HPM's Honda Odyssey update?

Any news on Honda Prospect Motor's plan to launch the Odyssey? I'm wondering if it's going to be imported (like Honda Malaysia) or assembled/CKD..anyone got news?

Pake Indonesia aja ya jawabnya ... Inggris ku amburadul. Kalo ada yg mau translate juga boleh ...

Masih belum pasti kabarnya, tapi HPM sudah merencanakan untuk menghadirkan New Odyssey ke tanah air. Yang pasti masih CBU ...

Kalau memang jadi, awal tahun 2005 kemungkinan akan hadir New Odyssey versi resmi ATMP.

gak perlu kok di-translate, wong bahasa indonesianya conan lancar kok, barusan aja daku baca tuh komentar yg di-tulis conan dalam bahasa indonesia di topik yg lain, lancar abiiiiiiisssssssss

Honda siapkan mobil murah

(17/07/2004) - Honda Motor Co. akan mulai menjual mobil berharga murah dengan target anak-anak muda di Amerika Utara mulai 2006, pasar yang menurut produsen mobil Jepang itu adalah kunci untuk terus tumbuh, demikian CEO Takeo Fukui (15/7).

Model itu nanti diposisikan dibawah Civic, yang harganya mulai $13,000, untuk merespon semakin tingginya permintaan terhadap mobil-mobil berharga murah. Namun Fukui menolak mengungkapkan detil proyek itu.

Honda juga akan memperkenalkan model-model lain di Amerika Utara seperti re-modeled Honda Odyssey dan Honda SUT, sport utility pickup tahun depan. (mobilku.com)

Bung Edward that new cheap car is the Honda Fit/Jazz. Honda's going to launch it in the US after seeing BMW's success with the Mini and Toyota's with the Scion-badged Toyota Ist.

And the new Honda Odyssey for the US market is a totally different one with the JDM version. It will be similar to Honda's ASM market displayed in the last Tokyo Motor Show. It will be much, much taller because Americans love big, big cars.

Orang amerika love big2 cars,I agree completly.

Sedan yg paling enak(in term of size) IMHO,jenis2 lumina atau Grand marquis dr ford.Sesuai dg postur bule....

Malam bung Edward maaf aku baru lihat thread Chalupa about the new US Odyssey

I like the Elysion better than the US Odyssey, at least it's a true Van and not an MPV trying to be a Van. But I love the new JDM Odyssey, it's almost as low as a saloon - like a station wagon but better looking

Sama gw juga lebih suka JDM Odyssey. Tinggal tunggu kabar dari ATPM Honda sini. Karena kalau keluar versi resminya biasa harganya akan lebih murah. Sama sperti Jazz yang masuk ke sini lewat ATPM jauh lebih murah dibandingkan Fit (Jazz) versi IU.

Dan kalo New Odyssey bener2 masuk scr resmi maka harga akan lebih murah dibandingkan versi IU yang harganya cukup gila.

Exactly!

Tapi Jazz bisa jauh lebih murah drpd Fit karena Fit diimport langsung dr Japan, sedangkan Jazz dirakit di Thailand and masuk Indo dgn skema AFTA, dan tahun ini dirakit di Indo juga.
Sedangkan Odyssey, bisa cukup jauh lebih murah drpd versi IU jika di-CKD. Tapi jika built-up juga aku rasa tidak apa-apa, harga mungkin cuma beda sedikit dr IU tapi dapat garansi ATPM
