Daikin itu merk untuk kopling.udah lama tuh.katanya sih produk Jepang. ane pernah pake untuk Mazda. sepintas sih nggak ada perbedaan berarti dgn orisinil. kualitasnya bagus kok. Dengan harga hanya selisih 100 rb aja , mending pake yg ori aja. biar sesuai dgn standar pabrikan.

iya bener bro.
Ini peringatan bagi orang yang sering menginjak kopling saat lampu merah , tanpa memasukkan gigi netral.


Drag laher menekan pegas matahari , kopling menjauhi flywheel / roda gila. sehingga putaran mesin ke gearbox terputus.

Matahari dan kopling selalu berputar sesuai dgn putaran engine.

saat Kopling kita injak. Drag laher menyentuh pegas matahari.
kalau terlalu sering/lama kita injak , maka pegas mataharinya biasanya kemakan/aus.
Sesuai dengan kontaknya dengan drag laher.

demikian juga dengan stelan kopling yang dangkal amat, tujuannya agar kopling bisa instan.Dikawatirkan kopling tidak terlepas dari flywheel secara sempurna. kerusakan yang terjadi adalah pada drag laher dan matahari ( karena jaraknya sempit ) dan pegas kompling ; karena hentakan yang terjadi akibat pegas matahari belum main secara sempurna ( jarak kopling dan flywheel sempit).
demikian juga dengan gearbox , ass propeller , croo joint dan lainnya karena hentakan yang kasar dan sering terjadi.

Kalau stelan kopling terlalu dalam. Dikawatirkan kopling tidak menyentuh flywheel sempurna/ masih sedikit terlepas. Injakan kopling jadi sensitif , artinya sedikit saya kaki kita menyentuh kopling , clutch akan terlepas/setengah kopling, sehingga aus.

kopling dangkal itu mksdnya di angkat tinggi baru jalan ya broo??
kalo kopling dalam di angkat sedikit saja sudah jalan? bener gk broo??

itu loh broo.. sebelom input shaft transmisi.. kalo ganti kopling set biasanya pilot bearing itu juga di ganti..

@ jalu iya tuh broo.. tadi kopling set ane dateng tuh.. barusan ane liat kampas koplingnya eh gk taunya ya mereknya DAIKIN juha tuh broo... tau gitu beli lgsg DAIKIN aja kali ya :e-think: :e-think: tapi gpp. itung2 pengalaman lah, kalo gk beli yang original dulu, gmn kita bisa tau kalo yang original itu pake DAIKIN juga... betul??? kalo ane lgsg beli yang merek DAIKIN bisa gk tenang pake tuh mobil.. :upss: :upss:
kalo cover clutchnya belom ane buka, jadi gk tau deh merek apaan.
kalo release bearing ama pilot bearing di kasih merek NSK..

Oh, ternyata pilot bearing tuh maxudnya drag lager ya :upss:
Gak usah khawatir pakai parts after market bro m4rio. Parts aftermarket tidak semuanya kualitasnya buruk. Sebenernya sama saja, karena ATPM biasanya juga memesan parts pada pihak ke 3. Misal aja Astra, mereka biasa memesan kampas kopling pada Aisin, KTB memesan ver pada Indospring, etc.. Jadi tergantung pemilihannya yg harus jeli.

setau saya sih :

release bearing = druk laher
pilot bearing = laher bambu/sumbu

istilah dibengkel2 sekitar tempat saya sih begitu....

iya bro, maksud saya, tadi karena ga ada denso yg asli, terpaksa beli denso yg abal-abal (merknya denso, tapi barangnya kualitas nomer 2, bukan kualitas asli)

Kalo beli di Auto 2000 , ya pasti asli bro. Asli made in Indonesia maksudnya. Denso pabriknya ada di Bekasi , bukan asli made in Japan.Tapi yang penting khan sesuai dgn standart pabrik.

Kalau asli japan , harganya bisa jutaan tuh.

Kalo denso abal2 itu seperti apa ya?
Untuk blower ane jarang nemui bro.karena dinamo blower itu bukan termasuk fast moving. Mungkin yang dimaksud dinamo blower rekondisi.

Yang banyak dipalsukan itu adalah part fast moving , seperti kampas , platina , busi , timing belt ,dll. Merknya juga Denso. Kemasannya persis bro. CMIIW

Motor blower itu ada yang 1 putaran ada yang 2 arah putaran. Untuk kijang ane kurang tahu type yang mana. Kalau type 2 arah putaran , bisa jadi arahnya kebalik. Jadi yang ada cuma suara angin menderu aja..

Untuk dinamo rekondisi , kalau ada suara menderu , tapi nggak keluar angin , bisa dipastikan sebenarnya putaran / Rpmnya kencang. Cuma mungkin ada kesalahan pemasangan. bisa jadi salah arah putaran atau kesalahan selang / jalur anginnya.

Motor starter itu simple. pokok rotor dan statornya bagus , rpmnya pasti kenceng. Nggak jauh beda kok antara refurbish dan orisinil. Cuma ketahanannya yang beda jauh.
