishing paint (velg CR-V, velg jazz, dll)
3. untuk velg dengan finishing chrome

sebetulnya, ada treatment khususnya masing2 ga yah?

Rencananya ya beli yang dual action antara 3 itu. Yang paling murah G220. Tapi kok 3 juta ya. Berarti flex berapa nyampe sini. Itu yang mau ditanyain dulu...

Sesuaikan aja dengan finishingnya bro. Kalo jazz gw juga gw wax velgnya. Katanya sih semua yang bercat ya di perlakukan seperti cat.

kalo paint sama aj kayak ny body bro kan di cat juga ;)
kalo polish ma chrome g si gosok aj pake TW chrome polish yang murmer :D

motor gua ternyata pas diliat banyak swirl marknya di tangi......

minta tolong dong kasih step2 buat ilangin swirl mark, perlu bahan apa aja, step2nya gimana? :upss:

tolong yah....... miris hati gua liat motor gua berswirl mark :ungg:

Ya kayak kata bro buatandi. Kalo gak pakek scratchx deh. Yang jelas gak di pakein mesin kali ya. Hehe..
N bener, wax aja bro. 2-3 layer gitu. Biar gak gampang lecet. Lagian gak ada 2 menit kali molesnya ya..

nah itu dia bro, selama ini abis cuci pasti selalu timpa pake TW kaleng ijo, tapi tadi pas liat dibawah sinar matahari kok udah mulai ada baret2 alusnya gitu :e-think: makanya jadi bingung sebenernya cara waxnya salah atu salah pake wax yah? :ungg:

Gw salah ternyata. Tu G220 harganya 149 poundsterling. So 3 juta masuk akal. Kalo dollar mungkin nyampe 230-250.
Weks.. Kalopun jadi, kayaknya ni paling reasonable. Atau B&D aja ya. Walah.... Bingung.
