ngomong2... belt di 1TR ane uda jalan 110 rebu blom perna diganti tuh... kalo diliat secara fisik jg masi blom ada tanda2 retak atau getas atau sobek sehh.... kira2 perlu diganti ga yahh... trus brapa duit gt...

Fan belt & timing belt, sama2 belt nya tp harganya bisa beda 10x lipat.hehehehe.
Udah ada yg pernah gnt timing belt inniva blm yah? koq ga ada yg share info harga nya..

1.bagian service advisor bilang ganti di km 150rbu
2.tapi nanya di bagian sukucadang katanya di km 100rbu mana yg bener nih...? klo buat harga timing belt 378rbu

Kadang jadwal penggantian dibuat lbh cepat untuk antisipasi keterlambatan atau kelupaan. Misal jadwal ganti oli tiap 5000km, tp dikartu oli nya biasa dituliskan 4000rb km. Tujuannya kl pemilik mbl belum sempat gnt oli, msh ada toleransi 1000km sebelum kualitas oli bnr2 menurun. Mungkin bag sukucadang mengatakan 100rb km untuk faktor safety aja. Karena kl timing belt smp putus fatal akibatnya.
Oh timing belt innova murah jg ya, hrg nya setara tokidis :e-think:

Lupa bang...soalnya saya gak pernah ingat dan ganti bermacam2...tp rasanya di 400an ribu...ini mgkn ane aja nyang parno makanya ganti cepat..uwkwkwkw

oo gtu ya om... tp bner juga sih walaupun mbil km blum 150rbu tp kan blm tentu juga dengan mesinnya, apalgi klo macet terus... lbih baik di percepat drpada jeroan berantakan.... kan innova judulnya masih kijang, jadi harus murah... :big_peace: :big_peace: :big_peace:

Hahahaha..siapa tau 10taon lg kijang seharga 400-500jt. Kalo udah tembus hrg segitu, pgn lihat apakah kijang ttp laris.

mmm...gpp sih 10 taun lg kijang harga 400 jt asal pake VNT, ABS EBD EBA ESP, Curtain Airbag, leather seat, sunroof, Rain Sensor, Electric seat, HID, Integrated HU with Bose Audio 12 speaker, Power backdoor wakakaka.... :e-wall: :e-wall: :e-wall:

Pertimbangan ganti Timing Belt : jarak atau lamanya waktu, mana yg sampai duluan

sekitar 3 bulan lalu ane ganti T. Belt D4 D di KM 105.000 kondisi Belt-nya masih bagus banget, usia mobil = 5 tahun.

Well kayaknya T Belt D4 D bisa dipake sampe 5,5 - 6 tahun jika odometer mobil belum sampe 150 rb. Km, tapi kalo udah 6 tahun sih diganti aja lah utk jaga2.

mo nanya sama om turboman, om, tanya ttg tuning tps dong, ane lg coba2 nih, itu sensor TPS-nya di geser searah / berlawanan arah jarum jam, trus kalo throttle motor-nya gmn?, thx om...

Mau tanya niy ama rekan2 yang punya info Electric Fan untuk Innova, saya denger2 produk seperti Power Cool bisa dual speed 1800/2500 rpm, tapi menurut info di internet koq sensornya cuma satu: thermo switch yang di pasang di saluran radiator?? Trus fungsi dual speednya ndak terpakai dong?

karena dengan 1 switch, pilihannya cuma bisa:
1. suhu <85C sensor off, fan off ---dan--- suhu >85C sensor on fan aktif di posisi rpm 1800 saja atau rpm 2500 saja.
2. suhu <85C sensor off, fan di rpm 1800 ---dan--- suhu >85C sensor on fan aktif di rpm 2500, yg ini repotnya, begitu ignition start, fan start, mesin jadi lama panas dan agak2 buang fuel jadinya.

Bener nggak ya asumsi saya diatas? Mudah2an gampang di mengerti wkwkwkkwkw...... :e-doh:

Trus untuk tambahan dari versi diatas.... saya ada ide, mungkin kalo sudah ada yang pernah pasang duluan, mohon di-share ya,
Bisa gak siy kalo salah satu kabel dari electric fan tersebut disambung ke electrical AC dengan kabel keduanya tetap ke thermo switch.
Fungsinya jadi begini niy:
1. Mesin baru start, kompresor AC mati dan suhu masih <85C fan off
2. kalo salah satu, kompresor AC hidup ---atau--- suhu >85C fan aktif di RPM 1800
3. kalo dua duanya, kompresor AC hidup ---dan--- suhu >85C fan aktif di RPM 2500

Gimana agan2 sekalian, mungkin nggak hal ini di aplikasikan :e-think: ??? trus ada negatif efeknya ndak? Tengkyu sebulemnya.

Saya udah pernah pake buat kijang diesel lgx yg merek powercool yg 2 speed itu.
Waktu mesin dingin <85C, kalau ac mati fan juga mati. kalau ac nyala fan nyala di 1800 rpm. Kalo mesin panas temperatur >85, kipas berputar di 2500 rpm (atau 3000rpm tergantung tipenya).
Relaynya ada yg dijumper ke kompresor AC.

Daripada pusing2, implementasi aja Fuel Cooler Hi Lux punya (genuine Toyota Parts), Plug n Play dipasang di bawah body Ipah (di bawah ruang kaki penumpang depan), pasang di jalur fuel return.

Ane udah coba, hasilnya : nyetir lama kinerja mesin lebih stabil, ama suara mesin spt-nya ada lebih halus sedikit setelah jalan lama.

Sebetulnya banyak mobil Diesel modern sudah dilengkapi Fuel Cooler sejak dr pabriknya, termasuk Hi Lux, tetapi Ipah gak dipasangi :capede:

Mengapa perlu Fuel Cooler utk mesin Diesel CRD ?

Detailnya ada di forum : mesin-diesel.dinogroups.com

Utk TPS geser dikiitttt counter clockwise, setel motor TB : kendorin 2 baut, dorong soket-nya ke atas, kencangkan lagi 2 baut tsb.

Catatan : masing2 geraknya cuman sgt sedikit sekali, bukan diputar spt memutar keran.
