hmm kayaknya harus tanya ama orang lemigas nih...
kalo bensin=nilainya namanya octane number
kalo solar=nilainya namanya cetane number ( bukan setan looh )
kalo minyak tanah?????????
tapi eksperimen tersebut harusnya menarik..
mesin bensin = kompresinya = 1:7 s/d 1:10
mesin diesel = kompresinya = 1:18 s/d 1: 22
mesin minyak tanah mungkin di tengah2 karena viskositas minyak tanah diatas bensin tapi di bawah solar.....mmmmm mungkin sekitar 1 : 15 an kali ya??.....pembakaran? apakah seperti bensin?( pake busi ) ato solar ( pembakaran sendiri karena kompresi tinggi )....

Kelihatannya kalo pake minyak tanah malah kompresinya hrs diturunkan.Ini spt yg diterapkan pd suzuki satria eksperiman yg dimana aslinya sktr 7:1 diturunkan menjadi 5,5:1.
Krn sifat minyak tanah sulit terbakar mknya tetap butuh bensin untuk pancingan awalnya.Menurut tes lbh boros dr bensin tp harga minyak tanah kan lebh murah jd bh ekonomis.

karena mesin jet pesawat komersial memakai minyak tanah juga sedang prinsip kerjanya malah mirip mesin diesel ( pembakaran sendiri karena kompresi )
no OOT pls....tolong tulis sesuatu yg mengarah ke ilmiah..Proses pembakarannya seperti apa ya? Masa musti pake sumbu segala? Soalnya namanya minyak tanah itu gak kebakar kalu disundut api. Dia baru nyala kalu ada sumbunya
