menurut pengalaman ane di dunia marketplace online sich untuk jadi official store mesti harus pny surat" pendukung bahwasanya kita itu memang ditunjuk atau memang pemegang brand sich gan.. karna kemarin sempat saya tanya ke team online dari marketplace katanya mreka juga jaga" gan dari segala tuntutan gan.. makanya pastinya mreka sudah di verifikasi dari pihak onlinenya sich gan.. :big_smile]

kalau dari review sebenarnya saya jg pernah tengok tu di official store nya.. rata" bocor dan tidak ada hologram nya gan.. tapi mungkin masih dalam proses perbaikan sich menurut ane.. dikarenakan untuk DGO kan baru saja launching tuch gan... tapi saya rasa untuk official storenya itu sich trusted sich gan.. :big_smile]

Kalau mau jadi official store gampang, bikin aja username ada kata "official store" wkwk
Btw kalau sistem di marketplace biasanya ada 3 tingkatan sih.

1. Reguler/penjual biasa
2. Star seller (shopee), super seller (bukalapak), power merchant (tokopedia).
3. Shopee mall (shopee), bukamall (bukalapak), official store (tokopedia).

Kalau tingkatan ke 2 biasanya cuma sekedar verifikasi ktp aja. Tp kalau udh tingkat 3 setau saya lebih ribet lagi, ada dokumen dokumen tambahan kaya surat ijin usaha, hak merek dagang, surat resmi distributor oleh brand terkait, dll. Brand nya pun harus jelas, brand terkenal.

Kalau yg DGO itu saya ga paham sih kenapa bisa beda gitu, cuma saya jg langganan disitu. Di sebelah udh saya jelasin, pernah konfirmasi ke kepala dealer daihatsu astra biz center bandung dan memang bener akun resmi.

Ini 2x pembelian di shopee mall ada aja ciri yg beda kemasannya. Kalau dari warna dan bau olinya sih konsisten.

Nambahin, untuk jadi power merchant gampang pake banget, selain foto diri & KTP juga asal bersedia penghasilannya di potong 1% dari transaksi dah bisa jd power merchant, istri saya baru buka akun toko 1 jam kemudian lgsg bisa jd power merchant. Jadi jangan terlalu percaya dengan keaslian produk2 power merchant, star seller, dsb.

Kalo yg nomor 3 saya tau nya yang lazmall, itu salah satu member yg kerja disana cerita klo untuk lazmall sampe di datengin tempat nya & bener2 diverifikasi.

kemarin saya pernah tny via chat ke adminnya mengenai beda kemasan dan beda sticker yang saya terima..
jadi kata adminnya ada perubahan peraturan pemerintah / mentri ya kalau ngak salah ... mengenai peraturan tentang oli wajib SNI..
jadi ada perubahan stickernya yang harus memenuhi standar ...kalau gk salah itu sich bulan 10 / 11 ane tanya...
jadi setelah saya baca" memang bener.. ada perubahan peraturan sich gan... dan kalau gk salah kan menurut berita DGO kan gandeng pertamina..

Yap, tingkat 2 mah akal akalan marketplace aja biar dapet cuan. Dulu power merchant itu bayar per bulan kalau ga salah. Trs berubah jd potong 1%/transaksi dan sistem kaya gitu serentak bukalapak jg ikutan. Lumayan itu kalau beli ipun 11jt, fee nya 110rb.

Bukalapak lebih ajaib lagi, toko saya tiba tiba super seller tanpa perlu mengajukan. Tp win win sih, dari pihak marketplace dapet untung, pihak penjual dapet sedikit kepercayaan dan lebih menarik karena dari sisi buyer biasanya bisa aplikasikan voucher cashback atau free ongkir.

Setara power merchant, super seller gitu masih banyak ko penipunya. Ga ngerti mereka pake ktp dan foto siapa bisa tembus. Lapaknya sih power merchant tp review nya fake semua.

Di botol yg sebelah kiri foto saya, bagian belakang udh tercantum PT. Pertamina Lubricants sih, jd bukan kalau ga salah lagi. Dari desain kemasan dan tutupnya jg mirip bgt kemasan fastron, ga ambil pusing ganti desain kemasan.

Kalo di Toped sih kayanya toko biasa (asal ada toko fisiknya) pun bisa ngajuin jd level 3 ya, ga harus perwakilan/distributor resmi dr brand tertentu. Contohnya aja Jasu*ra Motor di toped itu kan toko sparepart biasa tp udh official store.

Kalo official store DGO udh confirmed beneran akun resmi ya bagus sih, krn paling murah kalo dibanding Fastron dan TMO pdhl isinya kayanya sama :mky_02:

Di semua platform pasti bisa kaya gitu karena dia ga cantumin nama merk di nama tokonya, yg dibawa branding toko bukan produk. Yg dijualnya pun bervariasi. Tp kalau udh bawa nama merk dan yg dijual barang spesifik suatu merk, harus.

Contoh, unicase store jual casing merk ringke, spigen, dll. Tp ada jg toko official tiap brandnya: official ringke partner, spigen official, dll. Dan ketiganya badge official store.
