carburator spray biasa dan foam

bos, ane mau tanya nih. apa perbedaan dari carburator spray yang biasa dan yang foam? ane denger yang foam lebih keras efek nya bnr ga? efeknya bisa merusak carburator ga? thanks ya

injector cleaner biasanya diinfus langsung ke jalur bahan bakar. Ada juga injector cleaner yang dicampur langsung ke tangki bensin.

Untuk sistem injeksi, di dalam throttle body (TB) biasanya banyak sensor2...
Yang dikhawatirkan, jika pemakaian cleaner yang disemprotkan ke dalam TB/katup kupu2 kandungan kimia-nya terlalu kuat atau tidak aman/cocok buat sensor2 tsb, bisa membuat sensor-sensor tersebut error

Beda dengan karburator, yang tidak terlalu sensitif dengan hal beginian

pemakaian carb cleaner utk mobil injeksi lebi aman nya ketahui dulu letak2 sensor2... biasa di deket TB dan manifold situ banyak nya...

kalo mau gampang sehh, mending bongkar total manifold nya ampe kliatan klep intake nya trus semprot lgs ke situ... dan semprot dikit ke lobang busi... musti nya sehh cara gini ampuh.. bahkan utk mobil yg super rewel pun jg ga nyala check enjin nya...

Yang aman, pakailah cleaner ini seperlunya, jangan terlalu sering dan tidak harus dijadwalkan setiap KM tertentu

menurut hemat ane sih 10rb masih kedikitan om, ane pernah coba 20rb dan 30rb. 20rb masih tebel, 30rb udah terlalu aus, jadi pasnya 25rb. pake busi biasa NGK atau ND. mostly jalan dalkot.

Rasanya yg bagus dari soft99, dan seingat saya itu yg paling mahal dibanding merk lainnya yg pernah dicoba

Konon, beberapa gejala kalau overdosis atau salah dosis injector cleaner ini, rpm saat idle jadi lebih tinggi dibanding biasanya
Di beberapa konstruksi Throttle Body yang ISC-nya di posisi bawah, rawan kena over spray dari cleaner ini dan akhirnya bikin ISC bocor, kalau ISC bocor, idle rpm-nya (stasioner) jadi ngga bagus, malah ngga bisa stabil

Yg jelas, dari semua kemasan Injector Cleaner yg pernah saya pakai, di situ tertulis TIDAK AMAN/TIDAK BOLEH kena sensor Air Flow

memang kenapa ga boleh kena ya om? apa karena bahan kimianya bisa mengikis sensor sehingga bocor?

Analisa awam saja ya..., jadi silahkan dikoreksi

Kalau carb/injector cleaner memang sifatnya abrasif, makanya salah satu fungsinya ngikis deposit

Kalau untuk bersihin perangkat elektronik, mustinya ya sekedar membersihkan dan membuang lemak/kotoran, makanya kalau untuk perangkat elektronik pakainya contact cleaner atau electronic contact cleaner.
Termasuk buat sensor MAF ini, rasanya masih sejenis dengan contact cleaner

ane ada maenin stelan CO ipah ane om.. jadi nya rpm agak lebi rendah pas idle... FC jd agak membaik dikittt... cuman kayanya ini ada konsekuensi ke busi jg... scara biasanya di 10an rebu km, busi uda kemerahan dan musti di stel gap nya.. jadi yahh mending di lembiru aja... toh busi ipah murah beli di sentra onderdil.. :mky_01: :mky_01:

kalo ane nge carb jet boil ane... biasanya ntuh sensor2 ane amankan dulu meener... kalo bisa di copotin yah ane copotin, tp kalo ga bisa yahh ane amankan dulu dgn di tutup pake plastik...

kalo ane malah uda stick ke DCS punya... gzox plg mahal ane stuju, tp ga plg bagus sehh kalo pengalaman ane... dulu ane pake ini, mobil baru jalan 1000-2000 km uda glitik lagi... pake dcs bisa sdikit lebi panjang efek nya..

Nah iya...DCS bagus kok, seingat saya, hasil spray-nya foam/busa

Terakhir kali beli di Shop n Drive, kalau ngga salah ingat 65-70ribuan

apapun merek nya... ada baik nya stelah ritual semprot2 gini, dibarengin dgn ganti oli dan filter.... lebi bagus lg kalo disertai ritual bersih2 busi dan filter udara...

bro dohc, kalo abis semprot TB emang harus genti oli mesin + filternya jg??
btw kenapa tuh bro??
dulu di mobil lama pas carbon clean atau bersih TB di bengkel ga sekalian genti oli mesin. Untung ga rusak tuh mesin. Maklum nubie om :mky_01:

yahh kan abis bersih2 gtuan... ada sbagian kecil dari cairan pembersih tsb menyusup lwatin ring piston bro... trus kena ke oli di bawah nya....

obat2 bgituan kan mostly mengandung bahan solvent, aerosol dll nya... agak ga bae kalo kecampur ke oli mesin... takutnya bsa ngerusak kualitas si oli itu sendiri... kandungan uap bensin dan air di oli aja cuman bole sepersekian kecil persen dari total keseluruhan vol tuh oli... apalagi bahan2 dari obat2 perontok karbon bgituan..

- Bersihkan/semprot dulu injektor/carburetor dan nyalakan mesin hingga asap bersih
- Baru ganti oli+filter

waduh... kalo soal ndut2an.. mungkin master2 sesepuh dsini yg lebi jago bsa lebi memberikan arahann...

selagi nunggu mreka mampir kemari, nubie coba sumbang saran dikit..

itu busi uda bener blom gap nya, bsa pake feeler gap gauge (ga tau bener ga namanya) buat di cek.. trus pake oli nya apa, kalo masi pake kabel busi, coba dicek kenceng ga nancep nya... filter udara gmana kondisi nya.. jakarta kan super kotor udaranya.. trus terakhir yahh kualitas bensin nya gmana...

kalo itu smua kondisi nya masi bagus yahh emang karakter mobil nya gt...

mobil ane livina jg terkenal kategori ndut2an parah bro.. gigi 1 ndut2an.. gigi 2 lemot.. tp sejak ane ganti ke oli yg agak bagusan, rutin bersihin busi ama filter udara... gejala ndut2an berkurang walaupun masi ada sehh..

ndut2 an itu artinya semprotan bbm gak konstan bro. perlu di cek fuel pump - saringan bensin - injektor. paling gampang kocok dulu saringan bensin trus tuangin ke aqua gelas. kalo udah kaya kopi ganti aja. umumnya solved

coba besok ane bawa ke bengkel bro biar dicek sama mereka tapi kyknya ga ke beres suzuki deh soalnya baru 2 kali servis disitu udh dapet pengalaman ga ngenakin :upss:
oli pake mobil super 10W-40 nih bro. sebelumnya pake SGO 5W-30 tapi gara2 waktu itu ganti oli di beres dipakein engine flush tanpa ganti filter oli makanya ane ganti tuh oli pake mobil super 10W-40 diluaran bro

BBM selalu pertamax neh om. akhir2 ini malah ane cekokin pertamax plus mulu soalnya pengalaman di mobil lama dicekokin pertaplus ngeltik berkurang jauh & tarikan jadi enak. terbukti sih di swift ane sekarang tapi ya itu ndut-ndutannya nih ga ilang2
kalo saringan bensin emang ada kemungkinan kotor om walaupun jarak tempuh mobil ane baru 6400 KM??
