A Cosmetic Distributor currently is opening for this following position :

Personal Assistant to the Brand Manager (Cosmetics)

Requirements :
•Female.
•Minimum degree : Bachelor (S1) background in reputable university; majoring in Marketing, Communication Management, Visual Communication, Public Relations or other related studies.
•Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
•Know how to operate / use well computer such as PowerPoint, Excel, Words, etc
•Speak and understand English well, preferably person who can also translate English to Indonesia

Job Scope :
•Correspondence with Dept Store people regarding promotion, event, Appointment etc
•Correspondence with magazine people for ads etc
•Preferably someone who has experience few years in Marketing for retail business
•Secretary’s job detail is also required
•Merchandising background will be beneficial such as handling transparencies, display products in the counters according to the theme
•Handling project launches from preparation, coordination etc
