iya Om buat memanipulasi Air Flow sensor. ya mirip2 spacer, cuma yg saya liat di kaskus penampang dalemnya dibikin seolah2 supaya aliran udara ngga ada turbulen.
mudah2an saya bener karena ngga gitu ngerti teori fluida

baru ganti filter udara OEM pake merk aftermarket APEX, harga selisih 3 ribu perak sama OEM, tapi tarikan lebih enak, tenaga lebih ngisi meski dikit di putaran bawah...lumayan buat filter harga segitu lagipula bisa dicuci ulang, jadinya lebih hemat :big_okay:

Ga pake additif om, cuma entah apa aja yg disetel, soalnya kalo beres yg majuin timing, tetep aja ngelitik

Tolong mobil GL nyendal nyendal,

Malam ini baru saja mobil dalam keadaan stationer tidak bisa rata RPM nya, seperti kadang kadang mau mati mesinnya.
Kalau dalam keadaan tidak masuk gigi dan digas bisa stationer, di lepas gas(dibiarin tidak di gas) ndut ndut an.
Kalau dalam keadaan masuk gigi, kopling di lepas dan gas diinjak respon kadang lambat seperti tidak ada tenaga, kadang narik seperti biasa.

indikator warna orange menyala, kenapa yah? besok rencana ke bengkel.
Apakah karena kotor throttle nya ataukah kotor sampai ruang bakar?

Ataukah ada problem yang lain?

fix check enjin nyala tuh om...
mobil abis diapain ?? ritual bersih2 TB ?? soket di pedal gas atau di TB ad di cabut?? gejala nya kaya sensor di TB lg mabok...

perlu proses idle air learn tuh...

kl soket pedal gas abis dicabut, coba perform : (sbaiknya pas mesin masi dingin)

1. pedal gas jgn diinjak
2. putar konci kontak d ON dan diemin 2 detik
3. putar lg konci ke OFF dan diemin 10 detik
ulangi step 2 dan 3 skali lagi

lalu throttle valve closed position learning

1. nyalain mesin
2. panasin mesin at least ampe lampu biru padam dan kira2 2-3 menit kmudian
3. matiin mesin dan tunggu sebentar... pd saat ini coba di confirm dgn dengerin ada suara TEK atau bunyi motor di dalam TB bekerja nutup valve..

kl idle air learning nya batu makam...

1.PRECONDITIONING
Make sure that all of the following conditions are satisfied.
Learning will be cancelled if any of the following conditions are missed for even a moment.
• Battery voltage: More than 12.9 V (At idle)
• Engine coolant temperature: 70 - 100°C (158 - 212°F)
• Selector lever: P or N (CVT), Neutral (M/T)
• Electric load switch: OFF
(Air conditioner, headlamp, rear window defogger)
- For vehicles equipped with daytime light systems, perform one of the following procedures before
starting engine not to illuminate headlamps.
• Apply parking brake
• Set lighting switch to the 1st position
• Steering wheel: Neutral (Straight-ahead position) position
• Vehicle speed: Stopped
• Transmission: Warmed-up
- CVT models
• With CONSULT: Drive vehicle until “FLUID TEMP SE” in “DATA MONITOR” mode of “TRANSMISSION” system
indicates less than 0.9 V.
• Without CONSULT: Drive vehicle for 10 minutes.
- M/T models
• Drive vehicle for 10 minutes

3.IDLE AIR VOLUME LEARNING
Without CONSULT
NOTE:
• It is better to count the time accurately with a clock.
• It is impossible to switch the diagnostic mode when an accelerator pedal position sensor circuit has
a malfunction.
1. Perform ACCELERATOR PEDAL RELEASED POSITION LEARNING. Refer to EC-88, "Work Procedure".
2. Perform THROTTLE VALVE CLOSED POSITION LEARNING. Refer to EC-89, "Work Procedure".
3. Start engine and warm it up to normal operating temperature.
4. Turn ignition switch OFF and wait at least 10 seconds.
5. Confirm that accelerator pedal is fully released, turn ignition switch ON and wait 3 seconds.
6. Repeat the following procedure quickly five times within 5 seconds.
- Fully depress the accelerator pedal.
- Fully release the accelerator pedal.
7. Wait 7 seconds, fully depress the accelerator pedal and keep it for approx. 20 seconds until the MI stops
blinking and turned ON.
8. Fully release the accelerator pedal within 3 seconds after the MI turned ON.
9. Start engine and let it idle.
10. Wait 20 seconds.

last but not least.... coba cek pcv hose nya... yg d enjin head ama yg dr enjin head ke selang menuju TB... retak trus mesin geter2 mulu... tp ilang stelah mesin agak panas..

Sehabis dari bengkel, ternyata sensor oksigen sudah rusak.

Mau tidak mau harus ganti.
Akhirnya ganti lah selang oksigen dan sekarang sudah normal kembali.

Terima kasih om DOHC.
Sepertinya mobil ini tidak bisa disayang lagi hehehe.

Kurang kuat untuk jadi mobil kerja.

sensor O2 ?? GL om 1.5 kan ?? bukannya 1.5 ga ad sensor o2 nnya yah ?? cmiiw...

Masih belum ketemu istri yang ke bengkel, nanti kalau sudah ketemu coba kulihat notanya om.

Katanya tadi sensor oksigen yang rusak, harganya sekitar 400 rb, ongkos pasang 100 rb an

om DOHC wah dibilang murah juga enggak :(( karena mobil KM 60,000 pakai 3.5 thn sudah habis biaya banyak
Shock semua + dampernya muka dan belakang + ogkos pasang 4 jt an
Bearing roda depan 2 jt an
Sensor Oksigen = 0.5 jt an

lumayan sudah keluar 6.5 jt hiks :((

bulan lalu carbon clean...hasilnya kotoran yang disedot seperti yang terlihat di gambar :big_dunno: timing pengapian nggak diapa2in, busi, saluran intake, filter udara dibersihin, TB dibersihin pake semprot2, jadinya harus idle learning lagi krn RPM naik turun gak karuan, colok scanner buat ngebenerinnya anteng lagi...

test drive...efeknya setelah carbon clean ngelitik hilang total, tarikan enteng, mesin terasa bertenaga, mau nyalip2 di luar kota pede lagi...btw, minumnya tetep premium :big_grin: oli masih pake helix HX7...

8 bulan lalu saya ganti bearing roda kanan depan saja harga 475rb sudah termasuk ongkos pasang, barangnya bukan ori nissan tapi buatan thailand. sampai skrg masih gak ada keluhan.
2 juta ini yang ori nissan kah ?

Betul yang ori Nissan. Sebenarnya yang rusak cuma 1 sisi, mengingat sudah jalan 55.000 KM ya sudahlah ganti sepasang saja

kalau saya dalam merawat mobil selama ini punya patokan :
- engine part harus ori, kalau bukan ori cepet aus
- bodi part juga pakai yang ori, kalau bukan biasanya kualitasnya jelek, cepet pudar
- kaki kaki saya pakai merk aftermarket, beberapa bahkan sama kuat dengan orinya., seperti merk 555
- kalau bearing pilih merk Nachi / Skf / koyo atau merk terkenal lainnya, yang ori juga isinya merk merk ini
- busi saya pakai merk bosch / ngk / denso
- braking system pakai merk aftermarket juga hemat banyak, kampas rem ada bbrp, bendix, bosch, ferodo, kalau mau murah pakai merk mk.

Dengan cara ini seringkali merawat mobil tidak semahal yang dikatakan orang, apalagi kalau afa kenalan toko.
