Wew, kalo yg bener2 "555" ori japan bagus lah bro.
Setau gw malah lebih mahal dr spare part ori nya.
Mungkin bro dpt yg aspal kali, makanya gak awet.
Kalo dari harga jauh bgt tuh yg japan ama aspal, gak ada separuhnya.

Lumayan deh om, selisih harga balljoint bawah elsape ori sama merk 555 jpn bisa hampir 2kali nya,, btw ini 555 kalo dipasang di kijang ajah sih kuatnya luar binasa sih..... :mrgreen:

emang kalo ori "asli" japan nya 555 tuh kaya apa sigh bro badak ?? selama ini pengalaman ane malah ori nya panther masi lebi tahan daripada ball jointnya si 555 itu... emang sih dari segi harga tuh 555 jauh lebi murah dari ori nya panther...

kalo ori nya panther sigh setau ane di bungkus dgn plastik agak tebel, lalu banyak barisan dgn tulisan isuzu lalu ada stiker yg isinya nama spare part, barcode dan tulisan2 lain nya... di dus nya pun jg gt...

kalo yg spare part 555 atau sunco atau triple star atau apalah namanya yg perna ane ketemuin sigh rata2 cuman dbungkus pake dus yg tipis ala kadarnya, cuman kadang plastik pembungkus nya ada yg tebel ada yg tipis, tapi kalo utk ketahanan sigh koq lebi awet nya ori yah...

555 yg ori japan tuh setau gw kardusnya tebal bro, trz yg paling kentara ada hologram nya dgn tulisan 555.
Kalo 555 yg taiwan ato aspal biasanya kardus lebih tipis, n ga ada stiker hologramnya.
Tapi jgn salah jg bro, ori panther pun banyak yg barang KW. Dari segi kemasan n label barang mirip banget, tapi kalo diamati dgn jeli baru deh kliatan bedanya. Biasanya yg aspal tidak ada barcodenya (tapi tidak selalu juga, kadang ada yg mencantumkan barcode).
Gw dulu pernah jg bingung memilih tie rod untuk touring gw, antara tie rod ori dgn 555 japan. Gw liat dr segi harga lebih mahal 555 japan, akhirnya gw pilih 555 japan dgn asumsi lebih mahal lebih bagus n kuat :upss:

Semahal2nya 555 jpn, pasti masih lebih mahal ori meskipun ini termasuk parts lokal (seputar ball joint n tierod) apalagi kalo dibandingkan dgn ori (import)
Dan semurah2 nya barang ori (lokal) pasti harganya tetep diatas 555 jpn,, coba deh boleh bro bandingin, dari mitsu, toyota, isuzu, suzuki, dll,, pasti semua lebih mahal ori....setuju??? :big_peace:

nah ini yg ane maksud bro badak, biasa yg ane temuin tuh utk parts non ori, mo merek apapun pasti dibawah harga parts ori walaupun terkadang ane bisa temuin jg harganya yg lebi mahal dari ori, tapi itu ane makllum scara daerah ane tuh banyak bengkel2 gelo, lah wong shell rimula aja sejerigen bisa diatas 200rebu gt... tapi kalo ane maen di atrium, hampir 95% parts non ori lebi murah daripada yg ori....

Seharusnya kalo mau dipikir secara logika, barang imitasi diset harga diatas ori ga akan laku itu barang mitasi, bener nggak :mrgreen:
Tapi kalo mau dilihat secara kenyataan ya sah2 aja barang non ori bisa lebih mahal ketimbang ori, misalnya beberapa parts performance yg emang kinerja nya ditujukan untuk lebih heavy duty (long life) :frm_tumbleft:

ane di panther pake punya 555 untuk long tie rod ama ball jointNYA masih bagus2 aja tuh bro ampe sekarang. kalo yang long tie rod udah 1 tahun lewat lah masih bagus tuh, belom oblak lagi. kalo ball joint mank sih baru beberapa bulan diganti.

nah itu dia bro mario, ane jg pake ntuh ball joint dulu merek 555, baru beberapa bulan uda rembes gemuk nya, dan ga lama oblak tuh... dulu buat caliper rem tromol panther jg ane pake beberapa merek sperti 555 dan sunco, sama jg, 1 tahun lebi dikit uda bocor atau macet...

kalo ane broo, semua yang pake 555 belom oblak sama sekali, kalo ball joint sih ane belom liat lago ya broo. oh ya kalo gk salah ball joint yang atas seperti yang ane ganti itu kan merek 555 dia masih pake nepel buat masukin gemuk, mungkin yang bro alamin gemuknya keluar dari nepel ini kalo broo, jadi belom tentu bocor, kecuali kalo sobek ya, mank broo punya dolo udah sobek???

oh ya broo, mau tanya nih, kalao kita beli partz yang bukan bungkus ORI tapi mereknya sama itu bagus gk ya???? misalNYA kata orang beres kan merek seal kit buat rem belakang panther mereknya itu misalnya A nah kita beli yang bungkus merek A juga gitu, gimana ya?

bentar2... yg ane maksud ball joint itu = tie rod end logh... btw bener ga tuh ??.... nah tie rod end nya itu tuh yg suka rembes gemuk nya, bukan dari nepel nya bro tapi rembes ke batang atas nya, nepel nya sigh masi ok2 aja tuh...

btw ane skalian nanya deh buat para master spare part dsini, kalo ane ganti long tie rod, tie rod end itu ngaruh ga ke steering nya, soalnya steering ane narik mulu ke kiri walaupun uda di spooring... idle arm kiri jg uda diganti tuh ama joint nya

maksud nya dari pabrikan A itu jg membuat spare part seal kit tsb walaupun kaga dipaasang logo isuzu nya yah ?? kalo gt sigh ane rasa ga masalah sigh bro...

tie rod end = bagian yang mengait pada knuckle untuk menarik/mendorong saat belok (bagian dari sistem steering).CMIIW
ball joint = terletak pada swing arm, merupakan tumpuan knuckle di swing arm dan memungkinkan knuckle bisa berputar saat belok (pivot point/king pin axis).CMIIW

waktu dispooring kondisi kaki2nya sudah dicek sm bengkelnya blm oom...?? sebab banyak jg bengkel spooring nakal, artinya meski kondisi kakinya udah gak bagus tetap aja ngotot di spooring (gak mau kehilangan rejeki). :e-think:
