Kembali ke judul trid, validkah survei2an itu? IMO, gak terlalu valid. Palagi survei di Amrik, kitanya di Indo, gak bisa dikaitkan mentah2 ama kondisi Indo. Mobil2nya aja banyak yang berlainan. Mending kalo mo beli mobil di Indo, nanya ke temen, sodara, tetangga, pak RT, dan guling2 forum ato milis, itu lebih obyektif dan membumi.
Ada kok survei Indonesianya. Malah Suzuki sangat bangga...di dealernya di PI terpampang dengan besar....hasil survey ini...

Tapi setuju...sangat baik juga kita nanya montir2, temen2, dan kalo bisa dealer mobil yg gak lagi jualan ama kita.

Mungkin banyak yg ambil maticnya. Makanya survey2 harus dicampur sama cari tau di lapangan juga - seperti si om NG bilang.

Malah jatoh nama si detailer kalo dibundling ma Sanpoly.. :wkkk: Ane udah pensiun moles2 gitu, uda tua cepet capek, abis moles pake tangan 3 jam, capeknya 13 jam (tidur), idup jadi gak produktif.. :mrgreen:

Cadillac, Lexus, Toyota tie for lead in customer satisfaction index

The American Customer Satisfaction Index has released the results of its annual investigation into the automotive industry, and the biggest winners hail from Japan. Although Cadillac is tied with Lexus and Toyota atop the standings with an overall score of 87, just one short year ago the top few automakers – with Buick and Lincoln at the tippy top – hailed from the United States.

According to ACSI, it seems Toyota's fall from grace in the minds of consumers was just a small blip in a long history of customer satisfaction. Lincoln dropped a few points to join Mercedes-Benz with a score of 86, while Buick and Honda both earned 85. Next on the list is a three-way tie at 84 from Ford, Nissan and Volkswagen.

Chrysler was the poorest performing automaker in the report, eking out a meager score of 76. Overall, the auto industry itself scored 83 points, which is higher than the average for all durable goods on the index. For all the details from ACSI, check out the press release after the break.

Mitsubishi Memperoleh CSI 2011 Tertinggi di Indonesia

SINGAPURA, KOMPAS.com - Tahun ini, giliran bengkel resmi Mitsubishi di Indonesia yang memperoleh ranking tertinggi untuk kepuasan pelanggan yang dikeluarkan oleh lembaga survei JD Power Asia-Pacific, Singapura untuk Customer Service Index (CSI) Study 2011.

Mitsubishi memperoleh nilai 765 mengalahkan dua merek yang sebelumnya memperoleh Customer Service Index (CSI) Study tertinggi, yaitu Toyota dan Honda. Angka yang diperoleh Mitsubishi tahun ini jauh di atas nilai rata-rata dari 9 merek mobil yang disurvei oleh JD Power, yaitu 752.

Menurut JD Power Asia Pacific, ini untuk ke-12 kalinya lembaga tersebut mengadakan survei kepuasan pelayanan jaringan bengkel resmi atau purna jual dari merek-merek mobil yang dijual di Indonesia. Respondennya adalah pemilik mobil yang datang ke bengkel resmi untuk merawat dan memperbaiki kendaraan setelah 12 – 24 bulan dimiliki.

Tidak ada perubahaan kritea yang menentukan nilai kepuasan tersebut, sama seperti yang dilakukan sebelumnya, yaitu kualitas layanan (service quality), pengambilan kendaraan (vehicle pickup), inisiatif pelayanan( service initiation), fasilitas servis (service facility) dan penasehat servis (service advisor).

Peringkat berikutnya adalah Toyota, Isuzu (naik 16 poin), Nissan dan Honda. Di bawah rata-rata adalah Daihatsu, Hyundai, Suzuki dan Kia. Daihatsu menurut JD Power naik 15 point dibandingkan tahun lalu.
