pressure persis CRD nya mesti ask turboman nih...
kalo liat2 kulitnya (spec) doang, belum hi-pressure yah, "medium" kali kalo ada istilah itu.
mesin segitu masih dibawah navarra 174 ps, 400nm..

soalnya yg hi-pressure itu spec nya 70-80an hp/liter kaya mesin2 DCAT toyota / i-DTEC honda / dCi nissan / VCDi chevy, Tdi VW, dll, tapi yg ini nuntut sulfur rendah.

Cukup lah...mesin truk di Indonesia gak usah canggih2 amat, yg penting awet ke pembeli janda2nya - solar Indonesia gitu lho. Apalagi nih VN Turbo di Innova ya, lebih ngacirr lagi...MPV tangguh dgn torsi 343nm.

Kalo orang yg mau research sebelum membeli, pasti dapat info ini dan menunda beli. Kalo yg males research dan main beli aja - yah, salah sendiri toh :P Kita2 yg tau ya wajib kasitau org2 yg mau cari mobil - kalo mau Fortuner diesel, mending tunggu sebentar.

Di era informasi seperti skrg, mestinya gak bisa TAM "sembunyiin" varian baru ini lama2.

hilux yang dah pake VNT torsi ama powernya berapa ya?

trus bagaimana dengan DID+ yang ada di web mitsubishi jerman buat triton, apakah ini DID+ pake VNT? DID+ buat yang matic dapat 178 hp dan 350 Nm, sedang manual 178 hp dan 400 Nm. akselerasi matic dan manual (0-100 kmh) masing2 13,9 s dan 11,6 s.

Kalo dr segi bisnis, tentu saja mereka melihat - dgn mesin hanya 102hp sales mereka selalu ada disadvantage - dgn menurunkan mesin baru ini, penjualan Innova DAN Fortuner diesel bisa membludak tak tersaingi.

ada yang bisa mengulas everest 4x4 AT limited yang sebelum duratorq?
gimana ya performancenya, biaya perawatan, kemampuan off roadnya, konsumsi BBMnya? kesenyapan kabin baik karena jalan ataupun getaran dieselnya?

dulu pernah nyobain ranger tahun 2004, kesenyapan biasa aja, tapi tenaganya maknyus banget setelah siulan ajaibnya bekerja..

Kalo ane liat/translate dari kutipan Wiki diatas, sebenernya "keeping the cost down" di atas lebih mengacu kepada:
Keep the cost down karena "cuma perlu ganti model eksterior sedangkan chassis gak perlu di ganti", bukan langsung merujuk pada ladder frame lebih murah (atau bisa keep the cost down) daripada monokok, karena monokok sekarang ini juga udah sharing platform.....bukan 1 platform untuk 1 mobil aja.

kalo dalam kecepatan di bawah 60kpj, harusnya sih sama2 safe.. tapi masalahnya adalah ketika pada kecepatan yang tinggi, melewati energi benturan rencana.. mobil yang gak ada krupuk zone (ane gak ngomong ladder atau monokok lagi. karena PS dan triton walaupun ladder ada krupuk zonenya) lebih tidak terprediksi hancurnya..

nah, krupuk zone ini didesign agar kehancuran lebih terprediksi dan ditentukan di tempat2 yang boleh remuk..
