Ga ada yg aneh2 om kayanya, seperti mobil pada umumnya, palingan kalo dah lama masalah rembes2 karena seal dah mulai getas, ini kebanyakan honda sih gitu, ga tau deh kalo brio.

yg s terlalu kopong, yg rs terlalu keras

ini mobil penyakitnya dulu, sempet rawat bentar yg gen 1

area mesin :
fan radiator yg mati prematur -> gen 2 setau saya dah ok, ini kalo manual kan 1 doang kipas nya, 650 rb kalo ga salah, yg bikin t-rad lokal
engine mounting bocor (yg hidrolik) -> ori 600 rb an
seal vtec, seal crankshaft -> ini biasanya yg suka pake engine flush bakalan kena, ga sampe 180 rb harganya

area kaki - kaki :
support shockbreaker rusak -> ini barangnya murah, 300-rb an original per sisi atas dan bawah set
lower arm -> ini per sisi 550 rb original

kaki - kaki surprisingly agak awet dibanding kakak - kakaknya
secara ban 175/65 R14 aman lah

trus ya karena platform ge8, partnya bisa tuker guling kakak - kakaknya .. sama aja sih

part kw nya ada, ati - ati aja pas beli, kalo mau ori beli part di bengkel resmi aja, kena ppn tapi 11%

Ijin share om, mantan pengguna brio dulu, yg ckd matic 2015.
Mesin mulai rembes2 di KM 150rb. Di punya ane pertama dt seal camshaft sama seal vtec, lalu ga lama dari seal carter ma kruk as bawah. Harga seal nya ga seberapa mahal, cuma ongkos nya aja mahal. Saran saya kl mblnya mt, pas turun kopling sekalian ganti seal krus as, seal input shaft sama seal as roda, sealr karter kl rembes, biar sekali kerja. Oli ganti tiap 5rb ato 3 bln, merk bebas yg ptg ori. Ga ada sludge, varnish pun hampir ga ada.

Motor fan smpe diganti 150rb km, blm matot tp uda mulai seret dikit kl diputer pake tgn dibanding yg baru. Kebetulan brio saya matic, jadi kipas 2. DC nya sekitar 600 per kipas.

Kaki2, yg pertama jebol shock support km 30rban. Ganti punya jazz GD yg thai, awet smpe 150rbkm. link stabil km 75k boot nya dah rusak tp blm oblak, beli 555, part nya sama ma ge8, freed. Long tie rod jebol di 100rban, ganti ori karena harga ga jauh ma 555. Rack stir juga sama km sgituan, tp br gnti 150k, beli ori honda 5jtan. Brio cbu rack stir mahal karena motor di bawah, yg ckd motor pindah ke atas, jd rack stir lbh murah. Kl mau beki yg KW, better cocokin lgsg ma brgnya, setau saya brio ada beberapa macem rack stir nya. Lower arm, shock absorber, masih cukup oke smpe 150k, retak2 aja di bushing besar, bikin bunyi ngek2 kalo ngayun di poldur. Diganti karena sekalian beberes. Lower arm saran ga usah ganti bushing, ganti aja semua, per pcs 500rb ori honda.

Ac ga ada masalah sama sekali. Cuma pernah cuci 2x seumur hidup tu mbl. Kondensor, evap, semua aman. Filter ac ganti tiap 10k km, beli yg murah aja aegis.

Radiator aman smpe 185rb, ga ada tanda2 bocor. Rutin ganti coolant aja setaun sekali, beli segalon cukup.

Matic aman smpe dijual 185rb, biasa ganti oli matic tiap 10rb, ditap aja. Pake oli murmer, aisin afw+. Sempet pasang bypass external cooler juga.

Aki biasa ganti tiap 2.5 taun, sekitar 80rbkm. Masih bagus, tp ganti buat preventive aja

Karena setau saya untuk bushing nya, honda ga kluarin yg ori nya gan, ada nya aftermarket. CMIIW. Dan ngerjain nya harus melalui proses press bushing. Mungkin biaya parts 2 bushing balljoint uda 200-300rban (misal bushing misal pakai RBI dan balljoint 555), blm termasuk biaya press nya. Belum khawatirnya press bushing nya tidak sepresisi lower arm assy bawaan. Dan proses bongpas harusnya jauh lbh cepat swap assy drpd press2 bushing.

Iya sih, masuk akal buat ganti ori assy aja klo harga 1 sisinya 500an ribu. Thn 2018 ane ganti lower arm city gd8 di beres, kena sktr 1.3jt (blum jasa) 1 sisi. Mungkin krn part made in luar ya.
Kalo pengamatan saya om, part GD8 & GD3 agak lbh mahal karena made in thai. Tapi harusnya daya tahan lbh bagus. Terbukti di shock support. Bawaan brio dr pabrik cuma kuat 30rb, diganti ma part GD3 yg made in thai, tahan smpe 150rb, itu pun blm jebol. Harga support shock brio made in indo dulu 180an dan yg GD3 made in thai 350an-400. Ada harga ada barang berlaku disini.
Lower arm brio cbu ma brio ckd setau saya juga beda, cmiiw. Setau saya yg brio ckd desain arm nya mirip GD3, tp yg cbu mirip GE8 ma freed. Freed ma GE8 kyna bushing nya cukup awet, mungkin karena desain nya beda itu.
