Konon WNA beli property apartment di Indonesia gak bisa ambil KPR, jadi mereka harus beli dgn cash.

Tapi gak tahu ya kalo nanti persh propery sini kerjasama dgn bank di negara tertentu utk provide KPR bagi buyer di negara tsb.....hehe

Kalo ane liat sih kayaknya dlm jangka pendek masih kecil kemungkinan WNA akan borong2 property di Indonesia, paling hanya daerah2 tertentu aja yg favorit utk wisata or banyak persh asing beroperasi, itupun belum tentu mereka akan borong dgn massive.

Beda yah dibanding yg terjadi di Sing / OZ / US / HK / Japan dimana orang2 Cungkuo rame2 invest property di sana, bbrp faktor yg mendukung :
- Kepastian hukum
- Kestabilan politik
- Daerah2 yg sudah lama menjadi favorit destinasi wisata bagi turis

Orang2 Indo yg berduit pun juga pada punya property di Sing / OZ, ada juga yg beli di US

Skg yg paling simple aja, para konglomerat / kaum d have Indo aja byk yg tinggal di Singapore, mrk mobile, weekdays di Indo, weekend di Sing.......setidaknya ini menjadi gambaran score daya tarik utk investasi property di Indo vs Singapore misalnya (1 contoh aza)

bbrp foreigners yg pakai nominee u beli estate di indo (umumnya bali, lombok u jadi boutique hotel atau breakfast-n-bed stay)...

knp sdh bayar pajak pembeli 5percent tapi mrk masih blm dpt hak atas tanah n hrs byr lg another 5percent u land right acquisition excise (pajak penjual itu 5percent tapi itu bkn urusan pembeli).

mrk pd tanya apa parliament members pd tidur kok aturan bgini tetap ada sampai skrg.

contoh spain sejak 2013 sept: non-EU national be automatically granted permanent reaidency if purchase property @ € 500,000 value

Kalo gak salah Portugal juga yah um......then akhirnya banyak orang2 mainland beli di sana

bekas tetangga bekas tetangga sy di pdkindah ada 5 keluarga yg sdh dpt bgitu ...mrk firesale indo asset (jual rugi kata mrk meski mnrt sy jual untung n masih untung besar) n wang dibawa sini

kata mrk ...lumayan selama idup dr saving ga perlu bayar incometax n medical n education gratis sampai s3 skalipun n majoring apapun

mrk kalo masih punya validpassport susah dpt entryvisa EU (schengen) krn syria trmsk so called axis-of-evil state ...terror supporting state dan lain yg negative label

Negara2 yg pintar sih wajar dia offer program spt itu.....dgn harapan kaum berduit datang.....betah di sana.....membuka bisnis di sana, menciptakan multiplier effect...ujung2-nya pemasukkan pajak bertambah.

Di sini waktu wacana batas apartement 5M aja pro -kontra-nya udah luar biasa......apalagi kalo beli unit 5M + dikasih PR (Perm Resident) Indonesia.....wah pasti yg kontra tambah banyak

mrk mrk yg hanya berani dlm kandang punya jutaam alasan u stay didlm ...ada yg bilang kuatir nanti kangen makanan padang atau apalah tanpa perlu ditanggap (mungkin kalo punya passport di dlm isinya relative bersih n ada bbrp regional touristic stamps sj)
