Mazda has led with its chin with the new BT-50. In fact, it’s the lines of that chin that splits opinion.
Where most contenders in the ‘work truck’ segment have all the sculptural qualities of a beer carton, the BT-50 has had its sheet-metal massaged and squeezed for an individual Mazda-family look.
Certainly, the Ford Australia-developed Ranger, on which the BT-50 is based, is a bit of a box. So is the Amarok. But has Mazda come up with a face only a mother could love – and does it matter?

Kok gak da gaungnya yak? Cek barusan (Jumat 20 Mei 2012 jam 10an AM) ke mazda.co.id, eh lagi under construction.
Yang pasti, enjin di Indo rencananya persis Ranger di 2.2 liter. Yang saya kaget, rada ilfil sih, tampang luarnya kok gini banget yak? Quote di atas sedikit banyak ngewakilin kekagetan saya. Tampak sampingnya, design language Mazda currently IMO gak cocok banget diterapkan di pikap dobel kabin.
Berasa liat Juke pake bak.

Kok tetep disebut cowboy? Yup karena spesies pikap dan dobel kabin lahir di Amrik,

Satu lagi, PLIS DEH, namanya mbok ya diganti. Gak keren ah. Ganti misal dengan nama TKP yang sangar misal 'MAZDA PATAGONIA' nah cool kan?

Setelah ngeliat langsung tampang 2 cowboy di bawah ini, saya yang lebih suka brand 'Ford' harus ngakuin, kerenan Chevy Kolorijo, hehe..
