ini kan kata nya seri 3 coupe yang di naik in seri nya jadi seri 4 ya om bener ngak.jadi seri 3 ngak ada coupe lagi katanya

Spy Shots: ’05 BMW 4-Series
The filler between threes and fives.

BMW continues to fill out its model line with lots more new models, including a recently introduced 6-Series coupe and the X3 Sports Activity Vehicle. The model line will expand even further in 2006 when BMW introduces the next generation of the 3-Series.

Currently the 3-Series comes in a variety of models including sedan, wagon, coupe, and convertible. Rumors from within BMW say that the new 3-Series will be divided in half, with the traditional 3-Series name being applied to the sedans and wagons and a new 4-Series name applied to coupes and convertibles. The 4-Series cars will be somewhat more upmarket than the 3-Series, with more standard equipment and unique sheetmetal to set them apart from the 3-Series cars whose platform they will share.

Naturally the 4-Series will have front engines and rear-wheel drive. Expect the current trend to more power to continue, with a range of powerful six-cylinder engines for the 4-Series cars, plus possibly even a rumored 380-horsepower V-8 engine for the top-of-the-line M4.

The photo shows an artist's concept of what the BMW 4-Series Coupe might look like when it is introduced for the 2006 model year.

Daku ini penggemar banyak mobil kok. Yang daku demenin itu sebenarnya bukan mereknya, melainkan performance-nya, engineering-nya, long term reliability-nya, serta overall value yg diberikan oleh suatu mobil tsb., kalau bagus yah jelas daku juga demen, kalau overall value-nya gak bagus sekalipun itu merek mewah spt. Mercedes, yah tetap saja tak daku tanggapi karena ibarat-nya di-rip off setelah membeli barang mewah berharga mahal tapi kualitas-nya ternyata buruk. Barang bagus kan gak berarti harus mahal harganya, dan barang yg berharga mahal juga belum tentu pasti bagus. Lihat Hyundai contohnya, harga reasonable dan cukup affordable, overall kualitas Hyundai sekarang ini juga sudah bagus. BMW dulu dibilang buruk, sekarang ini kualitas engineering, performance dan long term reliability mobil-mobil BMW justru yg paling bagus diantara produsen mobil Eropa, followed by Porsche and Saab. Sedangkan Mercedes yg dulunya paling unggul kualitasnya di dunia, sekarang ini malah merupakah salah satu produsen mobil berkualitas paling buruk di dunia. Demikian juga dgn mobil-mobil Jepang yg dulu-nya selalu dianggap berkualitas lebih rendah dari produsen-produsen mobil Eropa, eh taunya sekarang ini malah produsen-produsen mobil Jepang yg menduduki tingkat teratas dalam hal long term reliability, sedangkan rata-rata kualitas mobil-mobil Eropa malah merosot turun. Jadi, mobil bagus itu gak selalu harus mahal harganya.

kalo saya sih suka yang enak di kendarain pak empuk gitu tapi demen nya bmw sih udah cinta mati ama gril nya itu khas banget hehehe.

yah mobil mobil kelas kelas sedang kayak seri 5
cc sedang hp ngak terlalu gede,ngapain cc gede kalo ujung ujung nya macet juga.
lagi berminat meminang 528i e39 aja kayak nya enak tuh tapi sayang masih agak keras.tapi harga bersaing tuh ama new eyes,malah si new eyes lebih mahal.

sekarang sih ngapain beli mobil baru mahal mahal fasilitas nya di indonesia ngak ke pake juga.

tapi sebener nya semua mobil yah sama aja tujuan nya kan bisa jalan ngantar sampai tujuan bisa hidup ada AC nya udah.

Grill BMW emang khas banget. Tapi seri 5 baru udah aneh banget tuh modelnya. Seri 4 di atas masih lebih baik ...

Pinang New Eyes E320 aja bung mpoezz. Atau E280 juga oke tuh. Saya berani jamin kalo seri New Eyes / E-Class ini bakal lebih panjang masa pamornya. Biar lebih mahal tapi neh mobil emang top banget ... dimana2 laris ... dan bodinya kokoh !

Ya mungkin model seri 5 itu yang bikin dia kalah pamor.

Padahal, handling dan performance seri 5 baru itu lebih bagus dibandingkan dengan New Eyes.

Jadi designnya yang bikin ambruk ... =(

sebenar nya sih bukan design nya aja.
harga sparepart nya yang mahal itu yang bikin tambah ambruk juga hehehe.
perawatan nya mahal banget.
katanya merc lebih murah

Kalau engga salah, mpoezz pernah berkata bahwa mpoezz sedang mencari BMW seri 5 yg bekas? Rencananya, mpoezz lagi cari yg tahun berapa?

iya pak chalupa taun 98 an paling
tapi ngak tau liat liat dulu hehehe.
soal nya sih ngak urgent banget jadi masih bisa di tunda tunda lagi liat liat sikon juga hehehe.
lagian belum begitu urgent juga sih pak cha.
kalo menurut pak cha gimana mending beli bekas ato baru.

Bekas juga gak apa-apa sebenarnya, semua mobil begitu disetir keluar dari dealernya juga udah langsung jadi mobil bekas, sayang juga kadang di depreciationnya. Menurut saya, BMW 5-series th. 98-an sudah cukup murah sekarang, tho kalo gak salah udah sekitar pertengahan Rp. 200 jutaan. Lagian walaupun udah berumur 6 tahun, tho BMW 5-series tetap saja kelihatannya masih elegant. Biaya maintenance BMW sebenarnya gak mahal-mahal banget (cukup kompetitif dengan mobil mewah lainnya seperti Jaguar, Audi), sama seperti mobil lain, kalau kamu maintain-nya secara rutin sih biasanya gak bakal ada major problems. Tapi kamu harus lebih memerhatikan electronic partsnya, spt misalnya bagian komputer yg rusak itu gak bisa cuma dibetulin bagian itu saja, melainkan harus diganti the whole unit dengan yg baru, nah itu bisa kena biaya yg sangat mahal sekali (belum lagi labor costsnya), bisa kena ribuan dollar itu, kalo dikurs ke rupiah yah puluhan juta rupiah. Coba mpoezz cari bengkel independent BMW yg terkenal bagus hasil kerjanya, labor costs di bengkel independent akan jauh lebih murah dari bengkel resmi, tapi jangan sembarang bengkel independent juga, cari yg khusus menangani BMW, dengan begitu paling tidak kamu bisa lebih hemat uang dalam hal maintenance costs.

bener juga pak.dapat undian mobil aja di jual jadi mobil bekas udah.
iya nih katanya electric nya agak riskan seperti electric seat nya soalnya kan udah agak lama.
saya sih kemarin ada ditawar in 530i ama 520i yg baru.tapi pikir pikir buat apa juga beli baru lagi sayang rasanya udah mahal mau dibawa kejalan rasanya ngak tega takut di beset orang,mau di tinggal parkir was was hehehe.lagian ntar harga jual kembali jatuh banget.
mending beli bekas di apa in aja ngak masalah hehehe.

Bung mpoezz bener juga. Hal ini salah satu yang mempengaruhi jumlah penjualan BMW di tanah air. Walopun perawatan MB lebih murah, itu cuma murah dikit koq.

kalo penjualan sih yang paling kenceng di indo BMW cuman kalo depresiasi harga untuk mobil eropa mercy yang paling stabil.dan harga jual kembali nya ngak jatuh banget.

Gw setuju dengan mpoezz.

Harga E-Class tahun 97 juga masih lumayan stabil. Di kisaran 300 jutaan. Jadi untuk depresiasi harga, MB masih unggul.
