Apa sih bedanya solar, bio solar dan solar dex?
manfaat nya apa di mobil ? .. apakah dng solar dex yang lebih mahal mesin lebih bersih dan halus juga irit?

solar biasa banyak mengandung sulphur
bio solar mengandung minyak nabati bio diesel dan mempunyai cetane number lebih tinggi
Pertadex solar rendah sulfur cetane nummber paling tinggi dan ramah lingkungan didesain untuk mesin common rail terbaru.

kalo Pajero Sport kan bisa minum solar busuk .. sebenernya kalo lama kelamaan bisa ber-efek jelek gak sih ke mesin?..

pake dex bisa membuat mesin lebih halus dan lebih irit ?? juga tentunya mesin lebih awet ?? ..

hmm mohon advise dari para senior..

solar dan biosolar sehhh technically sebenernya uda termasuk underspec utk mobil2 disel berteknologi canggih macam ps, ipah diesel, ctv, dan disel2 lain nya....

jadi yg namanya underspec tentu ada efek negatif utk jangka panjang nya... kalo yg ane tau sehh solar ama biosolar itu kadar sulfur nya masi tinggi, ga cocok buat sistem injection disel2 modern common rail... lebi cocok buat disel jadul dmana sulfur tsb dipake buat pelumas pompa disel nya...

sisa nya biar master disel yg jawab... ane cuman penggembira doank.. :big_peace: :big_peace: :big_peace:

untuk mesin diesel modern (common rail turbo dsb...), dex lebih cocok...
tapi untuk diesel jadul (direct/indirect), dex kayaknya malah ga cocok...

kandungan sulfur di dex memang rendah, dibanding di solar yg masih tinggi

di salah satu sisi, sulfur ini tentunya ga baik buat emisi

di sisi lain, salah satu fungsi sulfur di solar (diesel fuel) adalah aditif untuk merawat dan melumasi injector+pump dan mungkin beberapa parts lainnya di jeroan mesin diesel jadul,
tanpa kehadiran sulfur, umur injektor+pump di mesin diesel jadul akan relatif lebih pendek

Sulfur is not a lubricant in of itself, but it can combine with the nickel content in many metal alloys to form a low melting point eutectic alloy that can increase lubricity. The process used to reduce the sulfur also reduces the fuel's lubricating properties

apa yg membuat dex punya kualitas lebih baik dari solar biasa?
apakah karena dari hasil buminya yg memang beda
atau dex = solar biasa yg sudah mengalami banyak proses sehingga kualitasnya membaik?
kalo iya, melalui proses apa saja dex ini?
