Pemasangan rollcage (utk reinforce chasis) ato turbo installment di based yg msh NA, utk awam spt kita tentu sdh agak extreme mod.
Iya monokok om, selain pemasangan rollcage , reinforced body monokok biasanya dengan menambah jumlah titik las di sambungan plat.
Diliat aja om, yg biasanya rusak apa aja kalo hajar jalan jelek.
Paling velg peyang ( diatasi dengan ganti velg kuat dan ban lebih tebel).
Kaki2 cepet rusak (biasanya mobil rally ganti bushing dan mounting dengan bahan polyurethane atau pillowBall. Tierod balljoint ya sering diganti aja.
Lampu terang buat liat lubang2 supaya lebih keliatan.
Suspensi paling ditinggiin dari standard, rally asphalt wrc ga bisa dijadiiin acuan, soalnya jalanan yg dipake mulus2. Asphalt di Indo lebih mirip medan gravel :big_childish:
Utk dek pelindung karter mesin dan arm2 bisa bikin pake plat stainless5 mm tp buat harian sih bikin buat pelindung mesin aja.
Shock breaker kalo ada aftermarket yg murah bisa aja. Utk mobil2 rally grup N, shock biasanya pake spek rendah merk MCA suspension harganya sekitaran 9000 Aus$ atau reiger suspension 10.000- 15000 £. Utk spek WRC tentunya lebih mahal lagi.

-velg yg kuat
-profile ban yg moderate tdk tipis
-cover dek enjin n gb
-sistem lampu dg penerangan yg baik
-bushing2 n mounting dg bahan pu/pillow ball
-penggantian shock after market

Step yg ini wait n see dl spt nya, krn akan m'ngurangi kenyamanan pd daily/cruiser lurkot, disamping aplikasinya agak ribet utk diterapkan
-penambahan titik las pd plat sambungan
-rollcage

# utk bushing/mounting dr polyureth or pillowball, itu custom kah kita belinya? Ato sdh tersedia diluaran sesuai mblnya tunggal plug n play sj.

#Suspension model MCA or Rieger itu tdk perlu bobok wheel arch kah? Dan jg menambah tinggi GC dr std bawaan ya?

Roll cage dll klw uda dipasang ya hajar banyak peredam yg dibabat untuk dudukan, kabin jd sempit, dan komponen yg bisa bunyi jg bertambah...

Intinya makin jd mbl rally race spec makin tidak nyaman apalagi bwat daily dan turing jarak jauh.

boss pillowball itu balljointnya disuntik jadi macem besi gitu yach gw dulu pernah ngerasain di jag kantor saking gak ada spare parts akhirnya di suntik besi semua ball jointnya hasilnya lindes rel pager masuk komplek suaranya kayak petasan banting sama mobilnya kerasnya dada kayak abis dipukul tiap hantem lobang :glodak:

saya lupa pastinya, tapi bengkel kaki2 terkenal di jakarta ada yang bisa custom. cuma siap2 aja kalau pake PU bantingannya kaya naik angkot kumuh. walau cornering, manuvering, dll top banget. :big_exellent:

Kalo pakai PU + pillowball buat harian pasti sakit pinggang om saya pernah pasang bushing PU made in australia utk steering rack hilux emang sih respon stir jadi mantep tapi pas lewat jalan rusak ampun2nan getarannya naik.. abis itu saya lepas rack steer beli baru lagi utk harian sangat tidak nyaman

cukup ganti ban yg tebal...
ad orng kota pake soluna bolak blk k kampung, klw tdk salah lht, bannya ring 14 rasio 65, lmayan tinggi, sprtinya lbh nyaman..jgn dibawa ngebut sj.

Iya pertimbangan mobil jadi kaku dan keras om.
Dan sebenernya satu yang harus di ingat. Mobil2 wrc atau rally car setiap 2-3 ss masuk ke service area & memperbaiki semua yg rusak... :)

Btw...buat sedan/hb user persiapan buat liburan/mudik/ato yg mau semi offroad kelas picnic/light adventure....persiapan ngga gserok mentok pada diapaiin ya?
