Halo, saya Baron dari Yogya, saya tau forum ini dari bung Yongis...

Kemarin di lomba-lomba irit kliatan Karisma bisa tembus ampe 100 km lebih untuk satu liter bensin. Ga dicampur apa-apa lo....hehehehehhe

Ga jalan pelan-pelan juga, dicoba dijalan kota, kena traffic dan segala macam. Setau saya sih gigi 4 pada speed 60 km/h tuh terbaik diliat dari jangkauan jelajah per liter bensin. Mungkin bisa dibeberkan beberapa sebab kenapa bisa begitu. Rekan-rekan yang lain mungkin bisa menambahkan... :)

1. Karisma CDI-nya double curve (dobel kurva). Sama kaya dipake di moto-x. Cuma bedanya di moto-x dipake buat tenaga, di Karisma buat ngejer iritnya... Setau saya kelas 125 cuma Karisma yang punya teknologi kaya gini. Sensornya di karburator, ada kabel tuh yang kayanya larinya ke CDI kalo ga salah....
2. Piston, ring piston dilapis PTFE, atau biasa kita sebut telfon. Jadi koefisien geseknya berkurang.
3. Rocker arm Karisma (orang Jawa bilangya templar), di ujung yang dapet cam, ada roller (semacam bearing). Mesin 125 yang lain ujung rocker arm itu langsung nempel ama cam. Roller Karisma ini juga menekan koefisien gesek mesin. Gesek berkurang, makin banyak tenaga buat di "buang" ke roda.
4. Tipe mesin Karisma adalah long stroke, jadi tenaga maximum meski kecil sudah dapat dicapai pada rpm rendah. Bandingkan dengan Shogun yang tenaga puncak di 9800, BliztJoy di 9900 rpm, dan Karisma di 7000 rpm saja.
5. Dengan tipe mesin long stroke begini, pergigian juga harus dibuat "tall", alias tarikan ato napas panjang. Dah rpm rendah, dikasi gigi rapat pula, kan bisa asma tuh Karisma. :lol:
6. Karburator Karisma ada yang terbesar di kelas bebek non premium 125 cc. Orang mikir karburator besar berarti boros, padahal kalo settingnya bener ya ga. Kita tak perlu buka gas dalam buat menambah kecepatan. Di mobil contohnya ada, temen saya make Feroza, karburator standar malah cuma 8 km/liter. Ganti karburator sama Weber DCOE 4-barrel 50 mm malah bisa 12 km/liter! Nah loh gimana tu.... :)

Otomatis dengan tenaga putaran rendah dan perbandingan gigi panjang, pada rpm yang sama Karisma dapat speed lebih tinggi, dengan kata lain jarak tempuh lebih jauh.Bener si....Karisma jadi ga dapet akselerasi dengan perbandingan gigi tinggi kaya gitu, buktinya bab akselerasi bisa dimakan ama Jupiter Z, palagi ma Shogun 125! Tapi kalo top speed bisa ngelewati Jupiter Z, nah kalo sama Shogun ga tau juga saya.... :)

Mungkin semua itu memang mendukung buat Karisma buat irit. Tapi terutama caraberkendaranya juga kan? he..he...he.... Pikir-pikir canggih juga yaa? :P

Waktu lomba irit-iritan apa ngga ada yang dirubah tuh? pilot/mainjet dikecilin... malah ada yg tembus 110 km / liter... ruarr biasa.. yg pasti ikut pengaruh juga dari raidernya & memainkan gasnya.
Saya sendiri bawa karisma untuk harian -+ 50 km /liter...

Saya pernah baca kalo gak salah ada yang ngrubah spesifikasi mesin akhirnya didiskulifikasi.

Saya ga ekot bung ivanov...lagian kalo saya ekot Karismanya mungkin cuma 25 kilo untuk satu liter, keberatan pengendara!! :lol: :lol:

Setau saya semua kondisi standard pabrik. Masalahnya abis selese itu pada di scrut. IMHO yang buat paling boros tuh pas akselerasi. Jadi kalo mo irit sebenarnya ya....gas konstan, rpm konstan, akselerasi halus tapi tidak terlalu cepat dan tak terlalu lambat, pasti irit deh. Tapi yang buat paling irit ya...konstans RPM dan gas itu.

Apalagi kebiasaan kita yang suka geber-geber gas di traffic light. Stupid indeed itu... ;)

Bung Fadly, saya sehari-hari bawa macan Honda, bisa dapet 40 kilo perliternya... kalo ngebut san akselerasi maximal yang cuma dapet 30 kilo perliter. Ehehehehehehh

Wah coba ninjaku bisa kayak gitu.8liter buat 120km alias 1:15 kalo nyante-nyante.Kalo pingin narik terus bisa kok 8 liter buat 80km.

boros juga ninja 1:15, waktu ogut pake ninja aja perbandingan bisa 1:25, kalu di betot 1:20, udah di tuneup abis ya nov !!

Kok bisa ya.
Aku sih cuman lihat dari trip meternya.Dari keadaan full tank sampai indikator fuel hidup. (mulai pake reserve)
dulu awal-awal beli tripmeternya nunjuk angka 150an km, sktr 1:20
ganti knalpot racing dan setting spuyer kalo nyante-nyante bisa 130km dan baru pingin narik sktr 120km.
Setelah ganti karbu jd 30mm,maks paling irit,jalan sangat santai paling sktr 100an km. Kalo baru edan-edan-edanan bisa kok cuman buat 80km.
Kondisi mesin standart gak diapa-apain.
Aku juga kerasa aneh,kok bisa begitu.

Penjualannya turun terus.
Jadi ketika Wave 125 di Thailand ganti baju, momentumnya dipake untuk discobtinue seri Karisma dan diganti label Supra. Jadi secara seri discontinue tapi secara produk enggak.

Karena honda kecolongan sama motcin yg duluan register nama karisma utk motor. Jadinya akhirnya didiskontinyu. Ganti nama jadi Supra125.

Jauh lebih rumit dari sekedar merek. Konflik dengan Tossa, Honda udah duluan pake trade mark Karisma, udah didaftarin duluan. Tossa kalah soal merek Tossa Karisma ketika digugat. Sila cek arsip di inet.

Sejak awal, Karisma punya beberapa cacat. Pertama kasus miss transmisi karena desain per dasi yang kurang baik. Dan beberapa kasus shifting arm kurang panjang. Kedua soal kabel bodi di leher. Produksi awal kurang panjang. Karena ditekak tekuk kanan kiri, putus dan cluster mati total. Ketiga bug di odometer digital. Lansiran awal, nggak bisa auto reset setelah sampe 99999. Keempat, rem belakang bunyi dan nggak pakem. Ini dari desain lubang buang buat debris nggak ada dan desain tromol nyatu langsung ke swing arm tanpa bracket. Sisanya resistensi indikator digital yang sering rusak karena orang selalu skip proses auto kalibrasi.

Semua cacat diperbaiki di facelift yang dikasih embel embel X. Kecuali desain tromol dan swing arm, baru dirubah di Supra X125. Semua problem itu bikin Karisma sejak dilanching tidak pernah sampai bikin lini produksi di kapasitas maksimal. Dan di pasar dicap motor rewel. Walhasil, ketika Wave125 ganti baju, Honda memutuskan membuang nama Karisma dan disematkan nama andalan dan jaminan mutu produknya bakal laku, Supra.

Jadi kalo nggak mau beli motor yang mereknya berpotemnsi dibunuh induknya, belilah Supra. Kalo perlu tunggu Supramatik, jamin problem free dan laris.
