broo semua, ane mau minta saran dikit donk nih tentang panther ane.

kronologis ceritanya :
sekitar minggu kmrn ane ke bengkel buat check rem 4 roda dengan keluhan rem dalam, pikir ane rem depan habis, karena emang udah tipis menurut sepenglihatan sekilas ane, begitu di bongkar ternayat masih cukup tebal. kemudian mekanik coba injek pedal dengan kuat kuattttttttt ampe dalammmmmm bgt kemudianmekanik bilang seal master atas udah rusak. di sini ane udah kesel, karena ane gk suka mobl ane diperlakukan begitu karena khawatir merusak seal master rem atas, ane langsung bilang udah, gk usah di apa2in, rapiin aja.

nah tadi pagi, ane iseng2 liat ruang mesin ane nemu beberapa hal ganjil seperti :
1. minyak rem berkurang sedikit.
2. sekitar sambungan antara master rem dengan booster rem ada sedikit rembesan minyak ( lebih banyak ke arah atas dari pada di bawah master rem )
3. di permukaan reservoir dan badan master rem juga berminyak ( sepertinya minyak rem )

nah disini ane agak sedikit bingung.
1. kalau mank terjadi kebocoran setelah pedal disiksa diinjak dengan kuat dan dalam harusnya kebocoran ada di sambungan antara master rem dengan booster.
2. kenapa permukaan reservoir dan badan mater rem juga berminyak ya?? apakah minyak rem yang tumpah sehingga jadi berminyak??

coba buat broo semua yang memiliki panther, kok ane rasa tutup minyak rem ane gk menutup dengan sempurna ya?? karena pas di tutup gampang sekali, gk da tahanan atau apa. kan alurnya udah ada tuh di body reservoir untuk jalur penutupnya. ane yakin ane bener kok jalur nutupnya, kenapa kok rasanya nutupnya itu gk sempurna ya??

tadi pagi ane juga ke tukang dinamo, buat check dinamo starter ane, ternyata yang bermasalah di tembaganya, udah aus makan sebelah gk rata. jadi ganti itunya aja 2bh kalo gk salah. total kena 75rbu.

kalo yg ane rasain sehh dulu kalo nginjek rem pedal terasa uda kurang membal atau kaya dalam gt... coba ane kuras smua minyak rem dan ganti seal kit rem depan... pastikan jg kalo pad rem masi tebel... nahh kalo itu smua uda dilakukan sehh biasanya pedal rem lgs terasa normal lagi kalo diinjek...

mengenai seal master rem atas rusak... coba aja diinjek dalem, emang perlu di injek agak kuat tapi ga perlu sekuat tenaga... nah tujuan nya tuh kalo seal master atas uda kena, biasanya pas diinjek dalem2 kuat2 gt, pertama terasa nahan terus ga lama bisa kerasa kaya ada nge loss gt... inget, panther itu masi rem biasa, blom pake abs sgala, jadi kalo ada ngeloss gt yah abnormal...

mengenai minyak rem ada bocor... coba nt cek d bagian seal kit rem depan nya mar... biasa kalo abis dihajar skuat tenaga ama mekanik dodol gt, suka rembes atau jadi jebol seal nya... jgn lupa cek yg bagian bawah master rem atas nt.. yg tempat sambungan antara master reservoir rem atas ama booster rem nya.. biasa kalo uda ada rembes oli disitu, mau ga mau musti ganti komplit satu set master rem nya... pake yg ori.. jgn yg abal2...

kalo yg soal tutup... coba nt copot dulu tuh karet di tutup nya.. bersihin trus nt pasang lagi yg bener... kalo masi ga bisa jg berati tutup nt yg uda ga bener alias uda rusak...

sekarang lagi di beres Isuzu nih, akhirnya ganti Assy master rem atas, pas stock kitnya lagi kosong. harga master rem assynya 1,250ribu. gileee mahalllll :e-doh: :e-doh: :frm_bang_head:

sekarang mobil lagi dikerjain nih..

sori nih ane telat bales... sebenernya bengkel langganan ane yang di deket rumah ane dulunya termasuk bengkel rekanan isuzu sih... salah satu perusahaan pengecoran beton, ngerawat isuzunya di bengkel langganan ane....

setahu ane dibejeg kuat2 juga seharusnya gak apa2. tidak terlalu merusak seal2 juga sih. karena toh emang rem harus dirancang seperti itu kalo kita ngerem mendadak... cmiiw.

kalo rem, emang lebih aman pake yang ori deh... agak serem kalo ada apa2... trus gimana rem nya om mar? sudah enak?

iya, ane gk berani make yang abal2 kalo urusan rem, bisa berabe tar urusannya, maju bisa, berenti gk bisa. wkwkwkkw ya skrg sih remnya udah agak enakan, dan yang paling penting ati juga tenang di jalan.

akhirnya kmrn ane timpa kaca film ama yang biasa hitam 60%. kena 175rbu.
skrg jadi gelap booo.. gk siang gk malam gelap dahh.. wkwkwkwk. ujung2nya jadi repot dah kalo mau mundur liat spion kiri kanan juga kurang jelas.

Mo nanya nih.. Klo setel rpm selain di ujung kabel gas dimana lagi yaa? Meong gw setelan rpm nya dah mentok ampe longgar, tp rpm nya paling lambat 800rpm tanpa Ac, pake AC di 900rpm-an...

Ceritanya berawal saat gw kencengin setelan supply solar ke ruang bakar sebanyak 2 puteran.. Tenaga memang jadi jauh lebih enak (Perasaan gw ipah standard mah lewat :big_peace: ). FC masih kena 1:12 dalkot, 1:14 lukot & knalpot masi ngga pake asep cumi2, tp putaran mesin pada saat stasioner masi aga ketinggian saat stationer pk AC, dan ngga bisa diturunin lagi pake stelan yg di ujung kabel gas...

Mohon petunjuknya dari para Oom & Tante sesepuh Panther.. :big_peace:

mau ditambahin atau di kecilin tuh RPMnya?? menurut ane kalo dari ujung kabel udah gk bisa, gimana kalo stoppernya aja yang di majuin?? biar nahan jadi kyk gas terus????

atau setel aja puteran choke yang di dashbord itu, kalo di puter itu ngaruh ke tali gas kok, pernah ane coba, tali gas yang tadinya freeplaynya gede setelah di tarik free playnya jadi hilang. jadi ibaratnya ya kyk di gas terus

He.he... Masalahnya, rpm pas stationernya pengen dikecilin oom... Kondisi sekarang klo pas brenti trus mesin & AC nyala, mesin rada nge-gerung, jadi suka malu sama orang laen..

Pengennya balik lagi ke rpm standard di 700rpm (tanpa AC) & 800an rpm pake AC tanpa harus ngerubah stelan injector, soalnya tenaga yg di dapet sekarang udah kerasa enak.. ;)

@ Badak : wuihhdiiii... sangarr boooo audionya, itu sub 10" to 12" dak??? dak itu bankunya tinggi amat, mank standard segitu to dikasih adaptor lagi??? kok engsel senderannya ada di atas boks audio ya?? tinggi bgt donk tuh ya joknya???? itu speaker depan mantep juga tuh dak..

@m4rio: Bangku yg mana m4r? kl yg belakang mmg tinggi tuh, gw jg heran waktu pertama dapet. Dulu turing gw yg lama bangku belakang gak setinggi itu. Iya, itu fotonya di gudang gw. tp bukan gudang spare parts lho :upss:
Itu yg belakang pake sub 10". audio gw cupu koq, baru aja coba2 pasang2 audio ambil dr om peot.
@jalu: iya jal, itu tissue buat jaga2 kl sewaktu2 ada yg muncrat di mobil (pas buka minuman contohnya). :upss:

Minuman spr*te jal, kl dikocok2 botolnya trz dibuka kan bisa muncrat. Makanya perlu tissue di dalam mobil kl sewaktu2 ada yg muncrat :upss: :upss:
