J.D Powers menyatakan ada tujuh faktor yang mendukung kepuasan konsumen.
Faktor-faktor tersebut yakni
1. proses pengiriman (31 persen),
2. waktu pengiriman (13 persen),
3. kesepakatan transaksi (12 persen),
4. fasilitas dealer (12 persen),
5. pengurusan dokumen (11 persen),
6. layanan penjual (11 persen),
7. serta inisiasi atau penawaran produk sebelum penjualan (9 persen).

Berdasarkan faktor-faktor tersebut, J.D. Powers menghitung skor untuk setiap merek dengan skala 1.000 poin.

waktu pengiriman itu berdasar inden dan ga inden, ya pantes yg ga laku dan stok banyak menang. Bukan dari janji kirim kapan dan nepatin apa ga nya.

Iya um.. biasanya setelah servis seminggu ditelpon balik ada yg ga enak apa nggak..entahlah mgk karena bengkel baru jd mau menjaring konsumen.

nah betul om glendotan..kalo abis servis memang iya..bahkan ada 2 mobil toyot yg udah dijual sampe skrg masih di informasikan untuk servis km tertentu..

ini mah kriteria buat dealer mobil..bukan buat mobilnya sendiri.

bukan untuk kepuasaan konsumen..
kalo konsumen mah...ermm diskon besar :D

Mobil paling bikin puaaasss.. *owh[emoji97] ..?

Yang jelas, bisa diajak ikut prihatin kalo tuannya sedang prihatin.. kalo tuannya pas dapet untung besar dari jual tanah, si mobil bisa diajak dandan..

Artinya.. pas masa sulit, hanya ada dana buat bayarin ganti oli, sparepart pakai kw1, ngga bikin mogok..

Pas masa panen, mau diajak dandan dan full menicure pedicure, creambath, pilah pilih sepatu baru, ngga bikin robek kantong tuannya...parts melimpah dimana mana...

kalo kriterianya menyangkut proses delivery memang bener juaranya ya pasti merek2 yg stok-nya lagi numpuk

bahkan mungkin kalo kastemernya super bonafid (dah sering belanja mobil) itu unit kirim dulu ke Garasi-nya, pengurusan admin dll menyusul kemudian

misalnya rangking problem per 100 item......siapa yg problemnya scr rata2 paling sedikit

dependability saat baru / 3 tahun misalnya

karena mampunya beli avanza/sekelasnya, yaaa mobil yg paling memuaskan menurut saya sebagai konsumen (subjektip) ya hanya avanza..eh, xenia ok, emmm jes juga...lipina...mbalik ke avanza lagi.. :upss:
