mungkin biar lebi enak nya... bisa di jabarin lebi detil gt seberapa parah nya... kalo disertain foto mungkin lebi asik lagi...

btw biasa kalo mau nyehatin mobil diesel jadul sehh, kalo utk sektor enjin, bole siapin alat2 utk purging... lalu siapin glowplug (cmiiw) setau ane kuda diesel masi pake busi pijar... trus siapin filter2 dan ganti smua fluida2... radiator jg diliat, kalo emang uda banyak keropos dan uda pada rembes sana sini, mending di ganti... skalian selang2 radiator jg uda bole diganti kalo uda berumur... termostat jg bole disiapin, siapa tau uda karatan..

kopling set jg boleh, kalo km uda tinggi dan tarikan uda ngempos... musti nya sehh ga tralu sulit sehh nyehatin kuda diesel... scara enjin disel jadul gt lohhh... kuat, ga rewel, ga nyusahin... montir pinggir jalan jg gape ngerjain nya...

yg susah kalo uda urusan body part dehh..

@VM : Udah di cek timing belt nya om? Punya kuda mayan mahal, hampir 1jt abisnya.

Masih bisa. Hanya, bbrp bulan lalu waktu kesana, tarikan rada berat. Ngga kayak biasanya. Kayaknya kopling sih ngga berasa selip yah..

Terus terang, ane juga ngga hapal busi pijar baeknya diganti pada brp kilometer, trus harganya berapa..
Nah, filter2, apa aja yah yg harus disiapin di Kuda diesel...? Maap agak lupa...
Kalau radiator, yaa, pernah ane post juga, waktu ane ganti tabung cadangan radiator dengan punya Kisup.
Waktu itu, sebatas ane flush radiatornya, trus isi dgn radiator coolant, berhubung radiator treatment lagi pada kosong.
Keliatannya sihh itu udh perlu banget diservis radiatornya..
Nah kalo part body, kayaknya ngga ada deh, selain mika lampu depan burem (engga parah sih), trus body udh beset2 dimana2, diperparah dulu sempet erupsi merapi, sehingga,... ya .. gitu deeeh...namanya juga abu vulkanik... Dikemoceng bisa baret parah, dicuci pake air malah jadi lumpur vulkanik..

Printilan interior yg rusak: kisi2 AC double blower banyak yg pecah dan copot. pemutar penutup AC di dasbor, copot.. Setir udh buluk.

Waktu itu aku beli parts doank, trus digantiin oleh mekanik andalan anak2 IdMOC, si om Slamet itu..
Oia, ternyata setelah beliau liat2 timing belt ama bearing kruk as, ternyata mirip ama punyanya Galant yg taun berapaa gitu, lupak, hehe... So, salah satu bukti lagi, part substitusi Mitsu itu banyak. Komponen yg kalo kita bilang punya Galant, pasti berharga lebih mahal dibanding yg punya Kuda. Padhal sama persis..

kuras tangki BBM, check fuel pump, fuel filter, oil filter, timing belt, kopling, dinamo starter, alternator.
purging, glow plug, service radiator, ganti oli gearbox, transmisi, mesin...
spooring dan balancing, periksa bushing, tie rod, ball join dkk..

kalo part yang bisa diservice, service aja, kalo gak bisa, mending ganti... :big_peace:

dulu sih ane di bengkel biasa di jakarta timur kuras tangki apv waktu kasus fuel pump jebol, sekitar 50 - 100rb...

dulu sih ane di bengkel biasa di jakarta timur kuras tangki apv waktu kasus fuel pump jebol, sekitar 50 - 100rb...

1. Putar kontak ke posisi ON.
2. Saat glow plug menyala pertama, tunggu. Tunggu sampai lampunya glowplug mati.
3. Saat glowplug mati, segera matikan kontak ke acc, trus puter lagi kontak ke posisi on.
4. Saat glowplug mulai nyala, langsung START your engine.

Kalau aki dan motor stater masih sehat, dijamin, langsung nyala GRENG!

oh gitu ya?? pantesan supir L300 suka dua kali muter kunci... jadi kl puteran yg pertama buat aktifin glow plug nya.. lalu yg kedua baru start... kl ga salah kuda diesel and L300 ada choke nya kan??

L300 Diesel, Kuda Diesel, Taft, Kijang Diesel, Panther 2.3 masih pake glow plug. Panther yg dibilang diesel jadul malah gak pake, karena udah pake teknologi Direct Injection.

Iya, tapi kalo engga balik ke off lagi, ntu motor stater muter mesinnya rada lama dikit, walaupun tidak kedenger indikasi motor stater maupun aki lemes.

Tapi kalo sempet di-off-kan bentar trus langsung start, sedetik langsung nyala. :mky_01:

Empuk, AC bikin beku (depan fan speed 1, belakang fan speed 1, temp diset paling dingin), peredaman suara dan panas bagus banget, dan yang penting....KENCHANGNG... 130kpj sangat mudah dapetnya...plus..kaki kakinya baru sekali ini ganti sejak 2002. Ganti di taun 2011, itu pun karena bapakku pas muter balik terlalu cepat, malah hajar trotoar tinggi...

om Vanz, Kuda ku gen 1 taun 2001 kemaren ane coba perjalanan dari kota Lamongan ke Kediri
dg estimasi jarak tempuh = 110 kilometer. pas nyampe Kediri ane isi full bioSolar nambah 9,3 liter.
menggunakan metode full to full, ane dpt FC 1:12.
Kuda ane efiseinsi mesinnya kira2 msh sehat apa gak Om? :ungg:
