nah kalo ini dulu awal mulanya ya, AC dingin kalo DB nyala, kalo DB mati kurang dingin.. eh makin ke sini malah gk dingin sama sekali....
di intip, freon ada kok..

freon biarpun masi ada tapi kalo uda kurang jg bikin ac ga dingin mar.... nahh dsini lah kerja kompresor yg makin berat... nt bisa denger tuh kompressor nyala mulu, kaga mau mati2... tapi kalo uda ampe bener2 abis tuh freon, kompressor malah kaga mau nendang alias matot...

hmm.. mudah2an ACnya gk bermasalah yang berat2.. atau cuman mampet aja. jgn mpe ada bocor.. takut mahal.. hehehehe

dari smua komponen ac panther sehh... yg plg mahal yg perna ane btulin tuh kompressor nya mar.... yg single blower aja beberapa bulan lalu ane ganti kena 2 jutaan...ampir 3 malah... ga tau dehh kalo yg dobel blower brapa duit...

jebol mar.... stelah 10 taonan dipake kerja rodi tiap ari... akhirnya kompresor muter tapi bener2 ga mau dingin, trus pas ditembak freon jg ga mau penuh2...

umur panther ane juga 10 tahun... nih.... mudah2an kompressor ane gk jebol :e-pray: :e-pray: :e-pray: :e-pray: .... pas terakhir isi freon waktu cuci AC sih masih gk da masalah..

kompressor panther setau ane seh kuat mar.... rata2 ampir smua bengkel ac yg resmi denso atau yg pinggir jalan jg mengamini kalo kompressor panther itu tergolong kuat banget... makanya kalo perawatan bener sehh mustinya ga bakal ampe jebol... ini emang kompressor ane perawatan nya dulu jg minim, ga perna di servis rutin, oli kompressor dan freon nya ga perna di kuras atau diganti... evaporator jg ga perna dicuci... dan lagi dulu sopir rumah punya kbiasan jelek, nyalain ac pas mobil lagi jalan... yah tewas lah tuh kompressor...

nyalain ac pas rpm kaga di posisi idle mar.... alias di posisi 2000an rpm gt... kan namanya jg mobil lagi jalan, rpm jg ga mungkin di bawah 1000 rpm donk...

yah gesekan kopling magnet nya kan makin tinggi kalo di rpm tinggi... apalagi kalo pas mesin masi dingin atau baru nyala gt kan, sistem pelumasan oli kompressor blom sepenuh nya melumasi komponen2 internal system ac... mirip kaya nt nyalain mesin pas pagi2 trus lgs di geber... lama2 jebol kan tuh mesin... kira2 gt loh pengertian nya mar...

tunggu klep.. mksd kalimat ente yang " apalagi kalo pas mesin masi dingin atau baru nyala gt kan, sistem pelumasan oli kompressor blom sepenuh nya melumasi komponen2 internal system ac " mank oli kompressor AC kalo AC gk aktif bisa bersirkulasi ya???? bukannya oli bersirkulasi kalo AC udah ON dan magnetic clutch udah nempel ke pulley dan menggerakan kompressor???

lah kan emang itu maksud ane mar... nt kan musti nyalain ac dulu baru ntuh oli bersirkulasi... cuman antara kcepatan ntuh oli bersirkulasi utk melumasi komponen2 internal kompressor ama kecepatan putaran mesin pada rpm tinggi kan beda jauh... otomatis yahh ntuh komponen2 internal2 kompressor bakal sempet berputar tanpa sirkulasi oli yg cukup... makanya kalo lama2 yah bisa cepet rusak kompressor nya...

bengkel power steering yg ramah dikantong tapi kualitas bagus sehh ane blom ketemuin bro... tapi kalo mo murmer bisa beli spare part nya di atrium sana... biasanya harga cukup miring, coba aja muter2 tanya trus banding2 harga dan jadi patokan buat nawar...

lalu bawa ke bengkel langganan nt, atau bisa jg ke botak seng... si botak seng sehh kaga murah charge servis nya tapi kualitas kerja dia masi lumayan lahh... waktu itu ane servis ganti seal PS dan beberapa servis kecil di system PS aja kena 300 rebu padahal spare part bawa sendiri...

dulunya kapan klep??? kalo ane pengalaman di botak seng kalo gk 1 tahun ya 2 tahun yg llau deh..
niat mau ganti seal full set PS sistem.. di kenain sekitar di atas 300 kalo gk salah ( ane lupa pastinya ) ongkos aja partz ane beli sendiri di luar... gk jadi dah akhirnya..

tadi habis benerin AC panther nih...
ternyata masalahnya evaporator yg double blower bocor halussssssssss bgt....
yang hebatnya ni bengkel langsung tau masalahnya dimana, begitu test AC, liat freon bisa lgsg tau bocor dimana, gk pake bongkar semua, lgsg ja bongkar apa yg dia bilang.. dan lgsg kebukti bener bocor :frm_tumbright: :frm_tumbright:
tadi akhirnya ganti evaporator double blower, bengkel gk berani kalo main las las, takut gk lama bocor lagi.
tadi kena 1,2.. dan AC lgsg nonjok lagi dinginnya..

oh ya tambahan, kan sebelomnya juga ada keluhan double blower kalo posisi 1 2 gk mau idup, ternyata ada soket yang gk kepasang sempurna, bekas terakhir bongkar juga sih pas di cuci.

tapi setau ane kalo gk salah mesin diesel itu kalo udah harus overhoul lumayan mencekik tuh...

malam semua para suhu2 trit macan, mau bantu temen kantor neh, krn dia lg ngelus tuh panther, stlh msn kembali prima, problem plg utama skg adalah master rem, komponen tsb bocor trus tuh, mau ganti ori, kena 1,5jtan, ganti rebuilt 300 ribuan, jg msh bocor, apakah ad advise dr para suhu. Grand royal 96, 300++ kilo. Tinggal bagian rem aj yg kurang neh, stlh ac n engine ud d renov. hehe.

masalah nya rem nya gmana dulu nehh... kurang mulu ?? kalo diinjek dalem trus berasa kaya ada ngeloss dikit2, diinjek kurang membal atau gmana nehh... kalo kurang dikit2 sehh gampang, tinggal ganti seal caliper kit rem depan aja, kalo yg blakang ganti segelondong kaliper piston nya, murah koq yg 555.... kalo diinjek ada ngeloss dikit, itu paling di rusak di bagian skitar reservoir minyak rem nya, seal2 nya uda aus atau pake spare part yg KW an.... kalo kurang membal yah pad rem uda pada tipis dan minyak rem uda jelek... silahkan master2 kucing laen nya nambahin... mar, dak....

kalo udah yakin master remnya yg bocor. master rem itu bearti yang deket boster kan ya.. mank gk bisa ganti seal kitnya aja ya????? setau ane sih kyknya bisa deh ganti seal kitnya aja...
