wah jangan degh yg lokal buatanya kasar banget tugh hehe masih ketar bekas2 fibernya n bahanya kurang kuwaat

Biasanya kalo aslinya bahan dasar plastiknya sih Poly Carbonate.Dengan banyak ikatan kima dan bla..bla...bla.. trus direaksikan dng proses kimia jd deh fairing motor saudara.. 8) 8) 8)

satu lagi bahan fiber kurang kuwat tuh kalo sekali jatuh pasti langsung ancur degh kalo yg ori jatuh mungkin hanya lecet2 saja

Masa' sih fiber itu gampang ancur? Perasaan lumayan kuwat dah... Mungkin tergantung kualitasnya juga kali ya?

Ini loh triknya:
1.Mainjet naik satu step dr 110 jd 112,5 atau 115.
2.Setelan klep thdp pelatuk terlalu renggang 0,05mm shg angkatan katup rendah otomatis masuknya bensin ke ruang bakar lebih sedikit.Setelan yg benar seharusnya, klep masuk 0,08mm dan buang 0,1mm.(pake feeler gauge)

Pada Scorpio Generasi awal dijumpai gejala nembak.Utk mengatasinya melakukan langkah2 berikut ini:
1.Selalu pake busi standar NGK tipe DPR 8 EA
2.Carb distel ulang,klip jarum skep turunkan ke ulir ke-3 dr ulir ke-2
3.Pastikan intake karbu dlm keadaan rapat,bila kendor kencangkan dng torsinya 10Nm.Selain itu jg kencangkan baut exhaust dng torsi 18 Nm.(Kalo gak punya kunci torsi dikira-kira saja pokoknya kenceng) :lol:
4.Cek keregangan klep.Setelannya spt di atas.
5.Kompresi minimal mesin 10,8:1

hmm iya.. tapi fxr cc-nya kurang mengigit untuk kelas mesin ber-dohc..

jadi mending ninja sih.. walaupun mesinnya aga kolot..

Mesin kawasaki memang terbukti tangguh dan alot baik ninja r maupun ninja rr.Ini berkat sistem electrofusion di dinding silindernya.dmn diningnya diberi tegangan tinggi buat melelehkan metal yg berfungsi untuk melapis silinder.Kalo di TZM diding silindernya dilapisi keramik.

nggak suah kok, naekin kompresinya, cuman ganti gasket aja, he he he.
masalahnya scorpio itu kalo kena jalan macet mesinnya panas banget, gimana kalo kompresinya ditambah en pake pertamax plus?, kudu pake pendingin deh.
By the way, ada yg tau tempat jual oil coller nggak? gue udah coba cari (sekitar daerah kantor) dapetnya punya bosowa, cuman ukurannya kecil, kalo di kebon jeruk ada yg tau nggak tokonya dimana?
