iya bang rijal... kalo lembaran per paling bawah mahh ga perlu panjang2... pendek jg gpp... cuman biarpun pendek... tapi dia lumayan ngaruh ke bantingan... mo stiff yahh ganti ama lembaran tebel... tapi kalo mo ngejar comfort yah pake lembaran yg agak tipis...

ama satu lagi... biasa kalo uda bongkar lembaran2 per2 gt... ada baik nya mobil dibawa spooring... kalo bisa yg canggih... mungkin 3D spooring kali... soalnya sering bgt ane temuin kalo ternyata stelah di bongkar2 per2 nya tsb, posisi ban blakang malah ga sama kiri kanan dgn rumah spakbor nya...

kalo konstruksi per daun dibawa ke bengkel spooring, lalu apanya yg mau diadjust chiong ? :D

AFAIK, kejadian wheel track yg off-center di roda belakang khususnya konstruksi per daun bisa bermacam2 sebabnya....dan umumnya karena ada part logam yg sdh bengkok...misalkan cuma dibongkar untuk dipress/cek lalu dipasang kembali tanpa ganti major part, kurang lebih posisi wheel tracknya sama aja kok..artinya kalo misalkan sblum dibongkar posisinya center...setelah dipasang kembali jg center, begitu jg kalo sblum dibongkar udah off center, pas dipasang kembali ya off center juga

yg terjadi pada umumnya....sebelum dibongkar itu udah posisi roda mungkin udah off center, tp biasanya usernya gak begitu merhatikan ( karena deformasi konstruksinya kan terjadi pelan2, gak drastis)...setelah dibongkar dan dipasang lagi...usernya tentu ngecek ulang dan baru sadar ternyata wheel track roda belakangnya off center..... itu sepengalaman saya :D

off center di mbl per daun bs terjadi karena usernya sering bawa beban berat sambil menikung agak cepat, sehingga lama2 ada deformasi meski gak langsung drastis...karena di indonesia lalu lintasnya ada di jalur sebelah kiri maka saat belok ke kanan itu radiusnya lbh besar....dr situ bisa kita liat kenapa mbl2 per daun yg udah off center rata2 posisi axle nya jd lbh mepet ke sebelah kanan mobil (ban kiri makin jauh dr bibir fender..ban kanan makin mepet ke bibir fender)

kayaknya apa yang dibilang jaldut ada benernya, apa lagi menurut ane yang sekali bongkar per langsung kiri kanan, bisa aja posisi gardan agak bergeser sedikit, kan posisi shock absorber pun juga masih bisa geser, trus kopel pun juga cross jointnya juga bisa bergeser,
gimana menurut broo master2? masuk akal gk penjelasan ane ya?? intinya geser sedikit mungkin bisa terjadi,

besok pagi ane mau bongkar speedometer panther ane nih, mau ganti lampu backgound spedometer pake LED biar terang dan keren putih gitu warnanya, walaupun gk mungkin putih ampe kyk indiglow setidaknya terang dan ada cahaya putih yang keluar dari sela2 dikit. trus bis itu cuci mobil, trus malamnya mau jalan dah. mantappp...

rada geser2 dikit sih biasa....namanya jg konstruksi ada toleransi celahnya...tapi sepengalaman saya bedanya gak terlalu signifikan, bs dibilang masih kasat mata...kecuali kalo lubang dudukan center bolt yang ada di gardan udah membesar krn aus (tapi jarang juga ini terjadi kecuali mblnya mungkin udah diatas 10thn)... ini sepengetahuan saya yah :D

supaya posisi gardan lbh kokoh dr gerakan kesamping, solusinya dikasi batang tambahan yg disebut Panhard Rod..

Speedometer indiglow udah gak jamannya lagi m4r. malah led putih nyebabin mata silau waktu melihat speedometer. kalo mau diupgrade optitro macam pny nissan aja, lebih keren.

setau saya kalo mau rubah warna tulisan ya papan angka speedonya jg mesti dimodif...mending ente ke spesialis speedo aja mar...

kyk nya agak susah sedia'in variasi panther yg msk kategori brg mahal. secara yg pake panther kebanyakan untuk mbl perang. tp kl buat pribadi blh2 aja tuh..

iya jal, mank musti di modif, ane rubah LED juga karena temen ane, kalo di avanza temen ane tanpa rubah tulisan warnanya bisa rubahjuga, ada 1 hal yang ane lupa, jadi agak gagal dah.

Fog lamp panther ane akhirnya dipasang juga ma yang KW, tapi sebelom dipasang ane minta ma bengkel sekelilingnya di kasih sealent ulang, lbang kabel juga, ma tutup lampu. tau dah yang dikasih sealent semua yang ane bilang to gk dah.

kmrn kan ane cuci panther ane, bis di cuci ane bawa ke bengkel, orang bengkel malah ngira mobil ane di cuci, trus di poles, padhal ane cuman cuci TOK. bis mengkilapp beud. na kalo di elus itu cat alus euy gk kasar

Gmn cara bikin rem panther biar empuk + pakem?
Soalnya panther ane remnya agak keras, gak pakem, apalagi kalo lg kenceng gt di rem langsung deh setir narik ke arah kiri.
Kampas rem msh tebel, dulu pas ganti kampasnya pakek yang ada tulisan pantja motor.

Panther rem nya udah diset seperti itu. Menurut saya panther ini lemah banget disistem pengeremannya, dimana memerlukan jarak cukup jauh dibanding mobil sejenisnya. Kalo dibuat pakem resikonya mlh selip. Makanya sering ngeri kalo jalan diatas 100kpj.
Dgn rem tromol & bobot diatas 2ton, gak heran wkt jln kenceng n rem mendadak pantatnya bisa goyang dombret :mrgreen:
Sbg perbandingan, innova diesel yg brake system nya lebih bagus aja bobotnya gak sampe 2ton.

Jangan dibandingin dgn innova. Innova brake system & suspension lebih canggih drpd panther. Overall innova sudah beberapa langkah didepan panther yg gak ada perubahan berarti (kecuali harganya :mrgreen: ). Mungkin kl ingin pengereman lebih baek bisa dicoba mengganti kampas rem aftermarket yg lbh empuk. Cuman merk apa yg cocok saya krg tau, krn selama ini saya selalu pake parts ori. Apalagi untuk sektor rem, lebih baek jangan dipake coba2 seperti menambahkan alat mirip ABS.
Kalo setir yg gak stabil, bisa dicoba dl dgn spooring balancing. Nanti akan kelihatan apakah ada steering parts yg perlu diganti. Biasa panther sering rusak dibagian balljoint.

mengenai rem panther... nubie coba bantu jawab yahh...

rem panther emang ga pakem2 amat... tapi masi dalam batas wajar... feeling ane nyetir panther dari jaman panther kotak, kapsul bahkan ampe panther pick up jg rasa2 nya ntuh rem ga beda jauh2 amat ama mobil2 laen... apalagi kebetulan ane jg ada ipah d rumah, jadi menurut ane mirip2 aja...

mengenai kurang pakem dan agak keras, ini maksud nya diinjek keras kaya ga ada membal nya sama skali tapi tetep ga pakem kah ?? kalo iya, coba kuras minyak rem, ganti tutup reservoir minyak rem kalo uda sering rembes, ama ntuh rem tromol di stel ulang ama di bersihin.... panther ane dulu sering banget penyakitan kaya gt, tapi stelah di ane lakuin ritual2 diatas, biasanya lgs normal kembali...

mengenai di rem narik ke kiri... coba di cek dulu ball joint di swing arm nya... kalo uda rembes gemuk, oblak atau karet nya sobek biasa bikin rem nya jadi kaya gt.... atau coba ntuh di overhaul kaliper rem depan... siapa tau seal kit nya uda sobek kemakan waktu atau malah in worst case, piston kaliper nya uda berkarat...

kalo mau pakem, bisa coba kampas rem aftermarket macam bendix atau ferodo... yg general use aja...

tapi intinya.. panther itu sperti yg bro badak blg, mobil disel dgn berat 2 ton... kerja rem nya ga bisa disamain ama sedan2 atau mobil2 enteng laen nya... jgn dipake buat ngebut makanya ini mobil... :ngacir: :ngacir:

@ DOHC : remnya membal sih cuma kalo kec tinggi harus kenceng nginjeknya.
@ BADAK & DOHC : oke deh bro ntar ane suruh periksa saran2 dari kalian. Kayaknya ane tertarik spooring balancing nih, kasian ni kucing udah 6 thn g begituan.
Eh beneran ya bobot panther +/- 2 ton? Tak kira lbh berat ipah diesel soalnya kayak gede ipah kalo dijejerin. Tp ipah bahannya tipis kali yah jadi ringan...hehe..

masalah setir yg narik saat ngerem, memang benar kemungkinan nya karena salah satu kaliper rem bermasalah, sehingga yg sebelah lbh kuat gigitan nya.
utk rem yg membal, bisa dicek spt saran oom DOCH.
Kampas rem jg lbh baik ikut diganti, sebab walau terlihat msh tebal, peranti satu ini jg memiliki masa expired nya. Klo sdh ckp lama, kekuatan pengereman akan berkurang karena kampas rem mengeras.
