Dilihat dari foto2 yg sebelum nya beredar maupun yang dipost disini...secara pribadi ane paling suka design interior accord (via liat foto) .. Ane yakin, layak nya honda pada umum nya, ergonomis kecuali mungkin accord sblm nya yg menumpuk tombol yang banyak di daerah head unit nya, jd keliatan cramped...
Ane perhatikan lever sein ada tombol merah ya..apa itu lane warning system?

oo ya pak..itu bisa pencet terus2an sama dgn fungsi klo kita tuas sen kiri..
n saya br bawa lg ini mobil ke jakarta terus penumpang samping lupa pake sabuk pengaman terus bunyi tit tit klo jalan agak cepat akan keluar suara please passenger seat belt...keren ky pesawat...
cuma yang mengganggu sensor parkir bemper depan klo ada objek lewat selalu bunyi warning approcing objek..terus2an n saya gak tau matikan sementara...

bukan kah sensor tersebut bisa secara manual dimatikan? mobil ane juga sama oom kalau gak dimatikan akan bunyi terus..ehehehe..coba saja dibaca manual book nya oom...
kalau tidak salah pakai intelligent key bahkan diberitahu cara membuka jendela dengan key fob nya ( gak tau ya apakah mobil ini built in fitur demikian) monggo dikonfirmasi dgn manual book nya

hahaha..ya bisa manual..td saya bawa n coba2 pencet tombol didasboard kanan setir ada tombol samping tombol VSA yang ada tulisan P>> lalu kynya gak bunyi lg...ya mungkin itu x...malas saya baca2 buku manual..mending coba2 pencet aja...klo betul ya syukur klo jd rusak ya bawa kebengkel hahahaha....

Earth Dreams is a brand name for engines upgraded with new technology. Honda will add VTC (Variable Timing Control), direct injection, and will build conventional gasoline-powered cars with Atkinson-cycle engines, even though that setup is usually found in hybrids. Adding direct injection, which shoots a precise amount of fuel into the combustion chamber, is an important step if Honda wants to compete with Ford and Mazda, let alone Hyundai and Kia.

With Earth Dreams, Honda is making a concerted effort to upgrade its basic engines and transmissions, something it will need to do to remain competitive.

This also allows the catalytic converter to warm up more quickly which is important as so much fuel is burned during cold-starts.

Other engine internals have been changed as well—the cylinder heads have been given “bowls” atop them in order to allow them to burn a richer fuel mixture. Even the path that water takes throughout the engine has been made less drag-ridden with the elimination of sharp corner throughout the radiator pipes and hoses, and the turbine in the water pump has been made smaller and lighter, and been given a shroud to prevent drag caused by wasteful leakage—here, we see a 23 per cent increase in the water pump’s efficiency. All this in the name of leaving no stone unturned when it came to optimizing the inner workings of the engine. The result is 155 horsepower and 150 pound-feet of torque which is a little down on the competition, but more importantly, Mazda can now say that theirs is the most fuel efficient crossover on the market today. And it’s not a hybrid.

Yes, the power-figure is low but remember that big-power has never really been paramount over at Mazda. Dating back to the Miata roadster (now called the MX-5 in Canada) in 1989 , lightweight and fun-to-drive are the orders of the day. In that light, other mass-reducing moves for the CX-5 include a lighter-weight all-wheel drive system (it’s almost 40 kilograms lighter than that which is used in the CX-7) and shorter-throw gear lever; even the bolts used to mount the front and back seats have had their heads shorn to save weight. These are the steps necessary when starting from scratch, and what will help every new Mazda model going forward weigh at least 100 kg less than the model it replaces. Mazda refuses to admit that the CX-5 is replacing the CX-7—there will be a 2013 version of that car—but Coleman may have shed a little light on the fate of the CX-7 when he illustrated that the FWD CX-5 weighs 131 kg less than the CX-7, AWD versions a whopping 261 kg lighter.

Looks like Honda is finally playing catch up. there doesnt seem to be anything revolutionary about these new engines too, and some of those figures seem to be a bit of a step back. This press release seems extremely vague compared to mazdas skyactiv campaign which has gone into great details to explain the skyactiv technologies.
