Perodua Kenari itu bukan Karimun versi Malay, tapi dari basis Daihatsu (kalo ga salah Move)

Trus Proton Perdana V6 body-nya sama kaya Mitsubishi Emeraude, dan mesin serupa sama Galant V6 di Indo, 1999cc V6 DOHC 150hp.

Ternyata pak ruthndul punya hobby sama kaya saya, nyari2 info soal mobil2 aneh dan beda sama market pasar Indonesia. Masih ingat thread yg saya buka: Have U Ever Seen Serena Like This? Buat Serena, kayanya gak usah ditaruh di thread ini lagi kayanya.

Btw, ini TOYOTA CONDOR dari Afrika Selatan, berbasis sama dengan Kijang, namun atapnya hi-roof, diberi mesin besar: 2400cc petrol dan ada 3000cc diesel juga.

Berikut photo2nya, model dlm foto adalah 2400 Estate TE. Mesinnya Toyota 2RZ-FE, 2400cc Twincam EFI, mesinnya setipe dengan Kijang 2.0, Toyota 1RZ-FE namun mesin Condor lebih besar. Buat pemilik Kijang 2.0, bisa langsung swap dengan mesin Condor ini.

Joknya dapat memuat 7 penumpang, dengan seatbelt di seluruh kursinya. Hebat kan?

Lebih hebat lagi melihat penggeraknya, diberi FOUR WHEEL DRIVE! Liat tuas transfer case di konsol tengah. Sementara dashboard sama persis Kijang.

ralat pak, Galant V6 di Indo bukan 150HP tapi 135 HP, sama seperti Toyota Corona

Quite confusing kalo cuma 135hp, apalagi sama kaya Corona. Walaupun sama2 2000cc (Galant V6 1999cc dan Corona 1998cc), tapi mesin Corona cuma 4 silinder inline.

Hmm....

makanya saya bingung, kok bisa sama2 Corona, tapi larinya jauh lebih kenceng... ??

Proton tinggal bayar royalty kalau pakai engine mitsubishi 4GXX series, makanya proton sekarang pakai engine RENAULT.

Perodua sekarang udah dikontrol sama daihatsu (share 51%). Yang terbaru Daihatsu MYVI, enginnya pakai Toyota AVANZA punya 2NZ-FE.

VOLVO S40 generasi pertama SHARE dengan MITSU CHARISMA dan SHARE dengan PROTON WAJA. Volvo S40 dan Mitsu Charisma diasembling di Belanda, sedang Proton Waja di Shah Alam dan Tanjung Malim Malaysia.

Ini selingan dikit sekaligus flashback...

Sebenarnya soal mesin Galant pernah saya bahas duluu sekali....kira2 setahun lebih lalu...mungkin mr. ruthndul belum menjadi member SM..

Tidakkah mr ruthndul merasa kode mesin Galant itu aneh??

Begini....

Kebanyakan mesin Mitsubishi hanya diberi kode huruf
2 jenis huruf saja, yaitu G untuk mesin petrol (G stands for gasoline) dan D untuk mesin diesel (D stands for diesel)

Contohnya mesin bensin 4G63, yg ada di Galant, Lancer Evolution, Airtrek, Eterna,dll.
Dan mesin diesel 4D56 di Kuda dan L300.....

Angka pertama itu menandakan jumlah silindernya, sedangkan angka dibelakang kode huruf hanya nomor urut/kode klasifikasi aja....semakin besar angka dibelakang huruf belum tentu menandakan mesinnya lebih besar, dan juga sebaliknya.

Balik lagi ke mesin 6A12 dan 6A13, kedua mesin ini berbeda kan, kodenya dengan mesin Mitsubishi lain....

Dulu malahan ada SMer yg bilang "A" itu "abstain" hehehe...

tebakan saya, bisa saja kode A itu dari mesin2 konfigurasi V..... ?
adakah mesin seri 4A atau adalah mesin seri 6G ?
