Sistem Pengapian mobil dikenal sistem platina dan sistem CDI, untuk sistem dengan coil untuk 4 silinder atau lebih, ada yang faham sistem pengapian mobil dari aki, sampai busi. Saya punya kendala di sistem pengapian, busi meyala hanya di nomor 1 dan 4 saja, nomor 2 dan 3 kosong, kira-kira apa penyebabnya, dan apabila sistem pengapian diganti dengan type racing bagaimana, (hipotesa awal coil bermasalah), trims....

bongkal TR / transistor, Coil, cuman untuk ngetesnya yg masih binun...hehehe... tes Coil masih bagus atau tidak gimana ? Coil terdiri dari dua bagian. cuman jadi satu intinya.

Businya dicopot, trus masukin kepalanya ke kabelnya..
Trus ujungnya tempelin aja di body, starter deh tuh mobil...
Kalo bener ada apinya...
Tinggal dituker2.. Bisa businya ato koilnya, bisa juga kepala ato kabelnya...
Ini mobilnya singlecoil ato multicoil?

hal itu sdh dilakukan, dan memang busi nomor 1 dan 4 hidup, sedangkan nomor 2 dan 3 modar. sistem pengapian dg transistor multicoil. coil bentuk persegi dengan dua bagian. bagian pertama untuk busi nomor 1 dan 4 dan coil kedua untuk busi 2 dan 3.

tunggu2 di-clear-kan dulu... busi 1 & 4 ato kabel 1 & 4?
bisa beda persepsi loh...

coba tuker aja koilnya... ga repot koq...
copot dari dudukannya, trus colokan asal ama colokan ke busi di tuker..
kalo mati ya memang koil..
kalo ngga, bisa dari cdi...
mobil apa ya?

sistem pengapian dg transistor, jadi dari distibutor ke TR/transistor kemudian ke coil trus ke busi.

mobilnya lancer dangan GTi DOHC.

nanti kalo sempet tak foto saja....

bisa jadi ada masalah pada sistem distribusi pengapian. berhubung pengapian dan distributor jadi satu, bisa dicek koilnya dulu, karena yang mati pas busi no 2 dan 3, atau kayak peugeot 405 sri bokap dulu, koil nggak papa, eh modul pengapiannya ternyata yang mati, karena modul inilah yang membagi tegangan dari TCI ke koil, dan memang koilnya terbagi dua di sistem distribusinya, yaitu satu mengarah langsung ke busi 1 dan 4, yang lainnya ke busi no 2 dan 3, mengingat mesin 4 silinder skema pengapiannya memang 1-3-4-2, jadi ada penyilangan distribusi pengapian agar mesin bekerja dengan klop.

Sistem coil pengapian di GTi masih memakai jenis WASTED SPARK DISTRIBUTIONS (satu koil utk 2 busi) spt illustrasi dibawah ini

seteleh diperiksa dan coba diganti TR/Transistornya masih tetep begitu, akhirnya periksa distributor (delko)nya, ternyata kabel dari distributor sudah getas dan soak, ganti kabel beres deh...
