Mau tanya nih suhu2..radiator coolant mazda 2 sky bawaan apa y merknya?soalnya nanya OEM mazda ternyata sy liat ada 2 type..ada yg FL22 ada yg JIS K2234..minta pencerahannya ya trims

Botol bawaan setau saya merk atpm sendiri.

Bedanya: fl22 premixed 50% coolant (long life), kalau k2234 premixed 30%.

Botol bawaan setau saya merk atpm sendiri.

hehe.... jgn takut dengan kata2 tiap atpm "only mazda FL22 coolant", "Only Toyota LL coolant", "Only Honda Type-2 Coolant" om.....

Om turbo beberapa kali bahas yg penting kalau mobil2 jepun silicate dan phosphate free. CMIIW.

Ane kuras sendiri om....drain n refill aja pake 1 botol 3.78L cukup. Kalau mau pake vacuum2an biar bersih ga kecampur sedikitpun monggo di nawilis/toda gitu.... kalau nawilis pake merk Seiken, dah include jasa kena 275 rebu pernah tanya taun lalu.

yup... ah ane bukan suhu om..... ini mobil sekarang juga trial2 DIY, kalau nyerah buang ke mbah marmut disini.. kalau mbah marmut nampaknya ragu, kita youtube barengan dulu liat caranya di mobil2 mazda kek kmaren ini pas mau coba benerin pencetan klakson.....

maklum, setelah belajar di SM, males ane digetok ama BeRes :emo-big_love:

Sekedar nambahin, pas drain and refill, lebi afdol kl bagian depan mobil sembari di dongkrak, jd pas ngisi dan buang angin nya lebi cepet dan afdol

Kalau saya metodenya abis drain n refill biasa, buka tutup radiator, nyalain mesin, tunggu 10-15 menit, pas kipas nyala n coolant turun ane tambahin coolant disitu.... terus kek gitu sampe buih-nya cuman 1-2 biji aja baru deh pasang radiator cap n matiin mesin.... kek gitu bener ndak ya? Metode yg saya liat beberapa tahun lalu ini, jadi agak boros bensin sih karena total2 30 menit mesin idle.

ritual buang kentut jadinya ga perlu ni mbah? memang kagak ada baut buat buang kentut sih.... cuman ngikutin video di yusupp soal'e

IMHO, agak beresiko om krn kita gak tau seberapa banyak udara yg terjebak.
Pertama kali saya coba kuras radiator, saya gak pake ritual buang angin. Isi radiator sampe penuh, isi reservoir sampe garis max langsung jalan.
Alhasil, baru 500 meter jalan tiba2x overheat. Buka kap mesin, reservoir penuh ampe luber. Ada tetesan coolant sepanjang jalan yg saya lewatin.

Sebenarnya proses bleeding memang gak perlu lama2x.
Cukup tunggu sampai thermostat terbuka (coolant terlihat mengalir / meluap dari lubang radiator) lalu panteng gas di rpm 3000an.
Tunggu sampai thermostat tertutup lagi (coolant berhenti mengalir).
Tutup radiator. Isi reservoir sampai max. Selesai.

nggak perlu nunggu thermostat kebuka, karena di setiap thermostat pasti ada klep/lubang kecil untuk air lewat. jadi misalkan tanpa nyalain mesin pun bisa bleeding/buang angin.

Yaaa, kalo belum ngalamin coolant dimuntahin mesin krn mesin masuk angin emang agak sulit utk dimengerti.

kl ane sehh biasa abis di drain, trus pas mau ngisi, bagian depan mobil di dongkrak, lalu diisi aer coolant pelan2 (biar ga bkin buih) ampe penuh, lalu kaya kata mbah marmut, idupin mesin sambil pijet2 selang.. nah kira2 stelah kipas nyala sekali, ntuh buih2 rame pd kluar.. beres deh, plg 15 menit kelar idle..

btw pas ngisi coolant , ane biasa pake corong yg mulutnya ane lapisin sealtape listrik, jadi pas di colok masuk ke lobang pengisian radiator bsa rada rapet.. nah trus ngisi coolant nya ampe kluar ketampung di corong nya dikit.. ntuh corong ane biarin colok di lobang radiator ampe kipas enjin nyala, ntar buih2 nya kluar trus aer nya mendadak lgs turun masuk ke radiator.. beres dehh proses kentut radiator nya.. cepet ga pake lama

nah, bagian depan didongkrak, ada yang bilang ini sangat pengaruh saat bleeding e36 dan bmw lainnya. tapi ada juga yang bilang nggak pengaruh.
kalo saya, isi radiator perlahan sampe hampir penuh.
setelah itu pencet-pencet slang radiator bawah, dijamin angin yang terperangkap akan keluar. tambah air/coolant secukupnya jangan sampe penuh.
ulangin lagi sampe ngga ada angin/udara, baru start mesin.
jangan lupa reservoir diisi sampe sedikit diatas batas maksimum.

yaaa.... apapun prosesnya, yang penting hasilnya.

kalo saya gak pake ritual. cuma ada 1 hal yang harus saya lakukan yaitu isi coolant nya pelan2 dan aliran air nya sedikit dan diusahakan aliran air nya tidak menciptakan buih/gemericik. jadi nya nuang 1 galon itu bisa agak lama
