RINGKASAN PEKERJAAN

TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB

1. Menyiapkan kelengkapan, membuat rancangan dan memeriksa
keabsahan semua dokumen legal perusahaan sesuai permintaan Direksi
dan/atau Manager terkait lain yang memerlukan.

2. Menyiapkan dan mengurus pembuatan dokumen legal untuk badan
hukum atau lainnya yang diminta oleh perusahaan.

3. Melaksanakan dan membuat laporan Legal Due Diligent (LDD)
maupun research yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan.

4. Memeriksa draft perjanjian/ kesepakatan kerjasama antara
perusahaan dengan pihak luar perusahaan untuk memastikan keamanan
dari aspek hukum serta mengantisipasi kemungkinan adanya tuntutan
hukum yang dapat merugikan perusahaan dikemudian Hari.

5. Memeriksa master draft perjanjian kerja dengan karyawan untuk
memastikan terlindunginya kepentingan perusahaan dari hal-hal yang
dapat merugikan perusahaan di kemudian Hari.

6. Mengkoordinasikan dan/atau mengurus masalah perijinan di
setiap unit perusahaan dalam lingkup Group Perusahaan sesuai yang
diperlukan perusahaan.

7. Memberikan masukan atau saran yang diperlukan terhadap
pelaksanaan permasalahan hukum perusahaan atau ketentuan-ketentuan
hukum (baru) yang berlaku kepada perusahaan, baik diminta atau
tidak diminta.

8. Memberikan arahan kepada Corporate Legal Staff dalam
menyiapkan, memeriksa, dan melakukan pengarsipan atas
dokumen-dokumen legal perusahaan.

9. Mempelajari dari waktu ke waktu perkembangan
perundang-undangan dan ketentuan-ketentuan hukum, guna
mengantisipasi kemungkinan dampaknya terhadap perkembangan usaha
perusahaan, serta memberikan solusi-solusi yang dibutuhkan.

10. Membina dan mengembangkan kemampuan & ketrampilan karyawan
yang dibawahinya.

11. Mengembangkan ide-ide baru yang kreatif dan inovatif, yang
mampu meningkatkan kinerja bagian maupun perusahaan.
12. Memberikan laporan pelaksanaan hasil kerja secara periodik
