Diskusi Transmisi Matic bersama um agathos dan billy

Yuk kita bedah analisa serab serbi Matic bersama para pakar yaitu um agathos dan billy

Spt kita ketahui bersama bahwa ada bbrp teknik dalam modifikasi Matic konvensional spt

- TransGo kit

- Ganti valve body dgn spec yg lebih tinggi (dari matic type yg sama tapi beda variant)

- Ganti kopling set type high performance spt buatan IPT punya

- Mengetahui stall speed Torque Converter

@um agathos :
Apa yang membedakan Valve Body Matic High performance (kapasitas Torsi gede) dgn Valve Body yg standard ?

Misal di AW 340 khan ada yg ganti valve body dari AW 340 punyanya Supra Turbo

Itu dulu pertanyaan dari nuwbie

modifikasi pada transmisi ini, apakah harus dibarengi dengan modifikasi pada mesin..?
kalau pada sektor mesin tidak dilakukan modifikasi, kira-kira apa bad side effect nya ya..?

Matic-nya Swift port pakai merek apa dan typenya apa ya

Pake yg ini bukan :

kalau iya maka coba cari info aja spec Torsinya atau lihat aplikasi di mobil lain yg cc nya paling gede / spec Torsi paling gede

tapi yg pasti kalau upgrade performa mesin sangat disarankan utk install ATF cooler tambahan

Pak Turbo,
Kalau misalnya mesin bensin FE DOHC dengan transmisi matic AW372LE akan dimodifikasi dengan mengganti mesin FE DOHC menjadi mesin diesel 2KD-FTV, apa yang harus dilakukan dengan transmisi-nya?
Apakah mengganti segelontong transmisinya dengan kapasitas torsi yang sesuai mesin baru, atau cukup melakukan upgrade pada torque converter-nya?
Bagaimana dengan komunikasi ECM & TCM?
Atau dua modul tersebut berjalan sendiri-sendiri?

kenapa bisa ?

karena dgn aplikasi TransGo Matic dibuat lock up most of time, hanya ngebuka saat ganti gigi aja abis itu segera nge-lock kembali

Saat lock up = Power diteruskan ke propeller shaft secara Direct

Sedangkan saat sebelum nge-lock, tenaga mesin disalurkan dengan mekanisme pompa fluida pada Torque Converter (bisa di google detailnya), di sinilah terjadi Power Loss

Lalu jika Torsi menjadi lebih besar drpd kondisi std, maka selisih perbedaan kecepatan putaran baling baling A & B juga semakin besar saat berakselerasi

Sedang jika TC lgs nge-lock, maka Power lgs tersalur dengan utuh

wiii... om bagor udah ganti transgo?! mantapp,.... terakhir ane baca masih BLT modifnya.. sekrang udah sampai mana ni modifnya? berapa HP/Nm? gimana transgonya om? cerita donk..

Transgo shiftnya cepet banget om,saya pakai SK 340 sudah cukup buat saya.btw ngiler nih liat Q At :frm_bang_head: tapi Ipah ane baru ultah 1 tahun :e-whistle: waiting a nother 4 years,bini baru boleh ganti

Improve transmisi 5AT honda baiknya begimana ya om om sekalian? Powerlossnya bikin ane geregetan karena biasa bawa MT. Apalagi kalo abis bawa golf, aduh sedih deh pokoknya

gimana kalau kuras abis, terus ganti ama ATF yang Premium Full Synthetic low viscosity slip lock type transmissions, atau yang lightweight racing ya? :big_childish: pokoknya yang kompatibel ama Z1 - cmiiw, tapi resiko tanggung sendiri ya..
