*secara!! motor sport kan kalo naek gigi ngga usah pencet koplingpun bisa. beda dengan menurun kan Gigi, jika Kopling di tekan setengah/nanggung maka kerasnyah minta ampun deh

udah solved problemnya bro! caranya yaitu bukaan kopling dibikin banyak, kemarin emang dibikin setengah bukaannya.

Beginih ceritanyah..

Didasari rasa penasaran dan mencari alternatif untuk meringankan tarikan kopling, apalagih sering melewati kemacetan ruas-ruas jalan ibukota. Akhiranya Tiger rekan saya tersebut dibuatkan plat pegangan kopling bak mesin lebih panjang dari Orisinilnya. alhasil memang tarikan kopling labih enteng dan mak nyus....serasa narik kopling bebek, katanyah..

Tetapi sayang sungguh sayang, segala sesuatu memang ada baik-buruknya..hal negatif dari pergantian tersebut adalah Kampas kopling lebih cepat selip/aus ketimbang menggunakan pengait orisinil.lagih-lagih menurut perkiraan rekan sayah, hal tersebut dipacu akibat tarikan kopling yang berada di bak mesin terlalu panjang, yang mengakibatkan tarikan kopling seperti "menggantung", karena kabel kopling tidak di tarik secara maksimal.

hmm.gimanah kalo menurut brader semuah??
bener bro bisa bikin cepet aus klo gak disetel ulang....:)

itu di depannya tarikan kopling kan ada 2 mur buat setelan. Klo bisa disetel lg jgn terlalu dekat/cekak jd agak di dalemin dikit ntar pindah gigi jg lebih smooth + enteng , masuk netral jg gampang + gak bunyi ceklak-ceklak....:D

aii brader lagi ngemengin tuas kopling yah???..
klo stelan gak pas kyknya jadi susah netralin (ky pnyku), waktu masi pake stut asli gampang sih nyetelnya..hehehehe..cuman sekarang uenak enteng...
jadi ngiler maren pas servis liat kampas kopling berceceran, mekanik bilang pada ganti kampas ke sparepart lain..
duh jadi binun mo upgrade swingarm pzoo/kampas kopling ninja/GIVI hevyduty monorack 4m yah??? :ungg:

gini bro ceritanya....pertama gw beli kegedean lobangnya, terus gw tuker barangnya untuk diganti malah dikasih yg ini kekecilan lobangnya ...padahal gw yakinkan sebelumnya bahwa yg cari paha kopling F1ZR....tetep aja salah...di BERES ga ada stocknya :capede:

tp ga mau patah arang dulu, gedein aja lobangnya, tp resikonya baut harus dibengkokin...ya jadi gitu lah bentuknya...
jangan hawatir lepas, itu kenceng banget kok, bautnya aja ada 3....malah 2 hari dipake ama adik ga pake baut pun ok ga lepas :mrgreen:

tar klo emang enak, kapan2 dirapihin, klo ga ganti aja ama standar lagi...gampang kok pasangnya..

udah di test 10km an...

kan gak ada belahannya...
nah loh benerkan ada miss info, paha kopling yg pertama gw beli (yg kegedean lobang) itu ga ada belahannya juga, trus yg kedua ada belahannya dan lubangnya lebih kecil dari standar jadi masuknya harus dipalu dan dibesarkan belahannya....
yg bener yang mana nih paha kopling F1ZR itu...

yup ga pake baut pun aman karena masuknya seret banget ampe main palu karet segala...

Untuk masalah kopling/pindah gigi (nih gw kutip dr milis sebelah...)

gini bro, sebelum berhenti di lampu merah, posisi kan masih jalan masukin tuh ke gigi netral, gampang kl lg jalan....pas udah netral baru di rem pas lampu merah....coba deh...ane suka gitu jd kagak congkel2 pas berehenti, dijamin deh berhasil ....
pengalaman pribadi.... lagian semua kayaknya motor pulsar gitu...mungikn lo ya...tp 100% standar ya...yang belum diapaapain......hihihihihi.........

ato ngga langkah terakhir matiin...terus netral kan ...itu paling gamapang dan ngga susah...enteng banget...asalkan jangan malu aja ya sedikit muke tebel aja ya...(hehehehe....canda nih.... :mrgreen: ) :beer: :off_team:

ngorok?? emang P200nya lagi tidur yah...:mrgreen:

setau ane, P200 ane gak ngorok, maybe less ngorok klo dibandingkan ma P180 punya adek...:)

Klo kata bro Jes bisa potong pulser,but someway, i think that 'ngorok' is just a Pulsar signature....:D:)

emang seberapa parah kah suara ngoroknya? Klo di P180 biasanya terdengar antara 4000-6000rpm, nah klo P200 ane, rpm segitu justru halus2nya kayak motor listrik,,hehe..


coba mampir ke mayjend bro, minta setting balancer mesin, mungkin bisa bantu...
