kalau cuma getar mesinnya, kemungkinan memang dari mounting-nya saja, atau setelah AFR-nya kurang pas

tapi kalau bergetar dan terasa tersendat-sendat, apalagi ada indikasi knalpot berasap, kemungkinan timing pengapiannya ngga pas, atau timing belt-nya lompat gigi

kalo sempet lepas coil dan plug busi....bisa juga karena salah pasang urutan plug busi....sehingga scanning ignition tidak berurutan....nambahin dari ulasan bro Imsus ajah....:)

sekedar cerita saja, selasa kemarin, rute semarang-solo-sby, sampai jombang mobil terasa pincang dan bunyi "cess..cess...cess..." keras sekali

sampai ditujuan, segera periksa mesin, cek sana sini ngga ketemu...

di coba lagi, ada kabel busi yg lepas, dipasang lagi..kok masih pincang..

dilepas busi-nya.... ternyata.... busi-nya patah (putus) di keramik insulator-nya

busi iridium denso IW16, saya ngga habis pikir kenapa bisa putus, padahal baru dipakai 15.000an KM

3 busi lainnya masih bagus

cari2 ganti-nya di toko, ngga ada yg mau jual 1 biji, maunya 1 set (4 atau 6 biji)

akhirnya dirayu-rayu di salah satu toko, ada yg mau jual, tapi kasih harga mahal Rp. 140.000,- (normalnya cuma Rp. 75.000an)

Sebagian sudah dijawab di trid yg sebelah dulu ya pak...

Yg gen 2 (kode CM),
- FWD, 2.2L I4-CRDi 5 seater
- FWD, 2.7 V6-Gasoline 5/7 Seater
- AWD, 2.7L V6-Gasoline 5/7 Seater

Yang CRDi jumlahnya sangat terbatas dan seingat saya memang tidak diperbolehkan pakai solar biasa. Tapi katanya ada yg pakai dan diisi solar biasa sesekali sih ngga masalah, cuma tentunya ini testi pribadi, bukan anjuran resmi

Kalau tertarik, silakan join di Group/Klub FB, disana ada beberapa pemakai Gen 2 bahkan Gen 3, http://www.facebook.com/groups/Hyundaisantafe/

Setelah odo tembus 200.000km/12thn, saya jadi penasaran..., seberapa penurunan performa (secara teknis/teori) dibanding kondisi baru. Terutama untuk hal mendasar; tenaga dan torsi :D

Yang perlu dijembreng dimari dulu, adalah data teknis pabrikan

Rujukan yang dipakai:

Dari kedua web tersebut, didapat data yang sama

Displacement 2.351cc 4 cylinder inline
Power 149HP @5500-6000Rpm
Torque 212Nm @3000-3500Rpm
Info tambahan, mesin yg dipakai di santi ini kode-nya G4JS, turunan dari mesin Mitsubishi Sirius Engine seri 4G63/4G64
Mesin ini termasuk generasi uzur, teknologi tahun 90an, jadi jangan dibandingkan dengan mesin2 setelah era millenium :mrgreen:

Dan perlu diingat, power/torque diatas diukur murni dari mesin (SAE Crankshaft), bukan yg di-roda. Artinya akan ada penurunan tenaga di roda akibat rugi gesek dan koefisien.

Berhubung si santi penggerak depan, diperkirakan hilang tenaga sampai roda, berkisar 15%-20%, tergantung jenis transmisi-nya juga. Yang matic, tentu power loss nya juga lebih besar akibat selip

Kebetulan, santi habis ganti tune up, ganti ISC (kebocoran vacuum -nya) dan CKP (retak).

Barang dipasang, plek..., tanpa ada setting apapun.

Habis itu naik mesin Dyno di Surabaya

Hasil Run 1, dimana tidak ada otak-atik apapun, hasil pengukuran sungguh mengecewakan
Dari data dibawah, power yg terukur di roda, hanya 82Hp/126Nm, alias hanya 55%-60% dari spek teknis mesin saat baru :e-wall:

Hasil terakhir menunjukkan:
Power output 128,5HP dan 177Nm

Dibandingkan dengan data teknis pabrikan yang 149HP/212Nm, power output real yang di roda mencapai 85%, artinya ada hilang 15%

Tapi...
Seperti yg ditulis diatas, power output mesin akan hilang sekitar 15% akibat rugi gesek di mobil penggerak depan

Artinya...sampai odometer 200.000km lebih, tepatnya 201.450 saat post ini ditulis, mesin si Santi masih menunjukkan performa prima, bahkan dapat dikata, power outputnya sama dengan saat masih gress keluar pabrik :mrgreen:
#disclaimer, sayangnya saat gress dulu ngga pernah ditest dyno

Kesimpulan, santi yang saya pakai ini sudah sangat teruji reliabilitas dan performa-nya setidaknya sampai saat ini
Memang di KM120.000an dulu pernah overhaul untuk beresin kerak mesin, tapi itu kan juga 80.000km yang lalu :D

So, jgn khawatir dengan K-pop asal dirawat dan disayang-sayang dengan baik :mky_02:

Semuanya saya pasrahkan ke Cak Indar, pak.
Tapi cak Indar bilang, kalau sekedar run, sekitar 400rb/jam
Kalau setting/tuning tarifnya bisa beda

Waktu test, saya ngga ikut, semuanya diurusi Cak Indar juga :mrgreen:
Tapi, kata pak Indar, selain setting lewat CO, cak Indar juga ubah/trim ulang ISC-nya, entah gimana dan kayak apa caranya :drinking:

weh cak imsus makin bikin penasaran aja
kayaknya bisa kembali pulih tenaganya sebab sdh overhaul kale yaa om..jadi kondisi spt gress
tapi walo gak pernah ane test dyno selama ini saya merasamnya tenaga santy masih luar biasa walo km 120 rb..
mungkin bener kata om imsus itu hanya feeling aja yg bener yaa test kyk om imsus baru manteb
cuman klo FC tetp masih irit toh dpt 1:8
siip emang om isus banyak memberikan pebncerahan terhadap tunggangannya
