distributor locking bolt. alias baut pengunci distributor.
buat geser2 advance/retard juga bisa lewat vacuum advancer, jadi ga perlu geser2 posisi distributor.

distributor locking bolt... biasa kl minta montir nyetel timing 5K ane slalu bilangnya baut distributor...

ngomong "baut distributor " juga belum tentu mudeng, kalo dibilang "baut delco" pasti langsung tau.

Iya ane juga biasanya bilang "baut delko" atau "baut napur". Tukang bengkel biasanya tau minimal salahsatu dr 2 sebutan itu...

om2.. mods2... dan master2 laen nya... minta nasihat donk..

critanya hrv ane beberapa minggu lalu abis carbjet, ritual bersih2 daleman enjin ama ganti busi... nahh cilaka nya 2 hari yg lalu pas ane mau buka tuh busi2 lg... 3 busi sukses kebuka dgn mudah, sisa 1 yg keras... ane pas kencengin jg ga kenceng2 amat (scara sisa 3 busi laennya gampang kebuka koq)...

pengen dipaksa buka cuman takut patah tuh busi... ud disemprot wd40 jg masi blm bsa bergeming...

kira2 diapain yah biar kebuka tuh busi ??

1. waktu ganti busi, sapa yg pasang?
2. saat pasang yakin drat nggak miring?
3. coba nyalain mesin sampe hampir suhu ideal, stlh itu segera buka businya.
4. saat pasang busi usahakan kondisi drat bersih, kasih sedikit grease dan pasang dalam keadaan cyl. head dingin.
5. semoga berhasil.

ya jangan panas banget, tangan keslomot besi kan nda enak..... kecuali udah biasa.
btw jawaban nomor 2 jangan "kayanya" doong.... bahaya ini..... kalo sampe miring bikin kepala pening.
kalo grease biasa sedikit aja kasihnya, maksimal seukuran 2 butir nasi.

kl seandainya miring, pas masang awal2 diputer jg ud berasa kan yah om, biasa ane kl masang busi, diputer dulu pake tangan ampe ud ga bsa lg, baru ane pake konci busi

td pas mesin panas ane coba buka, masi blm bergeming om

ane waktu itu balikin ke kantor ane... ama sala satu supir nya, katanya pake besi pasak (sperti linggis kecil) di ketok ke patahan busi nya, trus pake kunci buaya dipaksa puter...

yang udah2, bisa patah justru karena cara bukanya ragu2. sekuat tenaga diputer, bukan digentak. maka dari itu patah.

gampang itu..... kalo gamau copot cyl. head bisa pake drip/pahat kecil. kalopun terpaksa buka cyl. head bisa di bor.

dear suhu2 SM...

ane lagi galau soal busi. ceritanya gini:
2 bulan lalu ane bongkar2 mobil, sedot2 kerak silinder, ganti busi. pas liat busi aselinya, NGK LZFR6AI, kode produksi 08... dan odometer 120rb km.
gapnya dah melar sampe 1,1mm, harusnya 0,8mm. Berhubung kepingin ngirit ane ganti aja jadi NGK LFR6C-11 (70rb/set). setel ulang gap ke 0.8mm biar sesuai sama kitab. alhasil ada perbaikan FC dalkot dari 1:4an jadi 1:6,5. :e-whistle:

it worked fine until.... ada yang bilang dimari kalo mobil ane termasuk boros. okay..
apa iya gegara businya "turun derajat" dari iridium ke nikel? :e-think:
ane coba iseng beli iridium murmer, Denso IKH20 (270rb/set) pasang. ane nggak ubah gapnya, takut elektrodanya kenapa2. rada mahal soale.
dan voila... malah jadi 1:4an lagi. :off_no: demmm...

puyeng, ane coba balik ke busi aselinya yang udah uzur, ketok2 dikit ground elektrodanya biar balik ke 0,8mm.
tes seminggu... dan tetep boros :off_no: oke, berarti emang udah layak buang.

rute berkendara gitu2 aja... cuma buat antar-jemput bocah n sesekali tol tangerang.
gaya berkendara damai dan jauh dari kata ngebut, soale bini yang bawa.

secara bentuk fisik, panjang idung (elektroda positif) IKH20 lebih pendek 3mm dibanding LZFR6AI. sementara LFR6C-11 cuma selisih 1mm lebih pendek. ketiganya heat-range-nya sama, thread, reach, hex, semua sama.

pertanyaannya, apa segitu besar pengaruh panjang idung busi terhadap efisiensi?
asumsi ane, dengan model ruang bakar pentroof kalo idung businya pendek, posisi spark jadi terlalu keatas, gak berada di tengah2 ruang bakar saat TMA. akibatnya flame travel jadi jauh n bensin ga kebakar sempurna. is it right?

inti ceritanya: ane galau mo jajal busi FK20HR-A8 punya Ipah baru (200k/biji) atau SK20HR-11 (90k/biji)--- sepertinya idungnya cukup panjang.
busi aslinya 250k/biji di beres :e-doh: kudu keluar cetiaw buat busi doang. atau... cukup pake busi nikel yg murah2 aja?

skrg mobil lg dipake dulu... soalnya waktu itu busi baru ganti... jd rencana mau d hajar pake dulu ampe kira2 20 rebu km baru ane bawa ke beres servis berkala, skalian suru ganti tuh busi

om om sekalian mau tanya mungkin ada yg pernah punya pengalaman, ane ada fortuner bensin 2.7 kalo busi nya pake iridium nya dengan kondisi standar + bensin premium/pertalite kira2 bakal ngelitik ga ya? selama ini pake busi standar denso pake premium/pertalite ga ada masalah ngelitik dll aman2 ajaa...pernah coba pertamax rasa nya sama2 aja udah test keliling jawa pake pertamax & premium hehe

ane mau pake iridium bukan karna mau performa lebih baik yaa, tp biar lebih tahan lama aja busi nya kayak di ge8 oh ya sama satu lagi jgn di bully ya krn pake premium/pertalite wkwkwk

Busi iridium sudah pasti tahan lama karena mobil gw harian ANGL 1.5 CVT 2014, pake busi iridium belum pernah ganti, sdh 3 thn odo 34.[cencored] , di panduan service masa pakai nya bisa 100.000 km dan kadang ada bunyi ngelitik halus kadang hilang sendiri dan jenis bbm gw pake juga, kadang pake pertalite, kadang premium dan kadang pertamax, mana yg ready di SPBU sekitar komplek tempat tinggal saya yg di daerah serta luar kota posisinya.

iya om busi iridium udh pasti tahan lama, terbukti di ge8 ane busi dari tahun 2008 sampe 2017 sekarang belum pernah ganti padahal pake bensin premium doang, jadi udah 9 tahun blm pernah gnti busi kilometer skrg 80 rb an ...tp dalam kasus ini apakah ada yg pernah coba di fortie bensin dgn kondisi std pake busi iridium dan bensin premium adakah yg ngelitik?
