IDLE RPM JADI TINGGI SETELAH SERVICE INJEKSI

Mohon pencerahanya para suhu, punya ane all new corolla tahun 1998, sebelum sevice injeksi kondisi rpm normal jaya, idle tanpa beban ac 800 rpm dg ac 1000rpm, setelah service injeksi rpm tanpa beban ac 1200 dg ac 1300-1500rpm. Kronologi pembongkaran : trotle body, nosel injektor, dibongkar. Kira kira permasalahanya ada dimana yak.. (kondisi selang" vacum) tak ada yg bocor. Mohon pencerahanya para master.. :big_blushing:

Dulu sy pernah ngalamin hal sama pas servis throttle body crv, akhirnya solusinya harus di reset. Dulu sy ke Autodyne di pasar baru, langsung beres cm kena 200rb. Kata pak Iman yg punya bengkel, kalo Honda nissan harus direset, kalo Toyota biasanya turun sendiri rpm idel nya setelah bbrp lama dipakai.

Copot kabel minus aki dulu aja 5 meniit, pasang lagi, coba starter

Saya pernah copot aki inova sy buat jumper ke mobil lain, pas dipasang lagi rpm mendadak tinggi gak turun2, akhirnya kutub minus aki saya copot lg tunggu beberapa saat starter lagi, normal lagi

Sudah di coba reset dengan mencopot kabel aki minus, udah dibuka lagi isc, bahkan dah pernah mundurin timing pengapian, tp hasilnya tenaga malah drop, akhirnya timing pengapian dikembalikan lagi ke semula.. dan saat pedal gas diinjak kemudian dilepas, rpm turunya agak lama tuh kenapa lagi yak.. (posisi juga setelah diservise)

Gak bisa dgn copot aki, harus reset ulang pake alat diagnostik itu yg kaya laptop. Sy smpe coba cabut fuse segala, tp tetep gk bisa. Harus reset ECU nya

* Sudah balik ke bengkel, di buka lagi throtel dan isc nya.
dan dibersihin lagi, tapi hasil tetap sama..
* apa lepas kabel minus aki/cabut fuse berarti ECU juga.
sudah ter reset..
* dan ada yg bilang juga kalo PCV dah g bagus, tp apa bener PCV ngaruh sampe situ?? Padahal sebelum service injeksi kondisi normal normal saja..

Fan radiatornya normal Om?
bisa jadi thermoswitch nya kotor, atau soket fan radiatornya lepas dari thermoswitch jadi mesin dingin terus, sehingga autochoke nya jalan, terus RPM nya naik Om.
atau mungkin perlu dicek thermostat nya ya Om..

Itu,... Klo rpm lambat balik, biasanya ada yg robek/bolong di saluran intake (selang/paking/etc)

mengenai honda, hrv ane barusan ane bongkar TB, intake, copot busi buat semprot2 carbjet ke lobang busi dan lobang intake... pas pasang lg rpm nya tetep normal koq.. padahal ntuh tb ane semprot2... cuman yahh plg lampu2 CE dkk kelap kelip...

tp bgt ane cabut aki 5 menit... lgs balik normal lg smuanya...

kl di ipah, emg bener tuh, kl abis bersih2 TB, rpm pasti tinggi dulu beberapa ari, tp ntar normal sendiri...

kl pengalaman dl di batumakam lipina sehh, ahh sudahlah....

Betul om, permasalahan ada di thermo swicth, sebelumnya fan nyala terus baik saat kontak on atau mesin hidup. Setelah ganti thermoswicth fan hidup saat suhu tercapai, dan rpm sekarang dah turun ke 700rpm tanpa ac,dg ac 950-1000. Tp masalahnya sekarang di RPM yg lambat turun, cara cek kebocoran perpak diintake gimana yak om?
