inden dari malay.. di indonesia pernah beberapa kali lihat tapi bukan yang elise, yang exige, soalnya elise dinilai terlalu 'sport', kaku, exige masih lebih mewah.. tapi komparasi majalah sih kalo masalah driving sense menang elise.. the best chassis.

Malay gampang dapetnya kan Lotus-Proton. Kalo mau inden aja langsung.

di showroom proton jakarta ada nggak ya?

kayaknya kebalik deh.....justru exige yg lebih "sport".
Elise biasanya orang beli yg roadster buat cruising, kalo Exige (Yg sebenernya adalah Elise coupe) memang utamanya buat di track. Exige juga lebih mahal karena semua nya udah standard di sini (sport suspension, dll). Kalo di Elise, sport susp masih optional.
Power mesin juga Exige jauh lebih besar.....tapi chassis keduanya memang sama persis. Muka depan belakangnya aja persis koq :mrgreen:

Iya mahal kalo diliat dari bodi yg cuma cangkang doang, dan mesin kecil supercharged punya toyota.....tapi mungkin refinement2 dan jg image merek lotus yg membuatnya pantas dihargain segitu.
Lotus yg pantes dihargain agak mahal tuh sebenernya lotus Esprit yg udah gak diprod lagi.
Lotus elise fully loaded di US dijual $68,000, kalo yg exige $76,000.....kalo dibawa ke Indo bisa dihitung sendiri.
Sbg perbandingan BMW 650i coupe aja di US cuma $78,000, di Indo dijual lebih dari 1.8 milyar...... :mrgreen:

bro saya pernah liat Lotus di showroom sebelahan ma GTR , Modena, Camaro koq kecil banget sih? keknya lebih cocok buat anak kecil deh hehe...kek mobil maenan gitu (kira2 sebesar sedan 15L) nah ntu model yg mana tuh? secara saya ga tau banyak soal Lotus

Mobil sport Inggris emang kecil2 bro. Tujuannya emang buat mainan sih.

Kalau mau mobil sport yg masih bisa dibawa belanja, nonton, kondangan ya bukan Lotuslah. GTR aja seperti anjuran di atas.

Lotus orang beli karena faktor FUN-nya, Kalo orang nyari mobil sport yg mewah, top speed tinggi, akselerasi maut (0-60mph di 3 dtk-an), fitur2 banyak, kenceng tapi tetep nyaman, dsb biasanya mereka gak akan ambil lotus.
Karena kurangnya faktor2 diatas, maka lotus banyakan gak dibuat daily use, melainkan dipake kalo cuma pengen have fun aja.....jadi bodi kecil dan mesin kecil aja udah cukup untuk ngeluarin faktor fun tsb. Mungkin sama kaya Mazda MX5 Miata kali ya.....kecil, murah, gak banyak fitur, tapi FUN.

Iya, kalo Lotus (Elise an Exige) disono memang pake mesin toyota. Emangnya yg diluar US bukan mesin Toyota ya?

eh bro OOT dikit, saya dapet gbr dr email tentang bugatti veyron 09, yang rd ga biasa tuh di instrumentnya.
digambar terlihat satuan PS/power dari 0-1001 secara analog, sementara spedo nya sendiri dalam kotak n digital (mirip MID) so pertanyaannya apakah satuan PS segitu pentingnya sampe2 dalam lingkaran spedo penuh?

ya klo awalnya pakai mesin rover- Kseries pak,,

Gauge "Power (dalam satuan ps)" di Veyron itu untuk ngasi tau pengemudinya "berapa sih power yg dipake untuk jalan segini?" Artinya mungkin pada waktu veyron lari konstan di 100kpj, dan jarum "power" tsb menunjukkan 50 ps, artinya power yg semburkan/diperlukan untuk jalan konstan 100kpj spt keadaan sekarang ini adalah 50 ps, jadi masih ada sisa 950ps lagi untuk digunakan :mrgreen:

Tapi mungkin juga ya secara Alfa Romeo/Fiat juga gak bisa masuk sono karena kehalang regulasi US.....makanya sekarang Fiat ngebet gandeng Chrysler :mrgreen:
