Iya om biarpun mekanisme brakingnya ngelarang injek 2 pedal sekaligus dia utamain rem. Biasa dibantu brake hold sih buat launch. Biarpun tetep blm masuk zona turbo spool sih cuma buat pastiin mobil dr standstill.

Digas pol langsung dari 0 jg potensi ngerusak.

Intinya cvt gesekan = panas. Logikanya klo sering pindah rasio ekstrem ya makin cepet bubar wkwkwkw.

Obrolan kelas berat nih..

Dulu taun 2003/2004 temen bikin tx3 pake td04 cuma modal intercooler, ganti piston low comp sama haltech f9 kuat aja diboost 0.7 tuh..

Pengapian buat maju mundur pake modul dari msd..

Yang males pake stand alone tuh kenapa ya? Holden temen aja dari carb ganti injeksi malah sekalian pasangin direct fire, ngeset dari ecu juga.. enak, bensin dari 1:2 jadi 1:4.

ngeri jg yak 1.3 udah dapet di 333Nm. tp kadang beda dyno beda result om. akuratnya si cek suhu oli CVTnya langsung via OBD bisa deh keknya.

i see i see om, td pagi baru sy ganti hcf2 dulu sementara, tp kata beres honda katanya ga rekomen di flush emg bener yah? sementara ini asal ga dibejek bejek aman kan yah om sambil tunggu ganti q8 aja n pasang cooler next. iya itu 333nm kyknya aga terlalu "baik" kalibrasi dynonya hehe

sori kalo oot, jazz ane klo CVT nya uda oon, kira2 di pakein oli CVT yg di sebutin di atas, apa bakal meningan ya?

CVTF setau ane nge flush nya lebih simple om cuma dituang, dijalanin beberapa saat terus dibuang isi baru lagi. mungkin yg beres nya ngirain pake mesin ATF flush. klo udah ganti per 20rb sih flushing nggak terlalu diperlukan.

klo gak ada alat ukur coba dirasakan sendiri performanya ... klo sekedar daily mungkin gpp biasa berasa agak selip klo udah terus-terusan nanjak atau luar kota salip salip truk. sbenernya enaknya mobil bensin itu cenderung lbh safe dari diesel soalnya jarang bgt nyentuh peak torque di 3000-4000 rpm.

klo diesel 2000 rpm aja kan udah peak torque wkwkwkw.

kalo tujuannya mau sering dipake trackday and masi mobil harian, mending yg stage 1 aja saran saya, sisa duitnya diberesin buat suspensi,lsd, braking, system.
apalagi turbo2 mendingan jangan yah kalo bawaan mobilnya dari ge8 yang basednya bukan mbl non turbo, karena kita di indo negara tropis, ga bs dibandingin ama orang yg trackday di eropa/US, kita disini baru start aja IAT udah melejit ke 50c :glodak:
ijin share pengalaman dulu buat mobil untuk trackday :
- GTI MK6, kondisi remap stg 2 (sekitar 300 hp dyno dastek), hardware full bolt on (full exhaust,cold air intake,big intercooler, uprated oilcooler, piping2) + WMI = selama wmi nyemprot mobil adem sentosa, tapi berhubung tangki wminya cuman 1 gallon (2 lap juga abis) setelah itu tahan 2 hotlap n oil temp langsung melejit ke 130c dan mobil masuk limp mode :big_biglaugh:, lalu karena mobil suspensi cuman pake per eibach (shock masi standart) mobil understeer sekali dan karena torsinya kegedean berasa torque steer setiap keluar tikungan.

- GT86, remap only, full exhaust, replacement air intake(220 hp dyno dastek) = aman sentosa, mobil digeber terus 6-7 lap oil temp anteng aja di 100-110c, padahal ga ada upgrade cooler2, yang nyerah duluan selang remnya karena bloon belom diganti yg braided :big_bored:

- Megane RS265, remap,full bolt on tapi oil cooler masih standart (340 hp dyno dastek)= sama penyakitnya kaya di GTI, heatsoak, baru 3 lap oil temp udah mentok di 130c, jadi main cmn bs 1x outlap. waktu kondisi masih stock belum di remap dll padahal kuat2 aja 6-7 lap

- F87 M2, remap stg 1, full bolt on + oilcooler (approx 420 hp, yg ini engga di dyno soalnya) = aman sentosa walafiat, digeber ampe 10 lap berturut2 oil temp juga masi anteng and mobil ga ada penurunan performa signifikan, drivernya yang kaga kuat karena kepanasan (kagak tega nyalain ac karena mobil uda out of warranty :big_biglaugh: )

jadi kalo berdasarkan pengalaman saya, mesin 2.0 turbo high performance rata2 kalo cmn diremap dan full fbo penyakitnya heatsoak, karena boostnya udah ketinggian and space enginenya juga packed banget
and kalo mau buat trackday, kebalikan sama drag/buat morning run dsbnya. karena kalo kt main buat track, yang penting longevity mobilnya, percuma misal kenceng2 kalo 1 hotlap aja kaga sanggup :big_childish:

soalnya ud ngalamin sendiri om powernya kegedean malah ngeri ngegasnya enakan malah tenaganya kecil pas tikungan jd full trotle...., kayak dulu aja pas awal saya ganti GE8 dari freed aja lsg ciut tiap ketemu tikungan di samping ban belakang gak banyak nopang beban tenaga GE8 berasa lebih gede makin bikin tuh mobil berasa traksinya kurang jd kagak pede buat ngelibasnya....... :big_biglaugh:

padahal waktu pake freeed malah saya gas poool tiap belokan kadang malah saya sengajar gas pol pas masuk banting setir rem kenceng gas lagi biar ban belakang nyeret :big_biglaugh:

di ge8 kek gitu lsg kicep karena berasa banget ban belakang gak ada traksi takut tiba2x meilintir gara2x oversterr dan kebukti melintir saya di tkungan iseng tarik handbrake lsg muter 180 derajat lsg lawan arah tuh mobil :big_bored:

padahal waktu nyoba di yaris jalanan rame lebih akurat saya tarik hanbrake kek gitu pantatnya geser ke arah belok soalnya belakangnya ada tangki bensin jd bannya berasa lebih gigit :mky_03:

Sekarang kaya-nya doyan yg instant2, ganti replacement, exhaust depan - belakang, remap.
Udah signifikan si naeknya, tapi kalo remap tanpa dyno itu agak gimana, gak tau persis angka meningkat performanya seberapa besar.


Tahun 2009 bangun mesin D16 vtec
Swap head p08
Porting n polish
Oversize piston, klep, per klep, cam gear.
Fpr, fuel pump ganti
Intake skunk2, open filter hks jamur
Oli royal purple 5-30
Header, downpipe custom budi knalpot, muffler skunk2
Ganti ratio gear 3 & 4.
Dastek q+ di sigma speed
Dapet 196hp, pertamax plus.

Kaki2
Coilover hotbits
Ban Neova ad07, r1r, r888.

Sekarang nyari nyaman dan irit, light modified aja.
Replacement pake k&n, ganti downpipe - frontpipe, bagian exhaust lainnya std biar tetep adem, oli amsoil signature series biar bisa tahan 1 tahun, dan ban touring biar nyaman dan tenang jalan jauh-jauh sama keluarga :big_biglaugh:
Mau pasang dastek udah ngerasa kemahalan, mau remap jg wajib nyebrang ke pulau jawa biar tuning-annya oke.

yg parah turbo fwd gitu seh, oe liat" diluar sana agak problematik memang sama heatsoak

apalagi CTR tuh :big_biglaugh:

oil temp calculated FL5 aja bisa 150, oil pres drop jauh. :big_biglaugh:

packaging di mobil2 kecil emang problem laten sih. apalagi hot hatch sekarang modelnya pake sese 2 rebu dan turbo high boost setting hp nya di atas 300. panas panas dah itu ruang mesin.

makanya liat tiggo 8pro itu ane kagum. engine 2000cc turbo ditutup full. penasaran gmn tuh umur karet-karet elektrikal aki dll palagi kalo yg beli gak ngerti mesin dibuka cuma pas ganti oli ya mampus aja lah :mky_07:

CVT coba ganti CVTF dulu aja. Jgn keburu overhaul. Odometer udah brp ? Umur transmisi lebih ikut ke kilometer soalnya

iya nih om, rencana mau ganti filter + strainer nya dulu

Dulu kalo matic rusak inget nama ricardo matic. Sekarang masih ada gak ya?
Banyak temen2 di Sumatera pada kesano kalo rusak, ada yg mobil towing kesana, ada yg kirim transmisi glondong kesana. Sejauh ini gak pernah ada keluhan bagus2 aja kerjanya (matic at atau pun cvt)
