MUANTAP.COM...Baru keliatan American DNA nya...walaupun ntah dimana dirancangnya

http://media.gm.com/media/us/en/gm/news ... iland.html
The development of the all-new Colorado was led by a highly skilled team of GM engineers in Brazil who used their expertise to tailor the vehicle for a number of global markets, including those in Southeast Asia.
Team members lived in Thailand during the Colorado’s development, immersing themselves in the highly competitive truck market and observing how Thais use their vehicles and the driving conditions they experience. That expertise led to the development of new Colorado models covering three specification levels: the entry-level LS, mid-range LT and range-topping LTZ.

Subjective sih soal ginian. IMHO lah.

Mod forum ijo shutdown uda 2 minggu neh wkwkwkwkw adminnya kabur.

Kode mesin R428, by VM Motori.

Wah kalo yg 2.8 yg masuk asik dong, apalagi didesign VM Motori. Kalo yg 2.5 saya jadi pesimis apalagi non VNT, pasti gak sedahsyat Captiva VCDI. Yang 2.8 layak ditunggu he...he...he. Saya tunggu reviewnya pak Turboman kalo udah TD nanti.

Re: Chevrolet Trailblazer (Colorado-based) - guantengggg
kata BKK post :
What makes the Trailblazer impressive over its rivals is interior practicality and versatility. There are seven seats (all with proper safety gear) that offer decent comfort for people of most sizes, and they can fold down to create a flat bay (although a hollow bit remains at the boot lid).
In packaging and functionality terms, the Fortuner trails far behind with a dated, hard-to-use seating matrix, while the Pajero Sport just falls short of the Trailblazer.
When it comes to driving dynamics, the Trailblazer has an edge over its opposition. What Chevrolet did was not only ditch the Colorado's leaf springs and replaced it coil springs, but also introduced a car-like five-link suspending the rear wheels.
This advantage can clearly be felt at high speeds whereby body control is better contained than in any of the Trailblazer's rivals. Combine that with a taut suspension setting and some meaty steering, this Chevy handles neatly on straight roads and twisty bits.
Chevrolet engineers acknowledged that the Trailblazer has beefier driving characteristics than the Colorado due to more weight. And because of this, the steering might prove a little heavy for some at low speeds and the ride a tad firm.
But folks, the Trailblazer is an SUV that needs to combine highway abilities, as well. The Fortuner, in contrast, took the opposite route during its facelift last year with a comfier set-up to appeal to urbanites.
While that ultimately depends on what you're looking for, the concept of the Trailblazer seems more justified as SUVs suit places outside the city.
If there is one area the Trailblazer can't beat the Fortuner, it has to be the engine.
No, the 180hp 2.8-litre diesel-turbo unit of the Trailblazer is powerful enough and the six-speed automatic helps for cruising efficiency.
What the Chevy lacks is the instantaneous response and engine refinement of Toyota's D4D unit. In other words, the Trailblazer's motor feels lazier and noisier _ quite similar to the Pajero Sport.
But if you happen to be one of those drivers not too concerned about the delicacies of diesel performance, the Trailblazer is sufficiently capable considering that its highest in-class output comes with decent economy.
We got 12kpl average on a drive to Nakhon Nayok which is a notch better than what we managed in earlier tests with the Fortuner and Pajero Sport.
Which naturally means that the Trailblazer is above average for the overall in the PPV class of SUVs, with good levels of practicality, performance and road manners.
Chevrolet has also wired the Trailblazer with an array of braking, chassis and driving-aid electronics in LTZ spec. And speaking of the brakes, the Trailblazer is the first to get disc brakes on all four corners on all variants.
At just under 1.5 million baht, the Trailblazer comes away as quite an impressive SUV to consider over the Fortuner and Pajero Sport. That's almost like handing it a victory but with some reluctance due to some petty flaws.
What about the Captiva, you may ask, that retails for 200,000 baht more than Trailblazer in range-topping form with a diesel engine?
Good things come at a price, to put it bluntly. The seven-seat Captiva is almost as spacious but equally practical as the Trailblazer. Better is the performance, economy and refinement.
And the Captiva's sturdier monocoque chassis clearly has handling and ride advantages over the Trailblazer, which uses a body-on-frame variation (that has theoretical merits in off-roading).
To sum up, the Captiva is the choice for the more delicate driver, while the Trailblazer suits the average Somchai who's more interested in metal and price.
At the moment, it appears that Chevrolet has two capable SUV alternatives to choose from. And by saying that, the Trailblazer is a commendable newcomer to the SUV scene.
AT A GLANCE
Styling ................................. 7/10
The Trailblazer looks distinctive among its pickup-based rivals, but it has a too similar face with the Colorado donor vehicle.
Performance ........................ 8/10
The 2.8-litre diesel engine is powerful enough, although oomph isn't that instantaneous. Six-speed auto helps on cruising economy.
Handling and ride .................. 8/10
The Trailblazer has a nice stable ride and crisp steering feel, which can feel a little heavy at low speeds, though.
Practicality .......................... 9/10
There's enough space for seven people inside, and the second and third rows of seats can fold flat _ but not with the boot floor.
Safety kit ............................. 7/10
All seven occupants get proper passive safety gear. But there are only two airbags up front, despite an array of active safety items.
VERDICT .............................. 8/10
As an SUV tailored as a recreational vehicle, there are many things to like about the Trailblazer such as ample performance, decent driving characteristics and a highly practical interior _ all at a competitive price in top-spec form.

CMIIW.

Tapi......nanti Performace parts buat Duramax 4 Cyl ini bakal banyak, Powerlab udah ngeluarin, ECU Shop sedang tahap development, ga lama lagi rilis MonsterMax tuk Duramax 4 Cyl 2.5 / 2.8

- Stability control
- Traction control
- Hill descent assist
- Cornering brake control
- Hydrolik brake assist
- Panic brake assist
- ABS
- EBD
Kebayang TB kalo dibawa turing jalur selatan Jawa yg jalannya meliuk liuk asik kayaknya........

Wah gak kebayang asiknya he..he..he.
