A significant amount of body shell collapse results in high displacement of the A-pillar, steering column and pedals. The body shell was not capable of withstanding any further loading. Installing an airbag in this car would not improve occupant protection as the body shell integrity is not good. Probably an airbags in this car would not improve the week body shell integrity. This car has a passenger airbag switch but it DOES NOT have an airbag. This device may mislead consumers to think that they have an airbag equipped car while it is not the case.

ayo2... uda taon baru... saling memaapkan saja... lupakan yg lama...
btw ane rada ga ngerti ama crash test gtuan... mo itu cncap, latin ncap, euroncap, dan cap2 lain nya... knapa yg jadi uji tabrak selalu bidang datar atau mobil yg sejenis... knapa jg mereka ga mencoba menabrakan ke objek yg berbentuk menyerupai objek2 yg biasa ada di jalanan tiap ari sperti misalnya tiang listrik, pohon, gundukan batu, atau bisa jg ditabrakin ke mobil SUV besar, truk2, atau bus... kalo gt kan lebi real time simulasi tabrakan nya...
Mobil lebih berat akan menang dibandingkan yg ringan - itu udah fisika. Mobil mungil 5 stars kalo nabrak truk ya mampus
Ada berbagai macem kok testnya...ada yg offset (yg ditabrak cuman setengah mobil), di Amerika ada rollover test, ada juga low speed bumper test, dll.
Tentu saja tidak semua situasi bisa di coba - manusia kan cuman bisa berusaha menciptakan mobil seaman mungkin dgn cost sekian.
Dengan adanya computer aided design...mobil sudah bisa di crash kan di komputer terserah mau berapa kali. Lembaga2 ini cuman verifikasi aja.
