Sekedar info aja bos, kemaren sempet contact orang toyota waktu mau ganti mesin prado 97 ane, dia kasih quote 1KD-FTV baru import dari jepang 128juta engine+ECU only excluding transmission

bukannya kalo ga salah crq udah ada varian 2.5 turbodiesel? aku baca di majalah yang dijual di indo ada varian 2500 cc cuma ga tau itu bensin ato diesel, namanya crq sporty. Kalo versi luarnya emang jelas ada 2.5 turbodiesel.. sabar aja,bro.. rajin2 cari di iklan,sapa tau nemu yg versi dieselnya daripada repot2 engine swap,tul g

ya...ditempat saya ada 1 unit crq asli diesel thn 01, dapat dari lelangan di palembang...tapi cari spare part engine + drivetrain rada susah, dan nyebrang ke Malaysia

Hmm...banyak juga tantangannya ya...just for info. Pemilik CRQ sy sebelumya juga punya CRQ 96 Limited. FCnya 1:5 km/l dalkot. Bulan lalu dia swap injektornya dgn injektor bekas tapi nggak tahu nih dari mobil apa. Beda dgn injektor bawaan mobil ada di lubang noselnya yg dua biji, asli CRQ satu biji.ak4ng wrote:1hdt bisa masuk ke crq g???

FCnya sekarang main di 1:7 km/l dalkot. Pengakuan dia nggak terasa perbdeaan dgn kondisi injektor asli, nggak ada jeda waktu digas dan saat kick down ataupun endut2an. Engine nggak ada gejala panas, hanya saat dihidupkan pagi hari atau saat dingin memang tidak secepat pada saat pakai injektor standar. Kami masih pelajarin nih efek sampingnya terhadap komponen enginenya.
Biaya gantinya 6 biji Rp. 1,5 jt..jadi kepikiran ikutan ganti..Lumayan bisa nggak terlalu jauh beda sama Ipah yg enginenya cuma 1/2 dari cherokee.

Bro, itu injektor bekas, klo baru kali bisa 1:8 ya?? Aku nggak muluk2 Bro, bisa dapat 1:7 itu aja udah bagus banget utk mobil berusia 14 thn, engine 4.0 liter. Lha baleno kantor thn 2002 aja 1500 cc manual paling bagus 1:9 km/l. Pernah ditest drag bareng temen, memang belum mampu melawan. Lawan berat yg pernah ketemu SUV Xtrail 2.5..tapi dilibas juga.billyd1773dz wrote:^^

Pemiliknya tetangga sy juga..cuma karena sekarang sy kerja di tambang dan dia kerja di pmt siantar jadi jarang ketemu. Dia juga dapat channel dari sepupunya yg pemilik CRQ juga. Dimensi injektornya mirip dgn bawaan XJ cuma beda di lubang nosel dan seal-sealnya. Both of these cases offer a twin stick option to allow yourself the ability to disengage the front and rear axles for use on the trail. The Dana 300 offers a 2.62:1 gearing reduction in stock form, or the ability to get a 4:1 gearing option with either TeraLow gears from Teraflex or LowMax gears from Novak Adapters. The Atlas II offers the option of 3.0:1, 3.8:1, 4.3:1, or 5:1 sets.
The Dana 300 option would require a 5/8" spacer that you can buy from Novak Adapters. This adapter also allows you to clock the Dana 300 almost flat for more ground clearance. It also gives you the option of not needing to pull the rear driveshaft when flat towing, because the output bearing would now be riding in the gear oil in the Tcase.

I suggest you get a 1KZ-TE, have the rings and pinions changed to 1:4.56
You'll get some clearance in the engine bay, it mates with the AW auto with minor adjustments, better if you get a 1KZ with an auto tranny, you will have to replace the out put shaft from the one in cherokee to attach with the transfer case, that way you will have the original diesel version speed ratios, the torque converter has six bolts while in the cherokee has 4 or 3 I am not sure.
The petrol AW has a green colored identification plate on the side while the diesel has a blue colored, the petrol version has different ratios while the diesel has different but the end output shafts are interchangeable. I have a 1996 cherokee which wrecked the original AW, got one from a Prado changed the out put shaft and also the shift lever link from one side to the other and that was it. It's been running for the last year and a half no probs except the revs a little more than it did with the petrol version.

mesti bener2 di push om, baru kerasa bedanya.... XJ sih cyld mati 1 juga masih bisa lari hehehe.... asal dlm kota sih...
tp da klw buat daily use ya ga perlu gede2 juga tenaganya sih.. klw bisa irit mah maknyuss.. tp klw sya sih bru layak coba klw bisa 1:10 gpp tenaga di korbankan juga hehe.... asal gaya di utamakan haha
yg lucu WJ pernah sepanjang jalan tasik bandung check engine nyala, tp ketenaga masih ok cuma bensin aja ngocor perjalanan 100kman tasik bandung habis 3/4.padahal sehari sebelumnya dari jogja ke tasik sekitar 400km cuma abis 1/2 tank sekitar 35ltr (1:11). sampai rumah OBDnya ngelaporin 3 cyld misfire hehe..... dan emang geter2 gtu g bener... tp untuk pemakaian normal keluar kota g kerasa beda tenaganya...

tp uda bisa kok om... CJ ade ane uda jalan dgn lancar hehehe..... torsinya mantaapp g kalah sama XJ... padahal ban sudah 32" dan ratio standar XJ... harusnya ratio diganti 4.56 sesuai dgn spek mesin Prado.
dan yang paling demen turbonya ajiib.. bersiul - siul hehe
cuma aslinya A340 kan g pke transcooler nya tu ke radiator, klw AW4 Transcoolernya misah.. nah peer ane masang transcoolernya haha blm sempet aja... Aw4 walau basicnya mirip dgn A340 tp lebih banyak ngehasilin panas..

Disharing dong bro, biaya sama bengkelnya. Klo nggak salah Aw4 juga pake transcooler utama nyatu sama radiator dan auxiliary cooler didepan radiator? Klo thn 95 kebawah sebelum ABS coolernya lebih panjang/melebar sepanjang radiator dibanding 96up yg tampak persegi?

yup beda dgn Prado aslinya g ada auxilary yang di depan radiator itu.... sebenernya skrng juga uda ok kemarin sengaja maik ke gunung nyari yg nanjak uda aman g ada gejala panas/slip.. tp bgtu main tanah aga lama... mulai deh kerasa slip.. tp baca di bnyk forum luar AW4 memang terkenal badak tapi kelemahanya penghasil panas yg tinggi.. jd yah main aman aja... mending di pasang aja transcooler bawaanya AW4nya hehe... asalnya ngikutin jalur Prado bro jd g pke transcooler external... hehe bengkelnya d bandung om.. soal biaya harga engine halfcutnya kemarin 45jt tp banyak yg g kepake sih... mungkin klw bisa beli engine only bisa lebih murah yah..
dan yg paling susah ngurus surat nya euy.. huhu
