Location: inside of a pretty black corabs
senior skalian, mo tanya neh.
Tiap nyalain mesin pg hari (mesin dingin) di daerah vanbelt ada bunyi mendecit2 tp lirih, trus ilang. Tp kalo udah jalan agak lama (mesin panas) kembali bunyi lg. Kemaren diduga klahar dinamo, stlh dganti sama aja msh bunyi. N ane liat itu roda kompressor ac yg buat vanbelt muternya goyang2/baling.
Kira2 knp ya?or gmn cara mendeteksi mana yg bmasalah ya.
Malu2in soalnya, mesinnya msh alus tp kyk ada tikus didlmnya.
Btw ngetes kekencangan vanbelt scr manual tuh gmn sih?

Beresin dulu yg diatas tadi.... dengan catatan Belt masih layak dipakai.

Tergantung jenis belt dan jarak antar pulley tapi secara umum bisa dilakukan: Tekan Belt diantara 2 pulley dengan jari/jempol kira2 10kg, defleksi belt harus turun kira2 ..6 - 10 mm.

Kalau masalah AC saya selalu di bengkel AC, bro. Setahu saya yg model ganti2 bearing itu Sanden. Kalau Denso itu modelnya ganti2 kompresor.

Nabung aza, AC masih dingin ini. Bunyi mencicit ini krn tali slip thd puli krn puli tsb berat. Coba dipastikan puli2 lain apa ada yg slip juga.

hmm... udah coba buat lumasi beltnya belom?????

hmm.. yang dimaksud " roda kompressor AC yang buat van beltnya muternya goyang2/ baling" ini pulleynya atau bagian luarnya yang biasa akan bergerak ketika AC on atau OFF..

kalo mau deteksi bagian mana yang bikin bunyi gampang kok.. ente buka aja satu2 beltnya trus nyalainmesin, kalomasih bunyi bearti komponen yang digerakin ama belt yang ente copot aman. lanjutkan sampai bunyi tersebut hilang waktu ente copot beltnya..

oh ya, ngmg2 beltnya pake tensioner gitu ya gk??? bisa jadi ini yg bikin bunyi juga.

belom lama ini ane juga ngalamin hal yang hampir mirip. bunyi kyk belt kering atau kendor gitu, terutama pas nyala AC, naha ne pikir ini bearing kompressor, pas di bawa ke bengkel Ac, org bengkel bilang kalo ini bukan bunyi kompressor, tapi bunyi pulley crank shaft mesin.. jadi dia gk bisa gantiin, harus ke bengkel mesin..

nah soalnya di pulley crankshaft ini ada 2 bagian, bagian dalam dan bagian luar, dan di beri damper karet buat meredam hentakan2 yang disebabkan oleh mesin dan belt. nah kemaren ini damper ane nih udah aus, jadinya bunyi... buat testnya coba aja, nyalain mesin + ac, trus putar2 setir nah liat gerakan belt, apakah melambat atau tidak. kalau melambat ya damper pulley crankshaft ente sudah aus sama kyk ane kmrn itu..

@om rio, yg baling pulleynya om. Kalo punya ane pas ac on malah bkurang decitnya. Blm dilumasi, pake apa yak?trus yg dilumasi yg bag luar or dlm?

lumasi beltnya, pake gemuk aja atau minyak apa gitu.. olesin aja bagian dalam beltnya.. jgn terlalu banyak ya...

kalo pake minyak pelumas merk 'ring*r' yg botolnya kcl warna putih tulisannya ijo tutupnya merah bisa?yg biasa dipake ngelumas mesin jahit.
Kalo oli katanya kalo panas jd gosong n lengket.

kalau di mobil2 hyundai penyakit itu pertanda minta digantinya puley damper, posisinya di cranksaft, puley dengan bantalan karet yg menyerap daya dari getaran, biasanya karetnya sudah getas, gak tau kalo merek lain cuma kalo punya hyundai cuma +- 400rb, pengerjaan paling 30 menit

sebenarnya, secara mendasar, pelumasan belt adalah keliru....krn potensial belt menjadi selip, dan ini tentu saja tidak bagus krn water pump dan atau alternator bisa tidak berputar (begitu extreme nya).
akan tetapi, bila itu didapat dari pengalaman yg udah terbukti, ya silakan saja dicobakan.

mmg bunyi2an: cit cit ciiiiit...srek sreeeeeeeekkk...kriiiiiiiiiit....sraaaaaakkkk, dsb, kdgkala mmg cukup susah membedakannya.
sumber suara, utamanya ada 2,
- dari belt nya
- dari bearing/klaher

troubleshooting yg plg salah sederhana adlh utk belt dulu.
utk meyakinkan apakah masalahnya di belt atau bukan:
maka:
terutama pd saat pagi habis distart itu:
- siapkan air segelas/botol aqua/secukupnya... lalu kucurkan saja dikit2...apakah itu menghilangkan decitnya nggak?

kalau dari klaher, ya perlu dicermati dari berbagai sisi.
dan acapkali, menentukan sumber suara dari mana itu mmg cukup sulit,
krn si kompatermen mesin yg bersifat memantulkan suara, jadi mengacaukan arah sumber bunyi.

kalau yg dicurigai adlh bearing tensioner, biasanya itu mlh yg paling sederhana bongkar pasangnya...jd ya dicoba ganti saja.

cara guyur belt pake aer spt yg d saranin pak andy sdh bener, klo saat d guyur hilang bunyinya.....kmungkinan ada kotoran minyak/oli d belt tsb, nah kira2 sebelumnya oom abu ada pernah melakukan servis yg berpotensi menumpahkan oli/minyak k belt ga?

trus mengenai pelumasan belt, jangan pk gemuk ato oli karena hal ini justru bakal ngerusak karet belt itu sendiri.....blom lg resiko belt slip yg baka bikin bbrapa puli skip sekian putaran.....
solusinya cukup beli belt dresser aja, tinggal semprot ke arah belt :ungg:

belt dresser malah kalo mnurut ane bukan solusi loh om dog.... ga jarang ane temuin kalo dresser tsb malah bikin selip atau malah bikin gampang bunyi (karena ntuh dresser lengket dan bikin debu2 di ruang mesin atau jalanan gampang nempel, otomatis malah memperburuk keadaan)... kalo belt bunyi sehh biasa ane coba stel ulang kekencengan nya... kalo masi blom ilang jg, coba di bersihin pake kuas yg dicelupin ke sampoo mobil... dan abis itu stelah belt kering, ane taburin bedak.. bisa bedak apa aja.. kebetulan (kebetulan loh yahh, ga disengaja ini :upss: :upss: :upss: ) di rumah ane ada bedak bekas dog ane dulu yg uda wafat, jadi daripada ga kepake yahh ane buat taburin aja biar kaga lembab tuh belt... ga tau dehh teori asal2an ane ini bener ga...
