di bawah ini adalah gambar gear box taxi merah-ku, dan terbukti mengapa oli transmisi "rored" tidak dianjurkan :e-naughty:

maksudnya ..
lihat tuh banyak kotoran yg nempel di gear box, dan hal itu disebabkan pemakaian oli transmisi yg kurang bagus.

udah jelas ? atau masih kurang ? :mrgreen:

Buset dah, baru aja ganti oli transmisi Mesran Rored HD yg GL-5, itu kan udah spek terkini...masa sih jelek, pertamina kan gak nelek2 amet kok.......contohnya prima xp which is better than Top 1 IMHO

Munkgin mami gak pernah ganti oli transmisi kaliiiii...............kekeke...........

Saya tiap ganti oli mesin dg adnoc pearl 10w-40, ganti oli transmisi juga......pengennya spirax juga cuma di bengkelnya ga ada, trus yg spek GL-5 adanya Rored HD......ya udah pake itu aja, udah murah, beban olinya juga gak seberat oli mesin

weks .. aku termasuk yg rajin ganti oli kok *rasanya* :mrgreen:

tapi itu mobil kan baru sekitar 2-3 th aku pake
jadi gak tau deh gimana perlakuan pemilik lama :roll:

mustinya sih kalo pake mesran nggak kayak gitu (soalnya saya udah lama buat transmisi dan gardan pake mesran dan nggak seperti kayak gitu), mungkin pemilik lamanya pake oli-nya artis yg isunya emang bikin "lapisan" baru yg tebel

hmmmm kelihatanya saya juga mengalami hal yg sama saya juga pake rored kelihatan pas baut dibuka bagian atas baut kelihatan lapisan hijau tebal semacam gambar diatas, cuma saya tidak turun transmisi karena tidak ada keluhan, kopling juga masih bagus, kemaren karena ga da rored saya pake caltex, kalo menurut hemat saya sih kalo ga ada keluhan sih ga papa ,lumut2 hijau itu kan pasti menempel di sela2 gear, sinkromesh dan shaft2 nya,jadi membantu pelumasan pada saat mesin baru dihidupkan dan oli transmisi belum naik..

ada tanggapan?.......

saya masih percaya rored kok apalagi yg keluaran baru, pertamina terus meningkatkan produknya kok kalo enggak nanti kalah saing....pertamina bener2 lagi efisiensi nih sampe2 bisnis tempat aku bekerja kena imbasnya....sekarang ga jualan pertamax lagi ......hiks.....hiks........

nggak masalah sampai sejauh mana lapisan itu melapisinya, kalo lapisan itu sudah berupa kerak pastinya kan merugikan dibanding berupa lapisan film yg tipis (ini lapisan ideal buat pelumas) shg faktor ke-presisian bagian mesin akan terjaga. Kalau kerak bukannya malah membantu proses "pemakanan" material tsb?
mungkin untuk gandan tdk begitu pengaruh, tetapi kalo untuk transmisi apakah sinkromeshnya nggak cepet abis ...

kayaknya sinkromesh cepet habis kalo mutu oli jelek deh.......mobilku yg sekarang ku belum ganti sinkromeshnya looh, dulu waktu punya daihatsu zebra 86 juga pake rored biasa dan sinkromeshnya baru kena di KM 80.000( tahun ke enam ) itu juga cuma gigi 2 nya saja......

menurut gua .... itu jelaga/endapan, bukan kerak, jadi tidak keras dan tidak bikin rusak gear box.

oli gardan yg paling mantap apa yach !? .... boleh juga tuh nyobain Shell Spirax, gimana mam performancenya !? mudah gak gerakin tuas pindah gigi ?

ada satu pendapat, sebenarnya oli gardan & gear box gak perlu diganti karena gak akan pernah rusak dg catatan gak ada seal yg bocor, paling yg perlu dilakukan adalah mengecek jumlahnya periodically, kali2 berkurang dan ada kebocoran...... trus tambahin.

gua tiap kali ganti oli gardan selalu surprise ! ....... olinya koq masih bagus amat ! .... kekentalannya masih mantap ! ........... berhubung udah kadung beli yg baru ... ya udah gua ganti aja .

mmm gak gitu sih...............
selain oli gardan dan transmisi saya juga pernah melihat perawatan pompa BBM yg bertenaga listrik ( gunanya memompa ratusan kiloloter BBM dari satu tank ke tank yg lain ) nah, olinya malah pake mesaran super! ,penggantian oli setiap 2,3 bulan sekali ,trus warna dan kekentalan oli tidak berubah, tetep bersih! , tapi kalo diteliti di lab pas ti ada lah penurunan kualitas , kadang orang mengira kalo oli jelek harus berwarna hitam dulu padahal tidak. sedangkan oli mesin cepat hitam karena suhu kerjanya lebih tinggi dan juga membersihkan sisa pembakaran pada sisi sisi piston
kesimpulanya oli transmisi tetep harus diganti per periodik walau terlihat masih bagus
kalo saya sih biasa ganti tiap 10.000 km sekali atau 1 tahun jika mobil jarang dipakai ,dulu malah 20.000 km loh...

tapi ......... seperti yg Oom Is bilang "sama aja sih rasanya........"

perasaan gua juga gitu saat penggantian oli ( bukan ganti merk, tapi ganti oli dg merk yg sama ).
rasanya sama aja ................. anyway, thank atas sharingnya.
