kalo mau aman AFR jangan di bawah 1:18

lalu setting-nya

Low RPM enrich (supaya tarikan awal enak)
Medium RPM kasi rich dikit
Above 3000 RPM default aja (spt bawaan pabrik)

jadi pas high speed EGT aman
Sbnrnya ga sebatas fuel qty saja. Banyak settingan lain yg bisa dimainkan, cm ya repot klo selama ini patokan piggybek yg maaf kata agak kaku klo menurut sy.
Cm ya itu opini pribadi sih, ngga bermaksud mendiskreditkan ploduk atau others yg dikamsud.

Well, cm sekedar tukang colok pinggiran,...

Saya cuma masih kebawa sugesti zaman dulu Om F272, kalo Diesel asapnya harus tebal, kalo gak berasap ntar dikira mesin bensin.. :big_blushing: :big_slap:

jadi gak perlu nurunin AFR jauh2

Kalo era-nya D*stek ya udah lewat laaa.......ane juga dulu pernah pake D*stek......wkwkwkwkk

selain dr ECU :
- Free flow air filter
- Belalai dr balik grill ke ruang rongga spakbor ( khusus buat yg intake nya ke rongga spakbor)

Kalo ane dulu bikin AAI Pre Turbo.....ini kerasa juga utk tarikan awal......cuman jeleknya filter kecilnya sering mampet

Teknology semakin maju .. semakin pinter juga tuner dlm mengoptimalkan kinerja mesin... btw sy udh pernah coba mbl teman yg di remap ecu nya jd enak banget tenaga dan perfom mesin dgn gearbox nya... 😀

Apapun tuningan nya, mau remap atau piggyback. WAJIB PASANG EGT TURBOOLMETER METERan. Kalau gk mau pasang STANDARD SAJA!

Kalo di tuning di Diesel dgn ngerubah AFR memang idealnya pasang EGT meter

terutama bagi yg kaki-nya bengis

set buzzer di 600 deg C jika sensor di downpipe.......jika sensor di manifold Turbo set di 704 deg C

kalo mesin standard gak perlu krn AFR settingan pabrik biasa set di 1:20 - 22

Kalo tuning kan biasa AFR turun under 20.....bisa ke 1:18......malah Tuner2 piggyback dulu di Indo banyak yg nge set sampe 1:15

itu baca deh di Fb nya G Turbo -OZ......mrk baca tuner di Indo set AFR sampe 1:15 pada geleng2 .......krn di Oz orang nge set AFR paling sampe 1:18 aja

Silahkan gugel2 mengenai hubungan EGT dan AFR dalam tuning Diesel deh

Jangan pernah anggap enteng suhu EGT yg tinggi........EGT sampai di atas 700 deg C dalam perioda panjang sgt berisiko thd Turbo....apalagi Turbo VGT / VNT......juga thd ketahanan Cyl Head (tergantung material Cyl head-nya)

Kalo Turbo non VGT itu umumnya masi lebih tahan kena gempur suhu tinggi, terutama yg Turbo yg bisa utk Gasoline juga kayak RHF4 / TD-04 itu tahan gempur sampe 950 deg C

Klo gk pasang gpp kan om Turbo ? Soalnya dlu pake VNT dan Hilux remap an gak pernah pasang EGT

Btw penggunaan meter2 ya sesuai kebutuhan aja

Ini bicara light tune

Kalo utk tuning Diesel :
EGT meter aja cukup

Kalo mobil ada rubah jalur piping after Turbo :
Pasang boost meter juga, kenapa ? Utk monitor just in case kalo ada kebocoran

Utk EGT meter kalo misal dasbor mau keliatan bersih, bisa ditaruh di kolong.....set buzzer aja.......jadi kalo pas bejek gas tiba2 ada bunyi buzzer tinggal lepas gas......heheheh

Kalo mesin bensin remap selama dia NA sih ga perlu meter2.....sebab yg dimonitor adalah knocking........kan itu bisa kedengeran

ya gitu aja si

Kenapa om kok bensin ga perlu EGT gauge sedangkan diesel perlu? ada spesific reason kah? kan bensin juga ad exhaust gas nya?
