FF DRAG CAR

In domestic, of course, JUN HYPER DRAG CIVIC developed aiming at FF drag fastest is playing an active part also overseas. Engine was changed into turbo specification based on H22A and the inside used the JUN original part etc. A horsepower output presses out about 600 HP.
The T88-34D turbine of TRUSTT is used.
BOOST 2.0kg/cm2
It is said that FF cars run short of load. Accordingly, we are inquiring by equipping with a wheelie bar etc., in order to solve the problem.

Turbo specification with big intercooler.
The intercooler which is visible to the inside of a front bumper is the proof of turbo specification. H22A which is NA was changed into turbo specification, and it was developed aiming at FF drag fastest.

A powerful front tire
The exaggerated fender of the front part jutted out greatly was attached in order to equip with the tire only for drags (26.0-10.0-15). An overhang of a fender can be checked also from a photograph 1.

Full tune H22A engine
Engine uses H22A as a base and it tuned up to drag only. Processed conrod, piston, etc. were used. H22A with larger size than B16 was mounted in the engine room of EK4 and the engine mount position was moved to the front for the purpose of the reduction of incidence of a drive shaft, and improvement traction.The JUN computer was used for engine control.Turbine is TRUST T88-34D, Boost 2.0km/cm2
Max output is over 600H.P The racing waist gate for the exhaust pressure control in the side of an exhaust manifold attracts an eye.

There are thick exhaust pipe for performing a smooth exhaust gas and the big turbine which generates intense power, at the lower part of engine.

Transmission has given WPC processing to H22A. The gearshift of H22A is wire type and EK is rod type so the layout position of a gearshift is changed like a photograph. The body was made light as much as possible and In order to raise the rigidity of a body, a roll bar and reinforcement were performed. Various meter and switches are located in a line with a panel.

The tanks which realize stable fuel supply.
At the time of a start, a rapid posture change occurs and a drug machine is influenced of strong G. Supply of the fuel stabilized is impossible because the fuel in a fueltank inclines. In order to perform stable fuel supply, it has equipped with the fueltank and the collectortank in a rear hatch.

The wheelie bar with which the body rear was equipped has protected the shortage of traction. (The body rear sinks at the time of a start.)
The body maintains the level by bar wearing and traction is obtained.
